Every individual staff member is absolutely amazing; seriously just the most friendly, warm, and fun people. And the care is top notch. We know that our baby is receiving the most holistic care here and that, by and far, the staff has our baby's best interests at heart. Finally, the best review comes from our little girl! Though she is just a toddler, she absolutely fell in love with the staff. She is naturally a very happy and loving baby, but it was evident that she sensed something extra with this staff. She was talkative, gave hugs, put on a little show, and was just very interactive with everyone. She is typically a little reserved in a medical setting, sometimes even cries, which is perfectly understood. But not here! She immediately fell in love with all the staff...and I think the feeling was mutual! Thank you for taking such great care of our precious little princess!

As a healthcare provider, I am picky about healthcare. I have only been in the clinic once, but I…read morewas very impressed with Dr. Rivera. He was knowledgable and had great bedside manner. He is also engaged at UT Southwestern and had a medical student with him which was a plus in my mind. After working in teaching hospitals, I have seen how the young, whipper-snapper medical students can keep seasoned providers on their toes with the latest research. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The waiting room had a large fish tank which kept my infant and toddler completely entertained....and the best part? We were back in the car, both kids belted in, after a lost cellphone search, 25 minutes after our scheduled appointment! I have never been seen so quickly! As my number of visits increases, I might have more feedback, but thus far, I'm impressed! Update: We've been here a few years now and I'm continually impressed by Dr. Rivera, how he interacts with my kids and communicates with the adults in the family. He is always very timely--there's never an excessively long wait when I see him. I have seen Dr. Beamer three times though and had to wait over an hour after my appointment before seeing her.....which was less than ideal. This may/may not be related to the fact that she's the only MD present on those three occasions.... I also love the computerized charting system so I get a copy of the appointment's medical notes before I leave and the prescription (if needed) is sent to my pharmacy instantly. Pros: 1. Staff (Tammy, Juana, Madison and Dora are amazing!!). There also seems to be very little turnover in his staff which is great! 2. Computerized charting/medication prescription ordering system. 3. Dr. Rivera's competence. 4. Availability to schedule an appointment. 5. They accept Tricare. Cons: 1. The practice appears to be large...it took about 1.5-2 years for Dr. Rivera to recognize us . 2. The lab. I'm not a fan of dealing with the recommended lab.

I wasn't sure if I was supposed to wait inside or in my car (I so prefer to wait in the car to delay having my baby be in a confined space with a bunch other sick babies), so I called and was told to wait inside. I went in and was told I'd have to wait while they verify my insurance. I was called up again at 9:50ish to make payment. At about 10, we were finally called to be seen. The nurse took her weight and temp, and wrote down her symptoms. Then we were directed to a room where we waited to be seen by the nurse practitioner. NP Kirsten saw us shortly. We went over her symptoms again and she listened to her chest, looked at her ears, throat, and inspected the bumps/rashes. She shared the diagnosis and treatment plan. She answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns very thoroughly and patiently. I was out by about 10:15. That was a very long wait inside a confined space during respiratory illness season with other sick children/babies (we might've been the first patient as I didn't see any children in there or leaving before us). I really rather wait in my car or outside. However, NP Kirsten was excellent and I highly recommend her if you get a choice. Knowledgeable and awesome bedside manner!

If she was half the price of what I paid I would give a 5 star review. My stars reflect value for service and the lack of heavy metal detox. She does provide some of the supplements but you also pay a lot of out of pocket for testing beyond her rates

We started with Dr. Goebel who was absolutely amazing, and when he retired we switched to Dr. Wong. Dr. Wong is so knowledgeable and it is obvious how experienced she is. The trend has been a long wait to either to be called back, see the doctor/ nurses, or both. We showed up about 5 minutes before our scheduled appointment time; otherwise, they will make you reschedule if checked in is past their 10-15 minutes threshold from the appointment time. From the time of our appointment to when we were done, it took approximately 1.5 hours with about 30 minutes wait interval between measurements/wgt, seeing the doctor, and then nurses for the shots. If you have an infant /toddler, this feels like eternity. This has been a very frustrating aspect and would give a five star recommendation otherwise.

From our very first meeting, we felt completely at ease--she was warm, approachable, and knowledgeable. We were living in West Plano at the time and chose her without hesitation. Since then, both of our children have been under her care since birth. Even after moving to the McKinney/Allen area, we continue to make the drive to Willow Bend Pediatrics just to see Dr. Le--that's how much we value her care. They're always able to get us in when one of our kiddos isn't feeling well, and my kids actually love going to the doctor because of her. That says a lot! Dr. Le has an incredible bedside manner--she's warm, friendly, and always takes the time to listen and explain things thoroughly. We've never once felt rushed during an appointment.
