Glad i wasted 15 minutes and now have a delay on important lab work regarding my pregnancy. This occurred on April 16, 2026 - didn't get her name but should be ashamed. Unfortunately my OBGYN isn't contracted with these other laboratories. So as the patient I had to suffer. When I walked in I checked in on one of the Kiosk's that was crammed into the very tight waiting area. I waited about 6-8 minutes before I was called back. The young Mexican girl already started off rough with me. She was telling me that my insurance was only gonna cover a small percentage of the testing and I should pay $453 before having the services rendered to me. Now mind you I'm an EXTREMELY HARDER stick. I've been this way since birth. So I'm expressing to the young girl that my blood hasn't even been drawn yet, and what if you don't get the blood that's needed to go in the vials to perform the blood tests? Will I get my monies back?? I'm not sure Who The Hell put this into the Quest systems for unprofessional and unethical employees to feel as though they could spew out anything and word it as if they're in control. I told her, I wasn't paying, Quest could bill me my balance. I did have her name written down on a piece of paper that Amy (The Lead) gave me because I was gonna make a complaint. It's crazy how Quest will hire employees that have attitudes like this young girls was to me. I'm sure she's still an employee. I then proceed to inform the same young girl that I'm a very hard stick and she'd have to use a butterfly or smaller needle. She started slamming down the items needed to draw my blood and specimen. I then said to her that she would NOT be touching me with that HOSTILITY. She went back and forth with me until I got up out of the lab chair asking for the corporate offices number. That's when Amy came up to me and offered to assist me. I went into another lab room and I believe Taniera was the technician that came in to take my blood. She didn't have an attitude when I let her know what was required to draw me. It took her two attempts to draw my blood. I wasn't pleased but I was glad that I left out smiling. I won't go back to this particular Quest location just because I don't want to ever run into that young person again.

Andrew is the worker here and he was absolutely amazing. He was so patient and thorough. He completed my physical, vaccines, and my first TB test. He made sure I had enough copies and always asked if I needed anything else. I needed one more vaccine that they didn't have in stock and Andrew went above his job to help me find somewhere that did have it in stock. He even wrote the number and address down since their sister clinic was closed that day. I had several return visits due to getting my TB read and my second step TB. Andrew always greeted me with a smile even when he was swamped. No matter how many people came in, he always kept a smile on his face. I will forever use Wellness mart because of how easy they made things. Or I should say Andrew made things. You won't be disappointed if you need anything that wellness mart offers.

Horrible, horrible, horrible experience from start to finish. DO NOT COME HERE…read more First, I made an appointment online for my daughter, who has special needs. When we showed up, the facility was closed. I had already taken unpaid time off work, and now I had to request another day off just to bring her back. When we finally came back for the rescheduled appointment, we arrived at 3:25 for her 3:30 slot. The woman at the front gave me the nastiest attitude right away. I tried to be understanding -- maybe she was having a bad day. But things only got worse. When my daughter was called in, I naturally went in with her as her guardian (there was even a chair there for parents). Immediately, the woman snapped "No, not you." I let it go. But then my daughter came out shaken, swollen, and bruised. She said the woman moved the needle around so roughly that she had to poke the other arm as well. Completely unacceptable. Before I even saw my daughter's bruises, I politely asked if they could take me earlier (my appointment was for 4:30 and the waiting room was empty). It had only taken 5 minutes for my daughter's draw, so I thought it was worth asking. The same woman rudely cut me off and said, "Isn't your appointment at 4:30? Then wait until 4:30." And she didn't just say it -- she had a smug look on her face, almost like she wanted to laugh at me. The disrespect was unreal. When I asked if she was having a bad day, she flat-out said, "No, that has nothing to do with my day. You need to wait." At that point, I had enough. I told her she had the worst attitude I had ever experienced. And instead of acting professionally, she doubled down -- she actually threatened to throw my daughter's blood away. Who says something like that to a parent, let alone about a patient with special needs? My daughter was treated with no compassion, left swollen and bruised, and I was disrespected at every step. And after all this, unbelievably, my daughter and I were banned from ever coming back. This place does not care about patients, does not care about families, and absolutely does not care about people with special needs. Shameful, unprofessional, and abusive.

I scheduled an appointment ahead of time through the LabCorp website. Reading the other reviews helped me know this is the best thing to do if you don't want to wait a long time. Go to: www.Labcorp.com and make an account to schedule your appointment. Checked in at the kiosk by scanning my drivers license front and back. About 30 seconds later they are calling me back to get started. Fast, efficient, skilled, and professional. I didn't take pictures of the inside as it's on the 3rd floor of the Physicians Building and there were patients in the waiting room. I'm coming here to get my blood drawn from now on. Thank you all for making a usually stressful thing into an easy and painless experience.

You can tell she thoroughly enjoys telling people she can't help them or they made a mistake. I felt bad for the elderly people that were struggling with the check in process because this woman was just so condescending. Lab Corp you need another person as a receptionist! Someone that actually is willing to help and not just be on a power trip. Also, it would help if Lab Corp has a tv monitor where patients can see their name and how many people are ahead of them. Patients will not have to ask how much longer it will take for their turn, especially since the receptionist is rude and makes it clear she is not happy to answer any questions. Quest has the tv monitor so patients know they are checked in and their approximate wait time. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to LabCorp. Response to LabCorp: It is not just the wait time that is a problem. It is the extremely rude receptionist. In reading through the other reviews, she is consistently rude. If LabCorp is striving for better patient experience, start by replacing the receptionist that has had multiple rudeness complaints.
