I have been coming here for months for regular drug screenings for work and the staff are always rude. I've also done a blood draw once for a yearly evaluation and they had to stick me twice and I had painful injection site and bruising. Today they refused to give me water, even though they have given me water in the past.. I've been going here because it's the closest one to my house but I guess I need to find a new location. While there was a little mix-up when the office opened (the door was "jammed" so everyone had to walk around the building, not a big deal), and while the computers were down (ugh!), the staff was very helpful. This location should just be closed. Go to Grapevine location! I came in to pick up a test and found the facility dirty and the staff incredibly lazy. After you find the hidden sketchy office, the staff will not acknowledge you even though it's clear they stopped their hot goss to look at who came in. No greeting or instruction to checkin at the kiosk on the other side of the room. After watching and waiting, in view of them, for awhile I spot the kiosk and decide to try it. It was caked in dust that has been glued to the surface by spray. How lazy are you not to wipe?! Not touching that! And there was only so long I could stand the funk in the room. I basically had to stick my head in the secretary window and ask them for my take home test. When one finally gives me the test I ask about the instructions which they refuse to go over and insist its in the bag. Then go back to laughing and gossiping. If they aren't going to do the basic things of the job like cleaning and answering questions, what is the point of them being open? I wouldn't trust them to process my results. If the front is this gross what about the back? Worth going all the way to Grapevine for just the confidence the samples won't be messed up by laziness. read more

This place is a circus. Had an appt. Checked in 25 mins before. Waited 45 mins. Went in and no one at front desk. Someone in back finally responded to me. Asked if I was checked in I said yes and they'll call me when ready. Actually had someone drive up off street 15 mins after I had checked in, walk in get called and leave while one as still waiting. I dont know if they're incompetent, short staffed, or just dont care, but suggest you find somewhere else to go. Life is too short to ruin your day in a place like this. read more

I was a little timid on going to this location due to the Yelp reviews but I have to say I had a WONDERFUL experience! I made an appointment from the website and checked in at the iPad kiosks. They had sanitizer wipes so you could wipe it down before and after you used it. Masks were required. I sat down for a couple of minutes and the lady came out and said she would be right with me. She called me up to tell me what my estimated payment might be and then told me to meet her in room 1. Now on first appearance she did look a little agitated and I was a little worried and let the Yelp reviews enter my head (side note: needles are not my thing they terrify me so finding someone that take blood well helps a lot) when she entered the room I was friendly and asked about her day and joked with her. She was extremely pleasant! She was just having a busy day! So my kindness really helped her! She did as I asked for taking my blood (count to three and then talk to me throughout it) and she was such a joy! I did not get bruised or anything! Just so you know if you didn't already prior to getting your blood drawn (if you don't have to fast) drink water! Drink about 6oz or more and this helps the blood flow better through your veins! So not only will this help your blood taker find you veins but it will help speed up the process! I recommend this location. And remember be kind to everyone because you never know what kind of day they are having before you walked in. read more

This is the absolute worst labcorp. When I signed in there was NO ONE in front of me... after I waited in a freezing cold room for over half an hour... I decided to leave before I froze to death. I had ordered three tests online and chose Lewisville Labcorp as the lab to have them done. On my first appointment I was told I had to have them done all at once, so I had to come back another day. I arranged for an appointment a week later (9 am). Then, the chief nurse at Lewisville said she could not perform the test because she did not have the necessary material ("it had passed expiration date within the last week"). I therefore drove to another Labcorp lab (Corinth) where they had the necessary material. By the time I got to the Corinth Labcorp lab it was already approaching lunchtime, so they gave me the necessary material, said they would call Lewisville to announce I would be coming back to to have the tests performed there (Lewisville does not have lunchtime break). I drove back to Lewisville with the necessary material. I handed it over to the chief nurse ("you cannot be here" where people were waiting in line for making use of the restroom) and waited for another hour. I then asked if she had forgotten about me, at which time the nurse shouted at me, accusing me that I had not given her the material, that nobody from the other lab had called and she accused me of lying. She shouted, she would not service me, slammed the window on me and refused to talk with me all the while shouting. At which point I raised my voice because the window was shut and said what I had done all day: waiting, driving to the other lab, coming back waiting for another hour. She then threatened to call the police. I left since it was clear she would do any tests on me and drove back to the other lab where the tests were finally performed. This was not an experience I wish to anybody who is concerned with his health! And I was paying for the tests out of my own pocket. An absolute no-go! I will never-ever choose Labcorp again! read more

Phlebotomist was good, but the company as a whole odes not have customer service skills. There were 6+ people who were in front of me so I waited approximately 50 min. With that many people....hmmmm. Pro-tip: I went back around 11:15 to see if I could have my test STAT per MD order and only 1 person was waiting. So late morning may be better than early morning to get BW pulled. I had a slight hiccup with my BW as my doctor need a STAT test but they would not let me upgrade nor could I get my doctor (with a new request that stated STAT). I literally spoke to 3 different people and no one was willing to help. Next time I will try Quest or just go to a hospital and see if they are any better. read more

LapCorp(this location) has been nothing but trouble for me as I have attempted to have a blood panel drawn for over a month. On my first trip, I went to try to have my blood drawn on a Saturday only to find out they wouldn't accept my electronic version of my insurance. Upon calling in the following Monday, I was informed that the front office messed up and I was sent away in error. The following week I went back to find a 2 hour wait for lab work. I left and ended up scheduling an appointment. The soonest appointment was two weeks later. I came back in my scheduled appointment date and found out they lost my paperwork and couldn't draw my panel. Very unprofessional and unorganized! I get blood work at least 2x a year and I'm a difficult draw because I have rolling veins. However, most good phlebotomists draw my blood without issue using a special needle or they just 'have the touch'. My experience with this LabCorp in Lewisville has been really bad. I've had them stab and then dig around in my arm until I just said stop. I've had them cause bleeding that made half my arm bruised and bloody and took a month to fully heal. Once or 2x it's been fine but the other times it was so bad that I started dreading going and worrying that they would cause injury or just not be able to draw the blood I needed tested for an upcoming physician appt. I found an excellent LabCorp in Frisco through another yelper CrazyE than I can now rely upon draw my blood without trauma. I will gladly make the drive rather than have the worry and trauma. read more

This place has absolutely horrible customer service from the staff to the corporate customer service department. I called to ask how the pediatric blood draws are performed, if we needed to schedule with a specific person experienced in pediatric blood draws and if they numb the area. We have lots of experience with blood draws and know why these questions are important. The person was extremely rude and essentially told me they know what they are doing and not sure what information I need. I also have gone in circles with them, customer service and billing trying to figure out how much the test would cost. How upsetting. This lab is supposed to be open Saturdays at 8:00 AM. I arrived there with my son at 8:15 to get his labs he needed to have drawn before 9AM per his transplant team. I thought this would be convenient instead of having to drive all the way downtown to the hospital lab. NOPE. The staff decided not to show up for work! Nobody was there but a line of angry customers all waiting to get their labs done! We gave up and left at 9:15. I had to explain to my sons coordinator why i couldn't get my sons labs done on time, this was important. :( Very stressful and horrible business not to have a plan in place if your staff calls in sick. They must have all gone out partying the night before, the other time I went here the front office woman acted as if I ruined her day for showing up. She was rude and huffed and puffed the whole time while typing in our info. I gave her no reason to act that way and was as friendly as could be. How dare I need my labs done on a Saturday and ruin her morning. Time to find a new lab. This place sucks. read more
