Now they refuse to acknowledge the fake refund they pretend to give to the deactivated card. I would have better results with a Chatbot. They can't manage to have the AP team or controller login to the banks EFT/Ach activity to see the refund was attempted but not transmitted. This is beyond disgusting.

First and foremost I love that it's just them two and no NP's. I also love that they're not so busy to where you feel like you're being rushed in and out. Dr. Jain is our pediatrician and her bedside manner is amazing, she listens and explains very well, and you can tell she's a doctor who wants to do what's best for your kids and figure things out, rather than just write you a script and be on your way. When I moved to Garland from North Dallas, my kids got sick and I immediately needed an appointment in the middle of a move. Childrens Health exceeded my expectations, Dr. Naz been my sons' PCP for almost a year now. Always clean, never too busy. I have gotten same day appointments for the most part, if not then next day. I like the receptionists. I recommend this Pediatric group to everyone in Garland. They give you a 15 minute time frame after your appt if you are running late. Same shopping center as Kroger, it's nice to go straight to the pharmacy after their appointments! I have never waited longer than 10 minutes, always in and out. Dr. Naz is wonderful, never rude, never slow.

The waiting room is spacious, and they always have something on the TV for the little ones! You're able to register online for an appointment, or you can walk up. I've done both and got seen pretty quickly. When I did a walk-in, I went right when they opened. The doctors and nurse practitioners here are amazing work kids. My little one always opens up to them, and leaves with stickers. Love this place!

They have TVs in every room and even kids size chairs in the waiting room. I was seen within 10 minutes of getting here. What really impressed me is how much they listened and took my needs into account. As a nursing mother, some treatment paths are not ideal, and they were happy to direct a course of treatment that wouldn't interfere with my breastfeeding. Dr Imani and the nurses really listen and care about their patients. I will be back the next time someone in my family feels ill. I can't recommend enough; this was a truly positive experience despite my not feeling well. Great job!
