Worst service ever cancelled my orders you guys merged worst mistake I hope you guys get sorted as you will have no customers and your delivery drivers need trained on drop offs pick up's etc sorry and good luck you will need it if you carry on as you are doing worst ever again I have to repeat it , read more

I wish I could give zero stars. Since the merger I haven't gotten a single bottle delivered. Our empties have been in the driveway for a week waiting for them to show up. I'm going to cancel after reading all the other reviews. I don't understand how a company can stay in business and make $ if they don't deliver their product. read more

They've cancelled multiple deliveries. My delivery was scheduled for last Friday...they cancelled that, without even notifying me. I happened to go check my account and found out. Then they scheduled it for today...you guessed it...it was cancelled and rescheduled for Thursday. I've been out of water for over a week and now I have to go out and buy water!! My dispenser is leaking and they were supposed to replace it. That hasn't happened. If I don't get my delivery on Thursday, I'm going to cancel. I'm sure that will be a pain in the butt. Their customer service is a joke and the chat is pointless! Don't waste your time! If I could give them negative stars, I would!! read more

I have delivered in Georgia for eight years with Crystal Springs and never had a problem and ready. Fresh came in. They haven't delivered any water. They're still charging me for the machine. They tell me they're gonna deliver on a day and then they never show up. it's horrible and I can't even figure out how to cancel them because there's no way to talk to anybody except customer service who doesn't have a clue what they're talking about. One star is too many for this company. read more

I don't even know where to start here... We were using Alhambra for years with no problem, then all of a sudden they merge with Ready Refresh/ Primo Brands and service literally disappears. We always had 2 recurring deliveries a month, but our business got zero service in May, and we had a delivery scheduled for yesterday that NEVER SHOWED.. Despite the fact that the site said it was out for delivery... Now we have 17 empty bottles and 5 full that are expected to last our company till When I logged in this morning to check on the delivery, it said "Delivery cancelled per your request". I NEVER CANCELLED THE DELIVERY!! I tried the chat feature, which gives you a useless bot that keep recycling the same options instead of helping. I tried calling 2 different customer service numbers, but it keeps me on hold for 45 minuets to an hour before I finally hung up cause I can't keep the phone tied up all darn day. Finally I sent customer service an email, so hopefully that works but I doubt it. I'll talk to my boss about finding a new service, cause this is completely unacceptable. Woah! While I'm writing this, I logged back into the site, and even my NEXT recurring delivery has disappeared!! WTF is happening?! read more

This merge is the worst. My water delivery was 3 weeks late. After waiting on hold for 40 minutes, they tell me it's the drivers fault. Apparently they came and I denied the delivery which was not true since I was completely out of water. When I confronted the driver this morning as he was dragging his feet to my door, he couldn't care less about my questions and walked d away from me as he was mumbling something along the lines of it's not his problem. read more

One star is being generous. I switched to the bottom bottle dispenser because the big bottle we're getting too heavy for me have been waiting for new tubing for the aqua flow. They were supposed to send it out weeks ago promised they would just swap out the dispenser instead dispensers been sitting in my driveway as an eyesore for a week. I've been out water for a week first Thursday. No-show rescheduled Friday no-show promised for Monday will give me two free bottles with next delivery no-show now it says Tuesday I have 10 bottles and no way to access the water in them now the convenience of instant hot water for tea is great, but the aggravation of this company is too much. Don't do it. I'm going back to zero filters. read more

Beyond frustrated. We haven't had a water delivery in a month because of this whole business buyout/merger. First, we weren't notified of the change in company and only found out about it after we missed a water delivery. Then I set up a water delivery which they cancelled and again didn't notify us. So I was able to finally get a hold of customer service who set up the delivery for us "guarteeing" and "high prioritizing" our upcoming delivery. It was supposed to be here yesterday April 29th, it didn't show up. Logged onto the app that evening to see it was going to be delivered on the 30th now. App today showed it was to be delivered between 7am-2pm, when the order again didn't show up by 5pm I logged back on the app to see that the order had been skipped and a new one wasn't going to be delivered now until May 12th. I sat on the phone for over an hour yesterday with no one picking up. I've emailed with no response. There is no way to get in touch with customer service and we still don't have any water. And to top it off I had to buy water because they haven't delivered. read more

We have been a commercial 50 year client. Company recently merged with primo. The have missed our last 4 scheduled delivery even after 5 phone calls and 5 promises of immediate action The customer service phone attendants are worthless empty words. No resolution read more

they changed to a different company and 3 months into the new company my rent fee for my water dispenser went from $5.99 to $199 per month. i was not made aware nor do i agree with it. my delivery date is delayed, or i haven't been advised. when i have tried to call before about issues no one answers the automated machine says no one is available and the call ends. im livid about the rent fee going up $193 and to make it worse i wasnt even told read more

I'm trying to cancel my service with Ready Refresh. I just want them to pick up these empty bottles. You can't cancel online. I hated this service because they would draft my account for the service and then hold the same amount. I called them and asked them why do they do this and they said it's not them it's my bank. I called the bank and they said it was the company. I'm ready to end this service. read more

We left ReadyRefresh long ago because their service was excessively, unimaginably poor. We moved to Sparkletts which became Primo and delivery was on point. Love it. There was a recent merger of Primo and ReadyRefresh and now there's a single parent water monopoly. No options other than your local grocer. ReadyRefresh is back in the driver seat as a website and delivery platform and service SUCKS!!!! There's no delivery, no contact, just chat bots, JUST SUCKS. During this merger, there's zero management accountability, zero management of this merger period (like it was cast to the wind), zero customer service, zero attention to detail. Really this needs to be addressed at a higher gov't merger level to break this up. Totally unacceptable. read more

The ineptitude of the management of ReadyRefresh is beyond compare. Since the takeover by PrimoWaters, we have been waiting for water since May 4 with promises to make delivery multiple times and backing out of that delivery promise multiple times. Today represents the eighth time that we were promised our delivery and of course, it is no surprise there was no delivery!! They say tomorrow. Thats laughable!! But Primo owns ever major brand and most of the distributing now. Leaving littke choice fir us and Primo knows that and they are taking full advatage of its customers because of it. Worst company for service!! read more

Going out of business would be the only way to improve it. I have never seen such a mess as this merger. I cannot access my account. It is impossible to connect with a live person by phone.. There is no response to email. Water that I don't want keeps showing up randomly. I don't even know how the delivery person gets in the gate! I just want them to pick up and cancel my account. Help!!! Zero stars would be the most accurate rating. read more

There is no way to contact customer service. It's like this company is being run by robots!! My delivery is three weeks late and there is nothing I can do about it. I'm so frustrated. I can't even cancel my subscription because they don't allow you to do it online. I feel trapped! read more

Primo bought Ready Refresh . They are charging me for 2 cooler dispenser rentals when I only have one. The cooler is broken and I cant get anyone on the phone. I have to wait for hours for someone to answer. Then they hung up on me without transferring me to a payment specialist. I tried chat but its a disfunctional bot and I emailed 2 days ago and haven't gotten a reply. I cant even cancel service. No way to get through to anybody. I made an appointment to pick up broken cooler but dont know how to get a new one. Completely frustrated and angry. read more

I am so tired of this company magically skipping my deliveries. I have had this service since 1999. It is crazy how they don't deliver the water bottles on the date they are suppose to. I am ready to make a change because this company does not care about their consumers. Yet I am paying the increase price for 5 gallon bottles. This having to call to get water that should be delivered is ridiculous. Something needs to change soon. read more

Charged us $120 out of nowhere. Can't turn off auto pay. Cancelling costs a $50 fee for "refreshing" the rented cooler. Sometimes we get very different bottles from each other with different quality and some of deliveries have been irregular. Once we only got 3 bottles. Another time like 7 or 8 - it was an army of bottles. No idea why. Going to attempt again to get through to them to figure out next steps. Plan on filing a complaint with the state and BBB etc. It's a horrible. It seems like a scam. Intentionally set up to keep you "subscribed." They took over another company that we originally signed up with and changed the billing on us without our consent. Not okay. I hope there's a another lawsuit. read more

I have been using Sparkletts for a long time through Costco and never had any issues now suddenly it changes to Primo Readyrefresh and the service is TERRIBLE. If they don't deliver my water tomorrow, I am cancelling. I can't even get on hold on the phone. All their phone lines are busy. read more

They are merging with Primo water and nobody knows what is what. Deliveries are off, there's no way to access the bill, the account merging is taking forever and heaven forbid you try to get a hold of someone in customer service!! Give yourself over an hour before they answer!! The only reason I haven't stopped service is Ivan who delivers my water! He is amazing and is the only one who knows what he's doing and how to keep the customer happy!! read more

Pathetic company since the merger. We have received at least four messages in the past week stating that the delivery is postponed. We have received any water for three weeks and had to purchase our own bottles. Furthermore, there is no way to cancel the delivery permanently online. You have to call. Finding the phone number to call is also more of a challenge than it should be. read more

Dear Better Business Bureau, I am writing this regarding Ready Refresh's poor service and failure to cancel my account. I initially contacted Ready Refresh in November of 2022 to cancel my services due to multiple failed deliveries. Despite my repeated attempts to cancel my account, Ready Refresh continued to deliver water jugs to the wrong address, causing unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. I reside at 5488 NW 27th Street; however, Ready Refresh repeatedly made deliveries to 5488 NW 27th Court. Out of the numerous failed delivery attempts, I was only able to retrieve the water jugs once when they were sent to the wrong address. Despite contacting Ready Refresh to correct their error and cancel my account, they failed to take any action multiple times. I am now left with an outstanding balance that I should not be responsible for. I demand that my balance be wiped clean, and that Ready Refresh never contacts me again for any reason. Ready Refresh's incompetence and disregard for my requests have caused me undue stress and frustration. As a paying customer, I expect better service and accountability from a company that I entrust to provide me with the essentials of life. read more

I wish I could give minus 5 reviews. I agree with many of the reviewers here. I didn't have trouble with ready refresh. However, as many others complain, my deliveries keep getting delayed. They have delayed five times now each time on the day of delivery. I get a text that they're nit delivering today and then they reschedule for some arbitrary date in the future, This has been going on for weeks. The one time they did deliver, they failed to ring the doorbell and bring the water in,, as instructed over and over again. So the water is still sitting outside. I guess I was lucky. I got hold of Customer Service after three tries. They told me they would pick up this water, since it has been sitting out in the sun for a week, and replace it with fresh water and ring the doorbell, but they have delayed that Delivery over and over again as well. Can someone recommend a good spring water delivery company? I'm in West LA. read more

They just merged with Primo, not sure the details but now I can't find my delivery balance and I wanted to put it into my checkbook for balancing things. This really pisses me off. I sure hope they get their act together soon! I do know the day of the delivery there was some information indicating that the amount would be more than what Primo charged but not a lot more. However, since then even that information has disappeared so I wish I had saved it as I would at least have _some_ data. Also, they claim to be open to 6 pm but when I called at around 4:30 pm, there wasn't anyone to answer the phone so I guess that was a lie. I did get my water delivery even if it was several hours late, but I'm very unhappy with billing. read more

Something has changed. Been with Ready/Reffresh for over two years or more (since quitting Sparklets because they stopped delivering water) Apparently they have now been brought out by Primo Brands and the new situation is anything but Primo. Had a delivery scheduled for last Friday, got a text confirmation at 8:30am... by 5:00pm no delivery and then a text to say they were out of what I'd ordered - yup, out of water! I tried calling three different customer service numbers - they all cut off without being answered. The website would not let me sign in (5 days later it still won't) Over the weekend the delivery was automatically rescheduled for yesterday, so I spent Monday trying to find out why my water wasn't delivered. I spoke to Customer service (after being on hold for hours - they said the merge had caused problems with delivery... Yes, apparently no one in either company bothered to figure out how to manage the deliveries they had been making without interruption for several years (yeah, a water delivery company can't figure out how to deliver water). The Tuesday delivery was then cancelled, so I spent hours on hold for Customer Service as despite the app saying Agents were 'available' every time you pressed ''Agent' it just defaulted to the main menu. So after an hour of the CS person saying 'sorry' - I was put through to a Supervisor who said my water could not be delivered yesterday but that it would surely be delivered today (it still hasn't). They said they had no way to contact the delivery depot (I know... the ridiculousness is mindboggling) I was told if there were any problems to call this number - the number he gave me allegedly as a direct line to the supervisors. Cut to today... I've still not received any text notification that there is a delivery going to be made... so I sat on hold for half an hour only to find out that the 'magic' number is just for regular customer service and that there is no direct line to supervisors. After ten minutes of hearing the word 'sorry' repeated over and over again. and was put through not to a supervisor but a lady named Beatrice who claimed to be an 'escalation specialist'. She repeated the company mantra of 'problems caused by the merger' claimed everyone was working 'diligently' to make sure it was all sorted out and seemed genuinely bemused that a customer would find any of this completely unsatisfactory. She did say she could contact the delivery depot - which seemed like a revelatory idea to her, so I told her to call, even suggested she use a different phone than the one she was talking to me on... which she did. It went to voicemail. So here we are... no water delivery and a water delivery company that seems completely incapable of actually delivering water. If you want water delivered... maybe use the tap - you'll get a more reliable service and a more thoughtful and logical conversation than you will with anyone at Primo Brands. I'm very frustrated! Our office was receiving Sparkletts for years! Now that Primo has bought out Ready Refresh and Sparkletts there are really no other options to chose from! They keep pushing our office delivery out another week. I call and they apologize. Well apologies and comping water bottles is not helping the fact that we are not receiving our water in our office! How is the merger so bad that they cannot compensate for their deliveries? I had to call and tell them I needed to speak to a manager and needed my water as promised. Rep put me on hold and came back and said they would make a special delivery for the inconvenience. I don't trust they will be here tomorrow. read more
