I am a working mom and I have 3 kids under the age of 4 with my own health issues. This is not the first time this has happened and I had hoped that they got a new office manager but they are so inconsiderate and incredibly inflexible it is not worth the stress. I once didn't fill out the intake form online because my twins were born on leap year and I couldn't figure out the form so they just canceled it. I was 2 weeks postpartum with twins and recovering from a c section, breastfeeding all of the things. When I tried to call I couldn't even leave a voicemail. Another time I paid for a crazy expensive testing and appointment with Dr. Naidoo and he gave me a lecture on how we should stand up for not vaccinating our children. I already support not vaccinating children but I had to kindly remind him that my children are my priority and the topic of the appointment and I didn't want to pay for that. Of course he was 30 minutes late to that appointment and I only got 15 minutes with him. It's pretty sad that we pay extra for some of these testing and were looking for somewhere with functional medicine. Do not schedule here unless you want your visits and scheduling to end in tears. Sweet and playful with kids goes along way when they aren't feeling good. The doctors I have encountered have all taken their time and been very methodical with the exam and diagnosis. This approach does result in longer wait times than most urgent cares. The minute clinic is usually a lot faster for an ear infection or minor illness. The lobby wait time is usually less but the wait in the room can easily reach an hour. Salt in the wound is that they don't e-prescribe. After waiting 1.5 hours to drop off at the pharmacy and wait some more is a little exhausting.

The waiting room is spacious, and they always have something on the TV for the little ones! You're able to register online for an appointment, or you can walk up. I've done both and got seen pretty quickly. When I did a walk-in, I went right when they opened. The doctors and nurse practitioners here are amazing work kids. My little one always opens up to them, and leaves with stickers. Love this place!
