Do you get water from this catastrophe? I do! I have been their customer FOREVER! Since bottles were made of glass!! That's right! It was a time when service meant something. Your driver also took your order for the next time. He was the face of a great company that took pride in every thing they did. Enter 2010? I'm not sure what year it all went to hell but they took the bullet train to get there! The customer service center was somewhere in New England. These were old school professionals! The cost of bottled water was worth every penny and if there was a problem there was a human being to assist you. THIS is no longer THAT! They took their dog and pony show offshore and nothing good has come of it! It's been at least 10 years since they took their great AMERICAN company to parts unknown and the whole thing is a complete disaster! Every order has an issue. Every bill has an overcharge and you can never get your delivery on your schedule - you're at the mercy of their schedule. And they're so screwed up and disjointed they don't even care that I see their trucks all the time!! On any given day! Skyrocketing prices Service charges for everything even a phone call to customer service can cost you!! They bill you for handling your inane service needs over the phone because they have an app they want you to use. It's a horrible app!!! Absolutely the WORST! The Craigslist of apps!!! They up-sell you a Membership package which is $100, and this will absolve you of delivery fees (once free with your patronage, now $10) and by God every invoice has the delivery fee!! Getting a person to help you deal with it is so not worth the lousy $10 but it's the principle, right?? The most aggravating customer service debacle I've ever seen. The decline of this once great company is beyond belief. One positive, I love their water!! Oh, and their drivers always top notch. They represent the only star they deserve! My favorite part of this service is how the name is the exact opposite of what it delivers. Not only are they never ready, but we are hardly refreshed. We haven't had water in roughly a month of this service due to rescheduling, failed deliveries, or delivering outside of business hours. I can't recommend this service enough if you love being disappointed. One day, I believe we might get our missing water jugs, whether that be next week or a year down the line is really up in the air. One star is generous to say the least. read more

Website that randomly deletes billing information, and then they stick you with a late fee when your CC doesn't through. When you attempt to enter a billing name name field on the website it sometimes won't allow you to type letters. I think most people have letters in their name. Their website purposely hides their customer service number so they don't have to help you. Instead, it demands you fill out a form and hopefully they will contact you in 5-8 business days. And also constant late deliveries. read more

If I could, I'd give them zero stars. We have a normally scheduled delivery on 11/22, which I was going to skip due to vacation. However, I received a text this morning that water will be delivered today, 11/13 !! Luckily, I was home and took the delivery but now we have 13, 5-gal bottles stored in the garage! For 2 people!! They're customer service is NON-EXISTANT. read more

Delivery person left broken water botttle on front porch. Water leaking out of bottle onto porch. Customer service line not available to So Cal PST to resolve issue same day. Extremely inconvenient customer service availability. Continuous problem with plastic cap on bottles. Cap frequently breaks before it can be removed. Bottles often delivered coated with dirt. Clearly there's no "refresh" in ReadyRefresh. Less than one star rating. read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. I won't go into the details, no time to write a novel, just know that you were warned.

BE AWARE OF THE BAD WITH THE GOOD: Yes, the water is great. Yes, the website is thorough and helpful. Yes, they use bots in their chat, but if you ask for a human, you get one easily and they try to be helpful. Yes, the delivery folks are great....BUT....you might rent a dispenser at a few bucks a month and, without notifying you, discover it has jumped to over $19 a month. I should have checked my invoice monthly--I'll take responsibility for that. I've rented the same dispenser since 2017, started out at $2.99 and is currently $19.59...FOR THE SAME DISPENSER (now 6yrs old). I'm an idiot, but you don't have to be. Please BUY your own dispensers and do not assume that Ready Refresh will inform you of any price change. They are unwilling to reimburse or be transparent with fees. The practice seems to be legal but morally corrupt. I will be searching for a better water source, since I prefer to deal with venders who don't treat customers with such an exploitative approach. read more

SCAM practices Shady company - STAY AWAY Believe all the negative reviews here This company actually utilizes high pressure door to door salesman. The pitch they give is misleading and borderline harassment as they really wont leave until you sign up. I did only because they pitched that they were working with the HOA (condo community) to supply water for us (a lie). After I signed up I did a little digging and came up with loads of complaints and BBB filings. Apparently customer service (overseas in India) wont help you until you file a BBB complaint and then things will get moving. I want nothing to do with this company and wanted to cancel the very same day. It took multiple calls and hold times. Such a waste since I didn't ask for any of this when they came to my door unsolicited. I ended up having to cancel my credit card that I gave them because of all the billing complaints they receive. Such a headache - stay away read more

This is by far the worst water company that I have ever dealt with! Within eight months they doubled my bill without even notifying me or explaining why they were increasing the price every month! When I cancelled they were very unprofessional and charged me 50.00 to recondition the dispenser. Unreal! read more

This "company" could care less what you think of them, robotic zombie company that can't even maintain a suitable website this day in age for changes, or any other customer service for that matter. Water runners are the actual real people and not half bad. But they literally have no other purpose than to carry out the robotic commands of the mother ship. Why?? Why Why? Just switched to a reputable company that actually wants your business. read more

Don't use it plese there trying to scam you and charge you more if use it it's mean you put your mony in whater

I've never left a yelp review. I'd give them zero if I could. They not only are liars - and say you didn't update your instructions, but also IF THEY DELIVER EVER will leave your bottles outside to get bird POOP on them so you can't use them! They literally cannot do two things we request, come withinin our 8 hour business window and bring the water upstairs. Also it's impossible to make an appointment, they always don't come, then they just waive your delivery fee to try to appease you, we just want our water! I finally spoke to someone and they told me they themselves have no way to contact their own drivers, this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I'd be so embarassed to own this company. We had used them since 2012. Do not use them, they are a scamming scheming company who does not care about their customers at all. read more

Worst water delivery. Delivery guy fine. But you cannot communicate with Ready Refresh. Appears to be bots only. Trying to cancel. Not even sure if that's going to work. read more

I gave them one star because at least the water is good. An Arrowhead customer for 25+ years we started to see the change in customers service once Nestle took over. Sad to see a good company go downhill so quickly and completely. Billing system is terrible and when you call, IF you can get someone on the phone, it's about what you can do for them not what you need done for you. Now they want me to pay $3 per month for them to send me a bill. WHAT? Too much time trying to get the issues resolved only to have them get worse. Missed deliveries, billing errors, terrible customer service....... Time to move on. read more

Your delivery driver is supposed to bring 4 bottles of water through my open gate head up the driveway, stop at the garage and bring the 4 bottles down the steps to my backdoor where the driver will pick up the empties and drop off the new 4 bottles. Yesterday's delivery person left them at my wide open front gate and failed to pick up empties! I'm 93 years old and can't carry bottles of water to my house, how many times do we have to tell you this! It's ABSURD that you charge me $4 to talk to you on the phone and make it very difficult to contact you otherwise! Additionally, how do I stop your calls on Saturday/Sunday in the early morning hours to tell me my delivery is coming on Monday? I do not get out of bed until noon each and every day. read more

I HATE HATE HATE this service. First delivery -- new shiny bottles. Every delivery since then (2 years now) -- OLD BEATEN-UP & DIRTY BOTTLES. Shameful. I'm going to cancel, and find someone else. WORST EVER. read more

Please do not use this company. I have cancelled my account multiple times and I got a random delivery today. They have no customer service so you have to email and they rarely respond. I am much happier with the Costco service. Save yourself the headAche. read more

BE WARE!! The worst customer service you can imagine...if all you need is water delivered the drivers of the delivery trucks are OK. BUT, the company rips you off in every way possible, delivery fees, fees for water dispensers and even charges to speak to a customer service representative. I could not find one person at this company who even remotely gave a sense that they cared. read more

They are fast, efficient and always on time. some of the nicest people with great attitudes

I wish I would have checked these reviews before signing up for water services. I arrived to my office today to find the water jugs outside of the main office rather than my suite. They hadn't been left here before, and it's extra frustrating as I can't carry them myself to my suite because I'm pregnant. Not only that, but the water jugs I left outside of my suite door were not picked up. I called to have them picked up and was told that not only do I have to wait another week but I have to pay for pickup. The best they said they could do is offer me 20% off of my next delivery. No thanks. I'm done. read more

This company is scamming people and overcharged me as well as there staff is not very specific about how the business works.

This company is terrible! In the 2 years I've had service with them not one single time have they delivered on the correct date. It's absolutely absurd! The last delivery I had scheduled with them they just cancel it for no reason and when I rescheduled it was 2 weeks out. So I called to cancel and they set a date to pick up everything and of course just like always... didn't show up!! You all are gnna go out of business quick! read more

I do not recommend ready refresh services they have hidden fees. after I canceled my services they charged me a $50 for refurbishing the dispenser and that on top of I paid a monthly rent for it. It's a terrible service and too expensive. read more

Horrible! Deceitful! They are thieves! Customer service doesn't care about you or your account. They will charge you more and then a delivery fee on top of that! I even spoke to a supervisor and still horrible service. I shouldn't be shocked since crap runs downhill! Buy your water at the store or on Amazon. At least they don't charge for delivery. And don't have auto-pay because if you have a problem with the order, you'll never see that money again. Pay as you get the invoice and make sure everything is correct. read more

Used ready fresh for a few years and in those three years or so they kept raising their prices and the last time they raise their prices is recently during Covid which I think is unacceptable they claimed that it was so that you could get better tasting water which I never tasted a difference on top of that every time I get a delivery I don't know when you're coming until the night before and I'm never there for the delivery which is why I got rid of them is because of the delivery person with never there when I am available and the rising prices in the three years that I use them I went with a local company in Orange County after that which the water is much better the company is called paradise read more

I cannot believe this company is still in business. Misleading information (if not full blown lies), never ending billing discrepancies (boarding on theft) and customer service agents that just say whatever they feel like to get you off the phone. The company does not take any responsibility for the information their employees are giving out and seem to support policy changes on a whim to suite what ever situation they are faced with. Unless you are looking to make a career move, I'd stay clear of this company. It is extremely time consuming to call, sit on hold, read policies, argue with employees about billing and deliveries, file complaints and so on. I canceled my account with them and will not spend another minute of my energy on their nonsense. read more

I would give them no stars, but that was not an option. I called and they hung up on me several times. Called to complain about their delivery services because they never show up. Claimed the office was closed at 7 AM when we open at 4 AM. The driver was too lazy to wait for the train to go by since we are right next to the railroad track. JUST HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Both delivery and customer service. Do not use this company ever! read more

Total rip off. They have quadrupled their rates and service has gotten intolerable. They will charge you $50 cleaning fee and rent after you return the dispensers. read more

I have been using the water delivery service Ready Refresh for a few years. From the beginning, it has been horrible service! Deliveries late, customer service not interested in giving credit for not having water delivered at the time indicated. This company is a piss poor example of a company providing a service. I am canceling as soon as possible! Warning find another water delivery service! read more

Absolutely no stars! Horrible, double billing, no way to cancel on their app! Called several times get a rude agent & still don't cancel account. Trying to still money, thieves. You have to go through your bank to stop them. Emailing them also does not work. Horrible company. read more

Wow really wished I have checked yelp first... never saw a company with only 1 star reviews, but that is why I am here too. If my chance you do start service, I just hope you don't ever want to cancel. They purposely make it nearly impossible. And even after you request in writing they still pretend to not understand what you want and try to schedule a "call". Borderline fraud and it took those words along with threats of reporting them to get them to stop service. Ridiculous in this day and age! read more

OMG! These people are horrible. I have to call every time we get a delivery and complain that they leave our water outside in the parking lot and NEVER take our empties. It never fails! I am currently on hold for a manager for todays delivery for just that problem. Customer service doesn't care clearly because every review here is bad. read more

Beware of the initial deal that they give you on your first order. Also, where in the world does it cost $7.99 for 24 16oz bottles? The only thing consistent with this business is not delivering on scheduled days. So much for the +membership, canceling.

So frustrated with this company! No service! No follow up! Called several times and the answer service said the system is down call back later?
