The NP or Doctor, whatever she is, noticed fluid in her ear but said VERBATIM it was "not enough to treat". I even pushed back and asked if she was sure. A week later, I take her to her actual primary care physician with a fever, rash, ear and throat pain. Her ears were and throat were filled with puss. Strep turned into scarlet fever and a horrible ear infection. Very lazy and negligent of this provider to not prescribe an antibiotic for a sick child with a visible infections.

The trend has been a long wait to either to be called back, see the doctor/ nurses, or both. We showed up about 5 minutes before our scheduled appointment time; otherwise, they will make you reschedule if checked in is past their 10-15 minutes threshold from the appointment time. From the time of our appointment to when we were done, it took approximately 1.5 hours with about 30 minutes wait interval between measurements/wgt, seeing the doctor, and then nurses for the shots. If you have an infant /toddler, this feels like eternity. This has been a very frustrating aspect and would give a five star recommendation otherwise.

From our very first meeting, we felt completely at ease--she was warm, approachable, and knowledgeable. We were living in West Plano at the time and chose her without hesitation. Since then, both of our children have been under her care since birth. Even after moving to the McKinney/Allen area, we continue to make the drive to Willow Bend Pediatrics just to see Dr. Le--that's how much we value her care. They're always able to get us in when one of our kiddos isn't feeling well, and my kids actually love going to the doctor because of her. That says a lot! Dr. Le has an incredible bedside manner--she's warm, friendly, and always takes the time to listen and explain things thoroughly. We've never once felt rushed during an appointment. Called to complain and set up new one and the staff hung up on me. Called and left a message for the office manager. She called back to say she reviewed the call and unfortunately the doctors are human and things come up.
