Dr. RoseBerry has 20+ years of experience and I really liked her. Dr Able also seemed very knowledgable and approachable. With some many physicians I have had very reasonable experience with obtaining appointments. However, the nurse / doctor calls backs seems bit lengthy at 3+ hours. Also, the doctors alternate days so your doc won't be in the office every day. The nurses have all been happy and nice (which helps). Isabel that handles insurance and is sometimes at the desk is extremely nice and will go out of her way to help.

Even until this day that we have not heard from her and it's almost a week now since our baby's birth. I don't understand how anyone can be this unprofessional.

Dr. Jain is our pediatrician and her bedside manner is amazing, she listens and explains very well, and you can tell she's a doctor who wants to do what's best for your kids and figure things out, rather than just write you a script and be on your way. What really impressed me is how much they listened and took my needs into account. As a nursing mother, some treatment paths are not ideal, and they were happy to direct a course of treatment that wouldn't interfere with my breastfeeding. Dr Imani and the nurses really listen and care about their patients. I will be back the next time someone in my family feels ill. Sweet and playful with kids goes along way when they aren't feeling good. The doctors I have encountered have all taken their time and been very methodical with the exam and diagnosis. This approach does result in longer wait times than most urgent cares. The minute clinic is usually a lot faster for an ear infection or minor illness. The lobby wait time is usually less but the wait in the room can easily reach an hour. Salt in the wound is that they don't e-prescribe. After waiting 1.5 hours to drop off at the pharmacy and wait some more is a little exhausting.

The visit itself was fine, but what was frustrating is that we ended up being the very last ones seen, even though we were among the first to arrive. Everyone who came in after us was called ahead of us, and by the time we were finally seen, the waiting room was completely empty. It just didn't make any sense, and when we asked about it--politely--they didn't offer any explanation or try to address the situation. I'm really disappointed with how it was handled.
