Well when we run out, there is a constant battle with them to get it refilled because they want to "see him" and evaluate him because he's wheezing.. he is wheezing because he is out of his control inhaler. If we can keep the prescription that keeps his asthma under control he won't wheeze.... Is it a money grab? Believe me I run across town ALL the time to take him to the doctors when he needs it. But bringing him to check the wheeze, when the wheeze is because of being out of the control inhaler... just doesn't make sense.

Kids mask are available, as well as tissues and hand sanitizer. I like that there is an informational video playing while waiting for the nurse to come and escort you to your room. I've had the pleasure of meeting several doctors outside of my child's pediatrician, and they are all nice and attentive. I appreciate the availability and the care they give from the nurses greeting you as you walk by to the doctors.

From our very first meeting, we felt completely at ease--she was warm, approachable, and knowledgeable. We were living in West Plano at the time and chose her without hesitation. Since then, both of our children have been under her care since birth. Even after moving to the McKinney/Allen area, we continue to make the drive to Willow Bend Pediatrics just to see Dr. Le--that's how much we value her care. They're always able to get us in when one of our kiddos isn't feeling well, and my kids actually love going to the doctor because of her. That says a lot! Dr. Le has an incredible bedside manner--she's warm, friendly, and always takes the time to listen and explain things thoroughly. We've never once felt rushed during an appointment. As long as we're in the DFW area, she will absolutely remain our pediatrician. We can't recommend her enough!

After taking off work to make it work, significant storms came in and made it to where we were 15 minutes late. They are very unprofessional, lacking communication, immature little girls, with no knowledge what's so ever... We have been seeing Dr. Ho since the adult side opened. We were never overly happy, but also not overly unhappy, so we stayed. However, in a great time of need, she refused to see my husband. He had been in a car accident and when he was released from the hospital, she would not see him. This left us without anyone to oversee his care. Then when I tried to get his medical records that we had forwarded to his PCP (before we knew she wouldn't see him), they wanted to charge a lot of money. So, just be wary that if you want a PCP that will see you in your time of need, Dr. Ho is not the one. It took several months to get a new patient visit at a different PCP. Our new PCP was shocked that she would refuse to see him. Good news is that our new PCP is really good and thorough in overseeing my husband's care.

We have had experience and have been to all three of the doctors at one time or another. They all have always taken good care of my kids. However, I will say that our hearts now belong to Dr Rosales. We absolutely adore her. She is down to earth, she takes her time and listens to all of my concerns and she is extremely knowledgeable. For all of these things are reasons I have trusted no other pediatrician with my kid's medical needs. Not to mention, the office staff has always been helpful and responsive when I have called or messaged for any reason.

I was placed on hold by the front desk for about 10 minutes while they "checked with the owner." I was then told that if we did not strictly follow the CDC vaccine schedule, we were not welcome as patients at this practice. There was no room for shared decision-making or consideration of individual medical history. Even though I myself am a health care provider as well. While vaccines are important, there is ongoing research and discussion around individualized timing in certain high-risk situations, including families with autoimmune histories. I never once said I wanted to refuse vaccination. Unfortunately, this practice does not allow for any flexibility or open conversation. If you are looking for a pediatrician who supports informed consent and personalized care, this may not be the right office for you.
