The person who took down my information told me up front the doctor was only able to help me with referrals because "this is a pediatrics office and you're over the age" which I agreed to and now I'm getting a call saying that I can't come in now at all? Why take down my information to set up an appointment just to call me back the next business day to tell me something different? Highly aggravated and disappointed. read more

Dr. Weiner is the absolute best physician I have ever had for my children. She is intelligent, caring, and truly listens to her parents and patients. I feel comfortable going here especially when my children are unwell. As a parent, we are so vulnerable right along with our children when they have to see a doctor for any reason. She made sure we were all comfortable, plan of care was understood and clearly outlined, and all the staff was patient and supportive. Dr. Weiner is the most amazing doctor my kids have ever had. We are former military, so we've had to change quite a few times. Dr. Weiner is incredibly intelligent and looks at the whole picture when making treatment plans and diagnosing. She is super caring; she has called to check on my son after hours and manages his chronic needs with precision and compassion--including handling all the school paperwork we give her without issue. It is very easy to get an appointment for urgent issues and her office is always clean, well decorated, and inviting. We have been going to this office for about 5 or 6 years. They have always been so good with our kids and making same day appointments. I also love the front desk girls. I should know their names by now. They may sound young but there's a girl in the front that has been there since we have been going there. That says a lot that the office staff does not change. They have always been so respectful and kind. Everyone here is amazing. I use to live around the corner but now I live on the other side of Plano and I still go to this office. Even though it takes 20+ minutes. I know first world problems but I love taking my kids here. Lately we been visiting them more often and they have just been so great. read more

The worst! All the front desk staff are young adults and there is no professionalism in answering the phone or in the check in process. I went in for appetite suppressant for my son and was offered schedule 2 addiction drugs. This lady needs her license taken. I will be filing with the board for sure. read more

I was provided with all the information I need to ensure my child is healthy. The staff was super friendly, efficient and direct with my child's care. Do not, I repeat do not use this practice for allergy services. Dr. Wiener gives patients sterile water to inject themselves with vs. the actual allergy extract that should be given for desensitization. Then she bills patients insurance companies for a service that has not been rendered. If you have allergies, I highly suggest you see a board certified allergist. Dr Wiener is phenomenal! She is knowledgeable and treats us like family. She has even called us on the weekend to follow up. There have been instances where our child needed to be seen right away and the office was very accommodating. The nurses and staff are also great. I am fuming!!!!! I got this letter certified mail today from Dr. Sharon Wiener that states she would no longer assume responsibility for my daughter and would no longer write prescriptions for her. I called two days ago to see if they could call in a prescription for Brooklyn (for her adhd). The receptionist stated Dr. Wiener needed to see Brooklyn since it had been three months since she saw her. Mind you now I have seen her every three months like she asked just for me to tell her the prescription is still working. I told her we were actively under quarantine and I asked could she make this one acception since the president authorized doctors to write prescient 90 days out. I understand she wants the MONEY and that's really her reasoning. I asked the receptionist could she ask Dr. Wiener if she could make an exception this one time since we are under quarantine and do not want to leave the house. Well she stated her office is still open and she doesn't want to risk her license. She said the best she could do was write a prescription till April 6 but we had to come. I said no problem but we will no longer be using her as Brooklyn's doctor since all she cares about is the money. Then I get this letter today!!!!! How completely unprofessional. I am so furious.... She didn't punish me , she punished my child who needs medication ! read more

My children have been patients of Dr. Weiner for the past five years, and I wouldn't trade Dr. Weiner or her staff for anything in the world. I left our last pediatrician because she was about to retire and it was obvious that she lost her zeal and her compassion, and all children deserve a pediatrician who cares deeply and personally for all of their patients, and Dr. Weiner and her staff continually always provide my children with sincere and caring service.
