I'll I got was "exchange". Like within how many days? Is weeks months? So I asked if I buy it right now and it doesn't fit I can exchange since we need it by tomorrow. The lady laughed and said in an angry, rude tone to the older man well just let her she's going to exchange anyways. At this point me and my mom were mad because in the manner they acted, Not professional at all me. Not only that but we were being watched and followed by the lady like we were going to steal or something. We were going to keep shopping but only bought what we came for. This is me second time shopping here and got treated the same way.

Incredible experience…read more I can't say enough great things about this place. I've brought in four pairs of high-end denim for hemming, and every time the work was completed in under 20 minutes. The team is friendly, professional, and their prices are very reasonable. Most tailors would take a week or more, but they deliver exceptional results on the spot, using a proper chain stitch machine to preserve the original look and character of the denim. That level of craftsmanship and service is hard to find. The experience was truly above and beyond. Next time I'm in, I'll be picking up a pair of their jeans as well. Thank you for the outstanding service!

And yet -- in a rare display of maturity -- I'm choosing not to dock a star for it. Growth. The store hours are surprisingly reasonable. Late shift? Rough day? Need to grab something after work without planning your entire life around it? This place has you covered. That kind of flexibility is quietly underrated. I'll be honest -- I'm not exactly exploring every aisle like some kind of retail adventurer. Pet supplies and food are my departments, and I ride for those two sections exclusively. The rest of the store might as well be uncharted territory. But for what I need? It delivers. Every time.

I came here as I do every weekend to walk around and shop and the cashier was not only extremely slow, but she accused me of changing tags. While the cashier next to her was taking three to four customers, she was still ringing me up and inspecting every tag as if I actually did change the tags. I didn't even say anything because I go straight to corporate at that point, since I know people. Check your cameras if you are actually going to accuse people and get your facts straight. Aside, I brought my own bag and she only put certain items in my bag when I told her to just stuff it, because I did not care if they were folded or not. At the end, I ended up stuffing my other three items she did not put in my bag, in my bag, because they fit. -____- Will never come here again & will definitely find the name of the employee so that this doesn't happen to innocent people again!
