ReadyRefresh is now Primo Brands. The monopoly is complete. And like all monopolies, this one doesn't give a fig about their customers. We haven't had a delivery in months. This is not a joke: every day they reschedule the delivery to the next day. But because it's a monopoly, what are our other options? We have an appointment next week for under-sink filter installations. When that happens, it will make my day to call and cancel Primo / ReadyRefresh. Good riddance. I suggest everyone do the same. I have bad experience in my bottle of water delivery since they merge to Primo water . They delay the delivery until im running out of the water again. I just use my break at work to check for the delivery. And they failed again. They should call to notify the customer ahead of time or give us extra bottle this time for the inconvenience. There is not enough space on this Yelp review page to even begin to tell you what an ABSOLUTE SHAM you will encounter with this company, now called PRIMO! Since the transition to PRIMO, services, including: (a) their website, (b) speaking to a live person (if you are lucky/unlucky to get someone who knows what they are doing), (c) delivery times, dates, and persons making deliveries, and (d) overall customer service is abominable, abysmal, awful ... and I could use additional descriptors that begin with every other letter of the alphabet. Company practices and protocols, relative serviing customers, need to be assessed, examined, and scrutinized by an outside third party (e.g., Ch. 7 "On Your Side" ... Los Angeles based news station). Honestly! There seems to be something else going on aside from 'just painfully bad and disrespectful services'. And, get this ... approximately 30 minutes after finally deliverying our water, PRIMO had the nerve to send a link asking us to "leave a tip" acknowledging our satisfaction with their service delivery. I have a three BIG TIPS for PRIMO ... (1) bring up the curtain on the characteristically deceptive, deceitful, disgraceful, and disgusting services you perpetrate on customers, (2) return all monies collected from customers, especially those customers who have paid for services yet have not received their bottles of water, and (3) author a written, well-documented article thoroughly documenting your dishonorable and reprehensible practices and publish said aricle in various acclaimed and award-winning media outlets (e.g., Los Angeles Times, New York Times, etc.) ending your article with ... "and, because of our exceedingly bad services, we have decided to get out of the water refresh business". Finally, and to make sure that your apology is indelibly etched into the hearts and minds of customers whose trust and confidence you betrayed, you may also want to consider reaching out to the most noteable product "influencers" and respectfully ask them to put your apology on 'blast' and distribute your 'Mea Culpa' message widely. A review of the 2,668 Yelp reviews with an average rating of 1.1 out of a possible 5.0 can only lead to one conclusion ... Everyone can't be wrong! read more

I have never encountered a company work so hard to loose my business. I have now had empty water bottles sitting outside of my home for weeks. I couldn't take them in if I wanted too. The reason for this is because I receive an email every day letting me know that my water will be delivered the following day, then the following day letting me know that it has been rescheduled to the next day, and this has been going on for weeks. Talking to customer service is a joke. I spent over 3 hours in two days working my way up the supervisor ladder, only to have each one guaranty me that I would receive my delivery by my assigned date, then nothing. Congratulations Primo water! Worst merger ever...Got an email telling us not to pay our bill...I paid 2 payments before this email...Now I have a $200 bill and they keep telling me not to worry...Now I get an email telling me to pay my bill and it's obviously wrong and my other payments are not shown...I call...after being on hold for 45 minutes due to everyone else obviously having the same issue...They tell me I have to call another number because I originally signed up from Costco...So now I am on hold 2 different times and had to finally hang up to work... Other issues...I used to be in the bottled water biz...It is pretty easy with common sense when you show up at a customer's house...and you see 3 empty bottles outside...you should replace them with 3 bottles...NOPE...my guy left 1...and I missed him by 2-3 minutes...I called the company to have him turn around since he shouldn't be far away...He did not turn around and I got no response...I called back later and wanted a supervisor to call and no response again...This happened the next time as well...I finally waited for the driver and spoke to him about this and he said my account was set up for 1 bottle...Are you kidding me I said...you can't replace my empties ??? I have 2 bottles outside give me 2...if I have 3 give me 3...He had to get permission from his manager...Now since the merger is complete...I have a different driver...Same thing is happening...He wants to give me 2 bottles because the computer tells him to for what is approved...What has happened to the world of common sense ??? What has happened to Customer service ??? What has happened to the customer is always right ??? I am begging for service, and it is a complete joke...My new driver and last driver were nice...it is not on them...It is the College grads and people who never ran a route in the delivery service industry in their life running these blue collar type of businesses...Now that these companies have merged...They are a complete and utter mess, and I now don't have any real options for service... Primo Brands/ ReadyRefresh are by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. They are extremely unprofessional, unreliable and make it difficult to take action on your account with long wait times and a customer service team that essentially cannot do anything actually helpful. They refuse to issue a refund for goods they never delivered, they leave behind empty bottles due to lack of communication causing them to pile up in your home. Primo took this company over and has messed up our deliveries. ReadyRefresh was not very good at documenting the details of our deliveries in their system and their new driver tried to delivery one bottle of water when we consistently purchase 20 for every delivery. They do not allow you to contact them by phone and they take 2 business days to reply to emails. I didn't think their customer service could get any worse but I have been proven wrong. read more

Arrowhead/ReadyRefresh/Primo We have had Arrowhead Water delivered to us for around 30 years, when we were around 30 years old. So we have been long standing customers! During that time, Arrowhead Water, owned by Nestle/ReadyRefresh at the time was eventually purchased by BlueTriton Brands, and the transition had some little bumps in it, but seemed to recover within a month. We eventually received the Costco discount, which helped financially. However, as of November 2024, Primo Brands is now the owner of Arrowhead water. In fact, the monopoly of water delivery services is now run by Primo Brands (They own most of the water delivery services such as Primo Brands, Sparklets, Mountain Valley, Crystal Springs, Ozark, Saratoga, Pure Life, Canadian Springs, Alhambra, Zephyrahills, Deer Park, Ice Mountain, and now Arrowhead/ReadyRefresh) The transition from BlueTriton to Primo Brands was not felt by us until May 2025. We have our water delivered twice a month to our door. But early May, our water wasn't delivered to our apartment door, as is usual, and on our evening walk out of our building's security gate, we saw all 4 water bottles outside our building's gate. My husband had to carry them to our apartment! When I called Primo Brands to find out what the issue was, I was on hold for 2 hours, and had to get on with my day. When I tried later, I couldn't get through so I called the new customer number and after 2 hours got through and was able to relay the delivery directions, which ReadyRefresh/Nestle already had. Why that important customer information wasn't transferred to Primo is beyond me. I asked the customer service representative if they fired everyone from Arrowhead/ReadyRefresh. She laughed an uncomfortable laugh. Her laugh answered my question. The following delivery, 2 weeks later, everything was good. Water was delivered to our door. But this week when our water hadn't arrived Monday morning, I checked our account on their website and saw that they delayed our delivery for the following day. I had a busy week, and by Friday I realized our water still hadn't been delivered. I checked the website again, and saw that they changed it for 2 more weeks!! We will be out of water!! So I called at 10am and their message said I called after business hours. So I tried the new customer number, and was on hold for 2 hours before they finally answered. They customer service rep couldn't do anything, so my husband and I decided to cancel this service, as they are not offering any customer service, and I wasn't sure I'd be able to reach them later to cancel our service. Having a monopoly is not healthy for our economy. Will be getting water from a small local company. If you are considering any water delivery with any brand name owned by Primo, DON'T DO IT!! The people working for them are nice and as helpful as they are allowed to be, but the company is obviously in financial difficulty since they didn't keep the acquired delivery drivers or customer service representatives to get to you quickly. They obviously bought up companies, fired their employees, but kept their customers...but not for long. We are leaving in droves. read more

We are fairly new customers and have experienced ongoing delivery delays with provided excuses that make no sense. This seemed to have gotten worse since the merge with Primo Brands. We have had about 3 delays since the promised date of last Friday, and today's excuse was something lame such as can't access street. I came home and there are no obstructions on this street at all! When trying to contact customer service, the hold times are too long and I can't seem to get any response. I've tried chatting, no luck. Tried sending a message, no response after a couple of days. I never write reviews, but I've got no other avenue to express the absolute non-service I get with this company. Somehow I get delivery dates assigned to me, often just a week or two, three apart, for four 5 gallon bottles! Maybe they expect you to need the same amount of water on the same dates year after year? Try to reschedule and it's impossible. So you skip, then you're without water for weeks. I curse the stupid bot "helper". I cannot stand this company, as it continuously disappoints and pisses me off month after month. They delivered 10 water bottles at my front door door which I did not order. I emailed them several times about this mistake but they did not reply on my request to return these water bottles. They've cancelled multiple deliveries. My delivery was scheduled for last Friday...they cancelled that, without even notifying me. I happened to go check my account and found out. Then they scheduled it for today...you guessed it...it was cancelled and rescheduled for Thursday. I've been out of water for over a week and now I have to go out and buy water!! My dispenser is leaking and they were supposed to replace it. That hasn't happened. If I don't get my delivery on Thursday, I'm going to cancel. I'm sure that will be a pain in the butt. I have delivered in Georgia for eight years with Crystal Springs and never had a problem and ready. Fresh came in. They haven't delivered any water. They're still charging me for the machine. I don't even know where to start here... We were using Alhambra for years with no problem, then all of a sudden they merge with Ready Refresh/ Primo Brands and service literally disappears. We always had 2 recurring deliveries a month, but our business got zero service in May, and we had a delivery scheduled for yesterday that NEVER SHOWED.. Despite the fact that the site said it was out for delivery... Now we have 17 empty bottles and 5 full that are expected to last our company till When I logged in this morning to check on the delivery, it said "Delivery cancelled per your request". I NEVER CANCELLED THE DELIVERY!! I tried the chat feature, which gives you a useless bot that keep recycling the same options instead of helping. I tried calling 2 different customer service numbers, but it keeps me on hold for 45 minuets to an hour before I finally hung up cause I can't keep the phone tied up all darn day. Finally I sent customer service an email, so hopefully that works but I doubt it. I'll talk to my boss about finding a new service, cause this is completely unacceptable. Woah! Apparently they came and I denied the delivery which was not true since I was completely out of water. Beyond frustrated. We haven't had a water delivery in a month because of this whole business buyout/merger. First, we weren't notified of the change in company and only found out about it after we missed a water delivery. Then I set up a water delivery which they cancelled and again didn't notify us. So I was able to finally get a hold of customer service who set up the delivery for us "guarteeing" and "high prioritizing" our upcoming delivery. It was supposed to be here yesterday April 29th, it didn't show up. Logged onto the app that evening to see it was going to be delivered on the 30th now. App today showed it was to be delivered between 7am-2pm, when the order again didn't show up by 5pm I logged back on the app to see that the order had been skipped and a new one wasn't going to be delivered now until May 12th. I sat on the phone for over an hour yesterday with no one picking up. I've emailed with no response. There is no way to get in touch with customer service and we still don't have any water.
