If I'm paying 5-10k for furniture, it better not be covered in footprints...lol... Just putting it out there, they could have someone steam clean before selling and everything is pretty much sold as is. We first went to a larger chain furniture store and found a sectional we liked, but the reviews for the company overall were terrible with the quality of the product and delivery. Wendy assisted us with selecting a sectional. It wasn't in the showroom but we were able to order it from their catalog. We also fell in love in with a bookshelf and coffee table and purchased that in addition to the sofa.
