Do Not by any means necessary use Ready Refresh. Over the months service has declined and the price has risen. Deliveries are erratic and without communication they don't come at all. Calling is a nightmare as you can barely understand the customer service representative. As I cancelled today funny they offered an expedited delivery reduction in cost per bottle and even offered free water. How is this possible when they can't meet the recurring delivery date. I do not understand how a water delivery service can be so bad. Phone calls unanswered for days, emails unreplied for weeks. Deliveries were constantly changed, cancelled, or missed with no communication. I opened an account with Ready Refresh in Oct 2022. The first couple of deliveries were very good. Then they started randomly rescheduling deliveries to the point where deliveries were occurring every 2-3 months at best requiring me to purchase water in between. Customer service is a joke and when I called to cancel, they indicated that there is a bogus $60 reconditioning fee for the dispenser. I would not recommend this company AT ALL. read more

We have used ReadyRefresh for four years now, and are now looking for a new service. ReadyRefresh customer service is terrible. While the delivery drivers are pleasant, and helpful, the corporate customer service is abysmal. Attempting to contact their customer service has resulted in the system dropping our calls, stating that they do not service our area, and requiring an active God to speak to an agent. Their latest fiasco is kicking your delivery date continually down the calendar, until it rolls into the next month. In the last six months our deliveries have been rescheduled a total of 23 times, skipping entire months. They are not stupid about this. They wait to let you know that your delivery is rescheduled after 5 PM. They don't want you bothering their customer service agents, if there are customer service agents other than the bots they direct you to. I cannot recommend this company on any level. My heart goes out to the delivery drivers, and my full blame goes out to the corporate management of this company. The service was good until Ready Refresh was bought by another company, which is usually the end of a good company, and it was for Ready Refresh. They constantly rescheduled my deliveries now, multiple times over days and even weeks. They are unreliable. I scheduled a person to sanitize our water dispenser. He was a complete no-show. **NO STARS** Their service is basically non-existent. I have been a ReadyRefresh customer for over 2 years and recently canceled my service due to the complete lack of reliability. They will confirm delivery multiple times and then never show up with no notice and reschedule or completely cancel your delivery - this has happened 5 times now. I don't know if the drivers are lying or its a combination of the drivers and customer service, I've been told that my order will show up several times by customer service and within an hour of getting that confirmation receive an email stating they couldn't deliver because "no one was home" - LIES or no explanation at all a brand new date for delivery that then never shows up.. At the same time ReadyRefresh has determined that they will authorize payment on a CC an entire week before delivery. So customers are literally paying in advance for services that they never get. As a different review stated they do not pickup their products to end the service. I have over 10 bottles that need collecting because they have not completely picked up all the empty bottles in 6 months while delivering new bottles of water. I manage the water mess for our office. We get 14, 5 gallon bottles a month. This company has never, ever, delivered on the day of delivery since I took over the water mess a year ago. I could usually call and get it delivered the next week but in the last few months it has gotten sooo bad. I've called 3 or 4 times a month now. Wait times are always over 30 minutes to talk to someone. This month, they've not shown up for the scheduled delivery for 4 separate rescheduled times. Used to have a great, reliable service with RR, but they can't meet the demand for monthly deliveries anymore. Our order would be "on its way," per their text messages, but then, despite assurances from their 1-800 number that the delivery was out and would be there by 6pm, nothing would happen. Apparently, they don't have enough drivers and so whatever the driver doesn't get to that day, the company just "reschedules." They deliver items that we didn't order with a note that this is a promotion item and we should enjoy and then they charge us for it. I've been a customer since Aug 2021. I've had 9 scheduled deliveries and two of them were no shows. That's an over 22% fail rate. The first time they missed the delivery, they actually charged me $19 for them to come back out and pick up the empty bottles! My current June delivery was missed yesterday, and I still have yet to hear a word from them about missing the drop-off and they have not responded to my email. I don't usually do reviews but this one is deserved. I have been getting (4) 5 gallon deliveries per month from this company for years with few issues. However, I started getting deliveries in December 2023 with 5 gallon water bottles which, as soon as you put the bottle on the water dispenser, have plastic bottle caps floating in it. I have been going around about this since December with no answer as to the why or what the resolution would be. They have a new sealing issue that they are working on to resolve. Well that's obvious because the plastic cap pops up when you put onto the dispenser. I have now had (14) 5 gallon bottles with plastic caps floating in it. They are going to just keep sending out the bottles with the plastic cap issue until gone. I just got off the phone with quality assurance who did another song and dance and acted like she "got me" when she told me what the 'problem' was, accusing me that 'I knew what the issue was and I had told her I didn't'. So talk about a redirect so you don't have to deal with a customer. I told her I want Corporate to explain to me what's going on (not my delivery person) and for Corporate to tell me what the resolution is without me getting 30 more bottles with bottle caps in it. They are awful for first time customers, they give large windows, the drivers rarely show up (but say they did) and getting a hold of customer service requires a lot of patience and availability to be on hold. I have been using this company for a while now. Several years... For some reason, our delivery person, for the last two deliveries, keep putting the bottles in the wrong place and have not been picking up the empty ones... which is sitting right in front of the door! If I had done this review three months ago, it would have been 5 stars. The company has always delivered on the day scheduled. (Well, except for the snow days which is understandable and there was a period in Q4 last year when they obviously had logistics/labor issues because deliveries were delayed for about a month.) However, today I was very frustrated because the driver literally put the bottles at the stairs instead of the doorway and left the old bottles. Not a huge deal but there is no way I want to look at those empty bottles at the front of my house for the next month. I did call the customer service line and spoke with someone who was very helpful and called the driver to return before he was too far away from the area. If the bottles are gone by the time I get home, I will be sure to update my review. If not, then I will have to start paying closer attention to their performance/service. read more

Currently looking for a new service. My deliveries were coming on Mondays. My work schedule recently changed and I will no longer be home to accept a Monday delivery. I was initially told I could not change my delivery date. How ad a paying customer am I forced to only get deliveries on Mondays? So I then explain my situation and that I do not want the deliver to sit outside for 12+ hours in fear it will be stolen. My delivery date was then changed to Thursdays without permission to change to Thursdays. All this communication was by email at first. I asked was there a reimbursement policy for stolen items. No response. I asked why was Wednesday not available, no response. Never got straight forward answers to my questions, so I decided to call. The woman I spoke with then explained my delivery arear only has Mondays available. And she also says someone changed it to Thursdays but Thursdays is not listed as available in my area. I wish I would have read reviews before signing up with this company. Definitely cancelling once I locate a new water delivery service. Please do better! read more

We've been dealing with their water delivery in our office for two years, and in those two years they have not once, not one single time, actually delivered on time. I have had to call and ask about the status of our delivery every single month, and while they've made some offhand attempts to make it right, and pay some lip service to "we've hired new drivers, we're working out the problems" the problems just continue and continue. I believe that I have been with Ready Refresh for almost 2 years and it seems that our relationship has come to an end. My water was not delivered on the day that it was supposed to be, no one contacted me to let me know that the delivery had been rescheduled. They are very happy to contact you when there is a billing issue, but not to inform you that they cannot give you the service that you have paid for! This is the 2nd or 3rd time that this has happened to me. I logged in on the mobile app to see no current delivery but only one future delivery a month away! I set up a chat on the mobile app and explained my disdain with the chat agent, agent "RR" . The only thing that the chat agent did was tell me that "the delivery truck broke down", offered to have the water sent 5 days later and offered me a waiver of the delivery fee. My response was, so basically me and my family will go thirsty for 5 more days?, the agent ended the chat. I did call and talk to a supervisor in customer service, who was helpful in compensating me ( to a point), sadly, he wasn't able to tell me why the delivery was rescheduled but also told me that he could place an order for me and the next delivery date available was still going to be 5 days later. I set up a new account with them; delivery was scheduled between 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Well, 1 p.m. came and went and no delivery. When I called at 1:30 p.m., and after a nearly 25-minute wait, the customer representative assured me the delivery was on its way. At 4 p.m. I called again. Again, I waited nearly 30 mins for a customer rep. Again, I was assured delivery would happen no later than 5 p.m. After reading some reviews, I called to cancel the account that never got started. After another long wait on hold, a customer rep finally picked up my call at 4:49 p.m. and insisted the delivery was on its way and it'd be delivered by 5 p.m.!!
