I got a walk-in shower with a glass door from Rebuildit, and it was installed about 2 weeks ago. Cost was $20,000, which was more than I wanted to pay but $5,000 cheaper than the other two bidders. We chose Rebuildit because we liked the salesman so much, even though the price was a little more than we wanted to pay. It took about a month for the materials to arrive, and then two days for installation. The two installers were very skilled at their work, and very neat. They corrected things that were not quite right about the previous shower installation, and made everything all neat and tidy before they started the installation. They put in a solid, waterproof wall, and everything looked watertight and sturdy. The second day, they installed the acrylic panels and mouldings, and the results were terrific. We can't believe how terrific our shower looks, and how comfortable it is for showering. It's very easy to clean, too. read more

After having an issue with another company, not showing up and canceling on us multiple times with less than 24 hours' notice, we were really looking for a company that would stick to their word with quality. This company is priced higher than others by about $500, but the sales pitch was good and they felt genuine in their goal to make us have an effortless and quick turnaround with impeccable work. The sales person Santana was very nice and accommodating and was able to guarantee it would be done in 1 day, 1.5 tops (100 sq ft only tile floor no subfloor- ready to go). Unfortunately, after agreeing to start the work the next day (Friday) and paying half the deposit, only one worker showed up and spent most of the day in the car or on his phone. After eight hours of work, only padding and three tiles were placed down. He told me he would be back on MON! I was stunned. I called the office and santana and got a return call stating they were sorry and someone would come out in the morning (sat) to finish it in about half a day. This is NOT what happened. The next morning my family was going to a water park, so i stayed behind and told them i would come later in the day after the floor installer was done. Sadly, the installer showed up at 9am and was there until 8pm! I lost that day with my family and to make matters even worse- HE WASN"T FINISHED! now saying he needed to come back monday! - totally trapped now without the toilet and having to take work off monday.. our 1 day job is now almost 4! The worker shows up monday at 9am and is there until 12pm- says he's done and to wait 2 hours to use the toiler. Great- BUT--- my husband flushes the toilet for the first time 7 hours later and WATER starts pouring out from under the toilet and silicone is wet and flowing out too. We call and text and send pictures (and turn the water off) and get a response- TUESDAY morning. Finally- someone comes out tuesday at 5:30pm and takes 2 hours to fix toilet but it's fixed. This was the opposite of effortless and quick. ** Floor looks good 7.5/10 there are gaps and visible cuts from the saw, they used caulk to cover up other miscuts, and they used tall 4" baseboard in the new areas when the rest of the room is 2.5" so it looks really wierd. But it's done. ** we did ask for a small refund for the hassle, and time unexpected loss of days and work hours, and lack of crisp work but no one responded about it. We wish we had witheld the final payment until we flushed the toilet but i guess that is our bad. read more

We started with Santana coming out to review our project, remodeling the 'dry' side of the bathroom (without touching the shower/tub). She spent a couple of hours with us going through the various options. She came back a couple of days later with a bunch of samples and several links to products she found and thought we would like. After discussing it, we decided to go with them and signed a contract. A couple weeks later they came out and completed the entire project in a couple of weeks. Each crew (or person) that came out checked with us to make sure they understood the project and let us know what they would be working on. A few didn't speak English very well, but they all had Google Translate on their phones so though it was occasionally slow, communication was great. The quality of work was excellent in all regards. The few issues that did come up (wrong toilet, missed spot of drywall texturing), were promptly and cheerfully dealt with. There was no finger pointing or complaining. It all went very well. Raymond & Dino (sp?) were in the loop the entire time and periodically came to inspect. The workers would communicate with them and send them pictures so they could see the progress. My husband and I recently moved and wanted to replace the existing carpet in the home we bought with hard flooring for ease of cleaning and for aesthetic reasons. I initially reached out on Yelp for a rough quote and general information. Costel responded immediately and provided a very competitive rough estimate. Once we got keys and could access the property, Igor came over and measured and provided an updated estimate (very close to the original). We mainly worked with Igor on the flooring replacement. He was very responsive and patient with us. We went to see the available flooring samples at the partner store in person and selected vinyl WPC in Honey Oak. My husband removed the baseboards and carpet prior to RebuildIt coming to put in the flooring, so we were able to save a little money with demo. Igor and team did a great job putting in the new flooring and the new baseboards. They replaced the flooring in about half of our house and it looks great. They also replaced all of the baseboards in our house since the existing ones were damaged and so that the baseboards would match everywhere. Near the end of the installation, we had a few minor things we noticed. We let Igor know and everything was fixed the next day perfectly. I felt that the price and time to do the install (about a week) was great. Igor sent receipts for materials, so we knew what we were paying for and provided a constantly updated invoice so we could keep track of the cost and what payments we made. It's been a few months now and the floors are still looking fabulous, easy to clean and beautiful. We're so pleased! Highly recommend RebuildIt for your flooring project! read more

I purchased my first home recently and when I finally walked into the home with all furniture removed - I realized how much work was really needed. We had damaged floors with mold and some odd walls with a weird plaster/wall paper. I began searching for various contractors to do floors, cabinets and paint. I thought I would have to work with multiple contractors but luckily came across Muntean. They originally came to quote me for painting, but then I discovered that they do it all! After having multiple contractors flake on me, Muntean became my savior. They replaced/fixed everything in my house. They redid the floors, install recessed lighting and ceiling fans, removed all the texture from my walls and ceiling, painted and installed new kitchen cabinets and new bathroom vanities. What stands out to me is how kind and responsive they are and how willing they are to go above and beyond to make the client happy. I didn't live in the area during the reno and Igor and Costel helped me pick out flooring when my first choice was out of stock. They went to the store for me and took pics to help me. Had them quote a bathroom remodel consisting of only cosmetic tile replacement. Was quoted at $38,000 if I did it TODAY. I said no, and they lowered the price twice upon multiple "no['s]" to $27,000. This means they were had an additional $9,000 on top of a number they would actually have accepted and still made profit on. I work for a general contractor and upon review of their projected hours, and material (which is variable), their initial price is over 100% profit on the job. In the real commercial market, 20% is considered the maximum reasonable profit. I would not recommend this company. And I warn you to beware of the "do it now" price. I told them I would competitively bid it like any normal person, and they kept pushing me to not wait to get other quotes... wonder why. read more
