BE AWARE OF THE BAD WITH THE GOOD: Yes, the water is great. Yes, the website is thorough and helpful. Yes, they use bots in their chat, but if you ask for a human, you get one easily and they try to be helpful. Yes, the delivery folks are great....BUT....you might rent a dispenser at a few bucks a month and, without notifying you, discover it has jumped to over $19 a month. I should have checked my invoice monthly--I'll take responsibility for that. I've rented the same dispenser since 2017, started out at $2.99 and is currently $19.59...FOR THE SAME DISPENSER (now 6yrs old). I'm an idiot, but you don't have to be. Please BUY your own dispensers and do not assume that Ready Refresh will inform you of any price change. They are unwilling to reimburse or be transparent with fees. The practice seems to be legal but morally corrupt. The pitch they give is misleading and borderline harassment as they really wont leave until you sign up. I did only because they pitched that they were working with the HOA (condo community) to supply water for us (a lie). After I signed up I did a little digging and came up with loads of complaints and BBB filings. Apparently customer service (overseas in India) wont help you until you file a BBB complaint and then things will get moving. They not only are liars - and say you didn't update your instructions, but also IF THEY DELIVER EVER will leave your bottles outside to get bird POOP on them so you can't use them! I gave them one star because at least the water is good. An Arrowhead customer for 25+ years we started to see the change in customers service once Nestle took over. Sad to see a good company go downhill so quickly and completely. Billing system is terrible and when you call, IF you can get someone on the phone, it's about what you can do for them not what you need done for you. Now they want me to pay $3 per month for them to send me a bill. WHAT? Too much time trying to get the issues resolved only to have them get worse. Your delivery driver is supposed to bring 4 bottles of water through my open gate head up the driveway, stop at the garage and bring the 4 bottles down the steps to my backdoor where the driver will pick up the empties and drop off the new 4 bottles. Yesterday's delivery person left them at my wide open front gate and failed to pick up empties! I'm 93 years old and can't carry bottles of water to my house, how many times do we have to tell you this! It's ABSURD that you charge me $4 to talk to you on the phone and make it very difficult to contact you otherwise! I wish I would have checked these reviews before signing up for water services. I arrived to my office today to find the water jugs outside of the main office rather than my suite. They hadn't been left here before, and it's extra frustrating as I can't carry them myself to my suite because I'm pregnant. Not only that, but the water jugs I left outside of my suite door were not picked up. Used ready fresh for a few years and in those three years or so they kept raising their prices and the last time they raise their prices is recently during Covid which I think is unacceptable they claimed that it was so that you could get better tasting water which I never tasted a difference on top of that every time I get a delivery I don't know when you're coming until the night before and I'm never there for the delivery which is why I got rid of them is because of the delivery person with never there when I am available and the rising prices in the three years that I use them I went with a local company in Orange County after that which the water is much better the company is called paradise read more

Misleading information (if not full blown lies), never ending billing discrepancies (boarding on theft) and customer service agents that just say whatever they feel like to get you off the phone. The company does not take any responsibility for the information their employees are giving out and seem to support policy changes on a whim to suite what ever situation they are faced with. Unless you are looking to make a career move, I'd stay clear of this company. Do not buy nestle Purelife water I just saw so many plastic in our water and it freaked me out since I have young kids that have been drinking this water for years! I used this service for over a year without any real issues to report. That all changed a few weeks ago when they were supposed to make a delivery on a Friday. At the end of the day, no delivery and they moved the delivery date to Monday. Unfortunately I was going to be out of town all week so I called to ask them why they had rescheduled delivery without my consent to which they had no answer. I then asked for a Saturday delivery to which they replied they don't deliver on Saturday's. I then asked them how they would rectify the situation to which their reply was- "we can deliver on Monday". At that point I agreed but that they'd have to guarantee delivery by noon as my flight was at 2pm to which their reply was that they couldn't guarantee a delivery time. At this point I was naturally beyond frustrated and said that since they wouldn't work with me even slightly, they should go ahead and cancel the account to which the operator said "no problem" and hung up the phone!
