They are terrible! They send people around to you house to sign up for service with a good deal with NO MENTION that they hike up prices constantly after that! They've delivered to the wrong address before and it was impossible to get a response from anyone. There was also no reimbursement. After a year of service the ONLY way to cancel is to call their terrible customer service line and have them try to convince you for 20 minutes to stick to their service. They then charge you and additional $50 to cancel your service and pickup their bullshit bottles and equipment. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE!!!!! read more

This is the worst company. They initially say one cost, but then every month their cost increases and increases. They say one cost for renting a cooler, but in the end it's a completely different one. I wish I could give lower stars. My company decided to part ways with Ready Refresh due to the delivery guy Nathan. He has been rude and I've been trying to change delivery people, but I guess he's in our area so I was unable to . So, in canceling the order they were to come and pick up the dispensers and the empty water bottles he refused to get out of the truck and had my staff bring the dispensers and water bottles out to his truck! Because I'm assuming he was upset we were canceling? If they do not get rid of him or replace him in anyway, they will lose much more business than just my companies. read more

Dear Better Business Bureau, I am writing this regarding Ready Refresh's poor service and failure to cancel my account. I initially contacted Ready Refresh in November of 2022 to cancel my services due to multiple failed deliveries. Despite my repeated attempts to cancel my account, Ready Refresh continued to deliver water jugs to the wrong address, causing unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. I reside at 5488 NW 27th Street; however, Ready Refresh repeatedly made deliveries to 5488 NW 27th Court. Out of the numerous failed delivery attempts, I was only able to retrieve the water jugs once when they were sent to the wrong address. Despite contacting Ready Refresh to correct their error and cancel my account, they failed to take any action multiple times. I am now left with an outstanding balance that I should not be responsible for. I demand that my balance be wiped clean, and that Ready Refresh never contacts me again for any reason. Ready Refresh's incompetence and disregard for my requests have caused me undue stress and frustration. If I could give negative stars I would. Our engineering company in Los Angeles has been a customer of ReadyRefresh for over 5 years. We have not received any water in over two months. When I log in, it keeps pushing our water delivery back. It's been 90 days!!!! NO WATER. I understand they have merged with Sparkletts and then purchased by Primo Brand (which is supposed to have a great reputation on the East Coast.) THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. Every time I call customer service, they transfer me and then I have to wait over 1 hour to speak to the next agent. I am then promised a delivery and it NEVER happens. If I could cancel my subscription I would but the only way to cancel is over the phone and after 5 calls, I refuse to wait on the phone for another 3 hours. I want to give them a huge NEGATIVE 5 THUMBS DOWN REVIEW. This company is the worst company that I have to deal with. I have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years and in the last 2 months, we have been out of water. Everytime they schedule a delivery, they never show up and keep moving our delivery date. They have done this 7 times! On top of that we have 20 empty water bottles in our hallway because they have not picked up our empties 3 times. Every time I call customer service, they keep saying that they have escalated our issue and promise to get us water soon. Then nothing gets delivered and our landlord is now complaining and warning us that we cannot put these 20 empty water bottles outside of our apartment. We are not a storage facility for Primo Brands and I feel like they are breaking some laws here. I am writing this review while on hold with their customer service for almost 40 minutes now. Primo Brands has a monopoly on water service and I am more than happy to go get my own water now and pay a fraction of the price. I laterally want to cry.... My delivery was cancelled 3 times in a row and than I just cancelled the service after being with no water for over 10 days. If they have any issue with your payment BEFORE the delivery, they will cancel the delivery without notification. I had my card stolen, and didn't update the new one on the website. So they cancel the delivery. I called, updated the card, and ask for another delivery. And they still cancel the next delivery because THEY failed to replace the card. My experience with this company has been horrible. I get charged fees on top of fees with fees from the fees and late charges. When I canceled my account I was charged for deliveries that I never received that is 3 months' worth of deliveries totaling in about $120, which I had to pay for me to cancel the service. Not to mention the cancellation fee. I have not had the service for over 3 months and recently received a bill for $70 including a late fee because I am being charged a cleaning of the equipment charge and I was to receive another bill for an extra fee. This company is really not worth it. They are looking for ways to charge fees on tope of fees and then just add a fee with a late charge for that fee. Was not able to schedule a second delivery although I tried for a month. When I canceled, the technician picked up the rented cooler. "Not Good" is a gross understatement of how bad they are. Everything you read in these 1-star reviews is true. This IS the WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I've had bottled water service for over several decades. I pay the extra money to be a member of the not-so-exclusive "Hydration Club," and include a $10 tip for the driver who lately leaves me dented 3-gallon bottles and doesn't pick up all the empty ones. When my cooler stopped cooling, I wanted it replaced. In the past, they brought a replacement into my house and put in a complimentary new bottle. This time, they tried to leave it outside in a carton. My spouse asked them to at least take it out of the box and put in on our front porch. Bad enough, but when I brought it inside and added a bottle, it leaked all over our hardwood floors. The replacement was apparently dropped, because the shattered part is just sitting inside the tank. No wonder it leaked all over our hardwood floor. Can't get them on the phone. Can't reach them online. The bot IS useless (there is NO AGENT standing by or otherwise). However, I DID get charged on my auto-pay for dropping off bottles I cannot use along with the broken cooler AND a TIP!! So now I want to cancel my auto-pay and my service - let me know if you find a way to do that, because I've spent hours on the website and navigating the voicemail prompts to no avail. The first automatic response to my written online message: we will respond within 2 business days. Second automatic response: we will respond within 3-5 business days. It's now been over a week. Given the BS that the corporate execs at PrimoBrands post on THEIR website about customer service, and efficiency, and responsiveness, you would think someone would be paying attention, but apparently not. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! My business has used Ready Refresh for about 30 years, and while we like the drivers and the Customer Service team tries to help, they constantly do not deliver on the day they say they will, nor let us know of the change, or not deliver the water at all. There is always some excuse. So far in 2024 (and it is Dec 9th and they were supposed to deliver Dec. 6th), they just haven't shown up 8 of the 12 months on the day they stated was the delivery day. We have even asked for a yearly calendar of when they will deliver the water but they don't stick to that. Apparently, it is just a suggestion of when they will deliver. The issues started after they changed their name from Arrowhead to Ready Refresh about four years ago. Their business model seams to be how much customers will take before they cancel their service. Ready Refresh had the worst service before their merger, now it is horrendous. eight out of twelve months last year they did not deliver or changed the delivery date without us knowing that it was changed. As an example of delivery this year, they were supposed to deliver to my office April 28th and never showed up. I called them and asked what happened and they said delivery was changed to May 8th. WTF! So we are now going without water until then? Well, they were supposed to deliver before 4 pm yesterday, and of course, they didn't show up within the time they said they would be there. They sent a message this morning, which is rare, saying they showed up but we weren't there. I stayed to almost 6:30 pm yesterday and they certainly did not show up. Today is May 9th 2025 and they said they changed (again) the delivery date until next week. We have no bottled water in our office and I don't think that they will ever get their act together. If they had a zero stars I'd give them that. I have tried to give them chance after chance after chance because this service is extremely convenient and comes at a reasonable price point. But I'd rather go and haul my own gallons from the store if this is now the quality of service they offer. I currently have 12 empty gallons at home (mind you I order them 4 at a time) because the delivery guy chooses to leave my gallons in the street (the past 3 deliveries) and does not bother to collect the empty gallons that I've been collecting in my home. I had a delivery scheduled for a morning timeframe today, it is now 6pm. No delivery, no text, no call, no update. And customer service is just useless every time I contact them. Great when they deliver and not flake on you. They tend to raise prices at 2-3 times the inflation rate. Orders fail with no notice or acknowledgement. Have a cc problem?, Instead of asking you to fix it, they cancel the order then don't let you reinstate. You have to move up next order to a week out. read more

Wow I can't believe the terrible reviews. What has happened to this company. I used to work here for 23 years and retired in 2012 due to health issues. It was a fantastic company to work for and was just called Arrowhead Spring Water. Great people, great management. Why did it become ready refresh? I know they still have arrowhead water but boy have they gone downhill. It was Nestle owned when I retired but never like the reviews are saying would ever have happened back then. I worked in transportation and we drove Arrowhead trucks and went to several different locations and all management and employees were great people and it's just sad reading all of this. I've lived several different places and have had several different water delivery services. And ReadyRefresh wins...at being so bad it's hard to put it into words. I originally set it up and had my first two deliveries with no issues, left at my doorstep, because like most functional adults I have a job. Last month, they say they will be at my home between 8am-12pm. No one shows up. Ok, it will come later. Then, around 6:30pm I receive an email saying no one was home to accept the delivery. My delivery instructions are explicitly written and says to leave at my doorstep. I google their business and it states they are open until 8pm, I call, they are closed by 6:45pm. I call the next morning and get a script of "sorry for the inconvenience" and it's rescheduled for the day after. I'm not thrilled but ok, and I proceed to take the next morning off because they ensure me it will be there. It never shows up and I'm met with more excuses. Twice I ask for a supervisor, one never calls me. Again, today I'm met with the same issue. And the same email, and a customer service center that is supposed to be open until 8pm and isn't open at 6pm. Never have I seen a more incompetent business when it really isn't that hard. read more
