We came from another service, that on a regular basis missed our delivery day and would not send someone else out. We switched over to DrinkMoreWater and I have to say, without a doubt, this is the best move we could have made. The water is great so no complaints there. However, we always get an automated phone call reminding us of our upcoming delivery. Only one time was there an issue, and honestly, it was not their fault but ours. I forgot to put the bottles out the night before and they managed to reschedule us for the next day with no issues. Prior to our big snow/ice storm last month, they actually notified us they were delivering early, prior to the storm, to make sure we had our water. Great company! read more

I had been using Drinkmore water delivery service since early 2020. I was pretty happy with the service until I had to close my account due to relocating to a different state. Their accounting seems mediocre at best as they shortchanged my bottle deposit by $30. If you start the service with smaller number of bottles then later increase, you shouldn't have a problem. However, if you are like me and decrease and increase multiple times to include when they made a mistake and delivered less bottles than what was put out, then good luck when you're trying to close. read more

I have been a happy customer since 2018 until today. Scheduled delivery was for today and I got telephone call a day prior confirming delivery. I've been waiting all day today but no water was delivered. After looking at reviews for companies in the area this is the only one that seemed like it might be worth it, and I'm really glad that I decided to give it a go. I've been drinking tons more water, and I'm really happy with their understanding and responsive team's handling of my not knowing how much water I would need a month initially, as well as their option for 3 gallon jugs, which are much easier for me to manage than the standard 5 gallon ones I've seen before. I called them on a friday afternoon to say that I was out of water---totally my fault, i had just miscalculated delivery dates. The customer service person rushed off the phone to see if a truck was in the area and WITHIN 15 MINUTES i had a delivery. In fact, the woman apologized that the truck was here before she had a chance to call me back and tell me to put the empty bottles out (I did anyway because I heard the truck pull up.) I have had ongoing issues with this company. Their customer service is weak and I did not feel I received good service at all. Go elsewhere if you can. When I first hired them, they gave me a calendar of delivery days and we agreed that I would receive a certain amount of bottles each delivery. Over and over again, the delivery would come on a different day than listed on the calendar. Also, fewer bottles were delivered on those visits. Despite repeated requests on my part for a heads up when this would happen, I did not receive one. When I raised my concern the third time this happened, they claimed that they had left me a message and told me they would not be out to my area for some time. This company has always been great. They're reliable and cost works well with out office budget however post pandemic, they refuse to deliver inside of the office buildings. We can't leave anything unattended on the loading dock and the building management may charge us for leaving things on the dock. They aren't even willing to meet us half way and deliver to the outside of the office suite. I understand them not coming inside during the height of the pandemic but without an estimation as to when this policy will change, I have to find another company. read more

This is the MOST unprofessional business I've ever experienced. We thought we'd give our business to a small business. BIG MISTAKE!!! Huge! We are a doctors office and we received a call at 7:45 am stating that effective imminently, they will no longer be delivering to our area. No notice whatsoever. The staff there are so rude, I don't understand how the owner employs such piss-poor, rude staff. We continued to order from them during Covid shut-down, even though we had to decrease our order. From B2B, how do you discontinue water delivery without any notice. As I'm reading all of the "one start reviews" it makes me wonder how they are still in business!? I am so tired of every business taking advantage of their customers and blaming the reason on COVID. So if they refuse to deliver water to the actual client and not just a loading dock without informing them, charge them, and give no discounts for this change in service that was agreed upon in 2012. He never told me that if I cancel they keep my bottle deposit money for six weeks, that is if they ever give it back. The water PH is 6, which is very bad! This is an office delivery review. FIRST, never ever volunteer to run the office water delivery, totally thankless job. But if you are reading this, you may know that already. People seem to love or hate this company. Maybe because of my experience with other delivery services, I am giving them total love. The Costco water delivery is from the 9th circle of hell, and shares that spot with Instacart. So I was desperate for a reliable company and am so happy with customer service. I have made multiple changes to dates and amount of water and it is a 5 minute call and it gets delivered and billed as ordered. YAY! That seems like a small amount of customer service to desire but after years of running the office water club, it is practically magical. I phone, and I get what I need. I wish I could order spring water but am now at point where JUST getting water delivered as ordered seems like a small miracle each delivery. So yeah, they get the 5 stars. I actually have a job that does not include yelling at water companies ( try 3 hours with Instacart) in my assigned portfolio...I suggested that it get included in my annual review after dealing with so many bad companies and my bosses rely on me always having a bottle in the cooler but no luck. I'm a new customer and so far the experience has been great. The service has been amazing! From inquiry to set up, the service has been speedy and efficient. The prices are great and the water is so refreshing. Any time I called the office, Alicia (sp) was extremely pleasant. My sales rep, Rick, is also amazing and attentive. I loved working with him. I had a slight issue which was quickly resolved. The delivery man called before arriving to my place so he could ensure everything was properly set up. I'm just loving the service. The only issue I have is I wish I had thought of joining sooner. I live in an apartment and the cooler doesn't take up much space at all. I'm writing this review because of the way we were treated recently by Drinkmore. We have been customers for many years and have always been satisfied. However, last week's delivery did not arrive. When I called to find out what happed I was told that we had been "removed from their schedule" because we were "not complying with their payment policy". This came as a surprise to me because I always pay the bill by check as soon as I receive it. Turns out that their payment policy had changed but it was never communicated to us. So Drinkmore cancelled our service with no warning and no explanation. This is no way to treat your customers. We are now looking for a new water delivery service. read more

These guys are a mess! I've been their customer for about 4 years, it happens often that the company doesn't deliver on time, or at all. I've had deliveries of significantly more bottles than ordered and when trying to get a resolution my emails are ignored. It can take 3-4 people and an hour of phone calls to get a simple refill done. Because they have your credit card on file they simply charge you and that's where you get stuck. I had been lied to about phone calls and voicemails left on my phone, when it was clearly not true. If you use this company there will be times when you will be without water. Unfortunately the driver took 3 of our full jugs of water and replaced them with 3 full (exact same) jugs of water from his truck. Why would he take our water and bring back the same amount? So now we are being charged for 3 new bottles of water and he stole the three bottles that were full that we already paid for and out there. My husband and I watched the video cameras in awe. We couldn't believe this guys brains when we saw him pick up our full jugs of water from our house. When I called to complain and ask if we would be charged for his mistake he claims that I asked him to take our water. The lady on the phone said I can leave if I want to it's my decision. I am waiting on a manger to call me. They said they are too busy to call me back and may get back to me tomorrow. We receive monthly water deliveries from this company. They were VERY easy to deal with to set up our account, and provide very personable service. The price is the same per 5-gallon bottle as what we paid at Home Depot, but Drinkmore Water delivers it to our doorstep! All of my contact with the DMW office staff has been great, too, -- payment, schedule changes, and special requests. We recently scheduled our first water cooler cleaning. This is a review for office delivery. I don't know if it's just our representative but we have had SO many problems with bills being sent months late (we emailed her asking where the bill was at the time and got no reply of course), other bills coming up from months ago that they claim were not paid, deliverymen not paying attention to orders and bringing more water and then when told on the spot that we did not order X amount, he says he can't do anything and we end up having to pay for it anyway. Oh and there seems to be no option to pay online even though we get invoices by email, because having an online system with a record of payments and orders would actually prevent half these mistakes from happening. We are switching as soon as possible, the lack of customer service is frustrating to say the least. read more

I was a customer for several years until today. I originally signed up for their bpa free bottles which they sold at a premium and was ok paying. Between signing up and three years ago they changed their bottle offering and began only using bpa free bottles. What I didn't know was they also charged less for them. When I asked to have my account corrected for being over charged I was told someone would call back three times. The final salesman just said he wasn't going to change anything and hat no manager was available, ever. Great accountability and service!! Been a customer of DrinkMore Water for more than 3 years now, and could not be happier. Their water tastes EXCELLENT (downside, my children immediately can tell if water is tap water and they do NOT like it. ha), and their customer service is wonderful. Quickly and professionally respond to any concerns I have. In three years I've had to contact them for multiple reasons : needing a new dispenser (once, just recently), needing more bottles, needing fewer bottles, needing to skip a delivery because we're on vacation, needing to reschedule a delivery because we're out of town.
