I was looking for a place last minute during the holiday season to help me embroider blankets for my sorority. Ultimately, I decided to come to Sam because he offered the most reasonable price out of all the places I have asked in the area. I brought in 2 different types of blankets and told Sam that each class had a specific blanket and that it was important not to mix them up since the girls paid different prices for it. Sam was really thoughtful and made sure I would be satisfied with how it would look by sending me a sample picture of how the embroidery would look on the blankets before starting on my order. When I received my blankets, Sam did exactly as I asked with the blankets and the spellings of the girls' names on the blankets were all correct, showing how careful Sam was while working on my order. I was very satisfied with how the blankets turned out and so were the girls in my sorority! Wow! If I could give more stars, I would. I had a rush embroidery project and emailed Sam at Red Dot Uniforms late Saturday afternoon. He said if I was able to get my items to him by noon on Monday, he could have them done by 5 the same day. I was at his door at 10am when the store opened. I mentioned that I had driven from Eagle Rock, and he said "Oh, I used to live in Highland Park. That's a long drive. Do you have an hour or so right now? If so, I can save you a trip." OMG! I couldn't believe it because I wasn't sure how I would manage picking up the items with everything else I had to do. If that's not enough, his prices are extremely fair.
