The other reviews are right! This practice is efficient and skilled. I don't look for much on the…read moresocial side but they were kind. DO NOT however go in without an appointment or come in early expecting to get seen. There were literally 17 other people in the office waiting but I found an appointment on my phone after seeing the waiting room. Luckily an appointment opened up that was 5 min from then. I booked it, checked in, and was called back in the next minute. The other people who had been waiting for at least 20 min gave some glares and I did feel bad for them but at the end of the day, quest respects appointments. Other than that: The phlebotomists know what they're doing, literally get you in and out within 8 min after checkin. I'm someone who is a bit stressed when it comes to getting any kind of cut or bloodwork done but they were kind and efficient. I will say that they do use a larger needle than I'm used to and I did feel it going in (my physicians office uses a smaller needle but take multiple times to find the vein). It wasn't much pain at all and only hurts for like 1 second. She got enough blood to do two tests, one for something I ordered online and another from my doctor. Overall well worth the 20 min drive out. I couldn't wrap my head around going to the Albertsons lol. I will probably come to this location from now on. Oh yea side note, the parking on the side where the emergency vehicles drop off/park seems like the only parking lot, but the other side of the building has a much more open parking lot that is right next to the quest doors. You'll have a good sized walk if you park on the emergency side.

After giving my urine sample the tech went to go find 2 other people to see if I had enough in the sample. They came back and said it was fine. I asked multiple times if that was fine or if I needed to give more. They said it's fine and to go. Next day I get a call saying the test was inconclusive because when they poured it into the actual testing vial it wasn't at the appropriate temperature. This is obviously due to the fact that they spent 5 plus minutes just trying to figure out if there was enough of the sample. The techs were not properly qualified for their position at all. Now have spent over 30 dollars for a basic drug test that I had to get done twice because of their incompetence. I would much rather recommend the location off of Communications and Parker. Their service is always a 10/10 with properly trained technicians. Sadly had to go to this location because it was the only one with available appointments. Now we now why.

Horrible, horrible, horrible experience from start to finish. DO NOT COME HERE…read more First, I made an appointment online for my daughter, who has special needs. When we showed up, the facility was closed. I had already taken unpaid time off work, and now I had to request another day off just to bring her back. When we finally came back for the rescheduled appointment, we arrived at 3:25 for her 3:30 slot. The woman at the front gave me the nastiest attitude right away. I tried to be understanding -- maybe she was having a bad day. But things only got worse. When my daughter was called in, I naturally went in with her as her guardian (there was even a chair there for parents). Immediately, the woman snapped "No, not you." I let it go. But then my daughter came out shaken, swollen, and bruised. She said the woman moved the needle around so roughly that she had to poke the other arm as well. Completely unacceptable. Before I even saw my daughter's bruises, I politely asked if they could take me earlier (my appointment was for 4:30 and the waiting room was empty). It had only taken 5 minutes for my daughter's draw, so I thought it was worth asking. The same woman rudely cut me off and said, "Isn't your appointment at 4:30? Then wait until 4:30." And she didn't just say it -- she had a smug look on her face, almost like she wanted to laugh at me. The disrespect was unreal. When I asked if she was having a bad day, she flat-out said, "No, that has nothing to do with my day. You need to wait." At that point, I had enough. I told her she had the worst attitude I had ever experienced. And instead of acting professionally, she doubled down -- she actually threatened to throw my daughter's blood away. Who says something like that to a parent, let alone about a patient with special needs? My daughter was treated with no compassion, left swollen and bruised, and I was disrespected at every step. And after all this, unbelievably, my daughter and I were banned from ever coming back. This place does not care about patients, does not care about families, and absolutely does not care about people with special needs. Shameful, unprofessional, and abusive.

Many times, I've encountered physicians who quickly rotate through patients like an assembly line - so going in, I was skeptical with the assumption I'd just leave emotionally frustrated... something I was VERY wrong about. I would like to preface this review by stating I was a same day appointment and they took my urgency seriously. Upon entering, I was greeted by the receptionist Stephanie who was incredibly accommodating and patient. This was my first time establishing care and doing the paperwork without a parent or spouse to guide me, and she walked me through it every step of the way - even answering my over-abundance of questions, to ensure my concerns were put at ease. I understand many people would say "that's their job", but she went the extra mile and when most people would have gotten annoyed, she maintained her composure treated my case as something uniquely important (she didn't just follow a script). Next, I needed labs drawn by Natalie, to whom I explained it's something even the most skilled phlebotomist struggle with as my veins are impossible. For me, a simple blood draw usually requires 3 or 4 tries to get a good vein, and many times someone will blow it causing excessive bruising etc. Usually when I explain this to a nurse and tell where I have had good luck with veins they tell me they know what they're doing and not to worry (yet the story repeats). I think most take it personal as if I'm questioning their qualifications? In this case, when I explained the type of needle they typically have the best luck with and which arm works best, she didn't question or second guess me, but said "That's actually really helpful!" and proceeded to make sure I was comfortable. While we tried twice and weren't able to get a good vein, rather than continuing to poke around, she said she wanted to bring in someone else so it wouldn't be such a rough experience as I told her it makes me nauseous watching them wiggle around in there. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. Next, I had my first appointment with the provider, Lillian. I literally cannot sing her praise enough. She walked in, and after introducing herself asked if she could tell me a bit about herself. Explaining her motivations in healthcare, what her experience and education was, and even sharing some difficult challenges she faced to explain why empathy is a key part of the relationship we'd build, it put me at ease to speak openly about the series of personal health difficulties I've been struggling to manage. At one point I said "I know this is going to sound stupid, but..." and she kindly stepped in and explained to me how her primary objective was to make sure her patients felt cared for - and that if she didn't have an answer, that she would work hard to connect me with the right people and assure we continued care until I felt resolved about a solution or came to an understanding about my concerns. While I know I definitely overstayed my welcome and took a lot of time, not once did she rush me. She was so professional, but also personable enough to relate to or empathize with the feeling of defeat I'd come in with. The following day, I needed to come back for another blood draw, and when I did, they had already compiled a list of referrals, placed medication refills I needed asap, and even wrote/highlighted some notes about how to tackle this a step at a time. Stephanie took my blood this time, gave me the resources to stay connected with the company, and wanted to make sure I knew the team was in it with me. Not to be dramatic, but I genuinely feel like I found "my people", and for the first time in a long time, I actually feel like just maybe... this could be the support I've been searching for over the last decade or two. Thank you for taking my concerns seriously, treating me with dignity, and for the outstanding customer service.
