They are the most unprofessional company.they just stop answering the phones when they didn't keep a delivery .When you call to find out what the issue is they give another day and then they still don't show and they inspect you to be calm,with a 1 day delivery per month. Find another company who will keep your delivery dates and at least call you when they aren't to show up and the customer shouldn't be chasing the truck all over DC. read more

Never signed up for this service. In fact, I specifically told them not to bring me 10 bottles, I just wanted to try a sample. But they brought me 10 jugs and just dumped it on the sidewalk in front of my house for anyone to take. I am disabled, so I called and said hey, your guy left all this water on the sidewalk that I can't lift and asked them not to bring. They said they'd send someone to help. No one came. I had to hire someone to carry it all in, where it took up half my apartment as I didn't have storage for 10 huge jugs which is largely why I said NOT TO BRING TEN JUGS. The water is not good. It tastes bad. It smells bad. I told them the jugs would be out for pickup. That I didn't want any more. They still brought more. Same terrible delivery. I caught the guy this time and made him take them back. All jugs were left on porch and retrieved by their idiot driver. For MONTHS I have emailed and emailed and emailed these people to correct this. Samantha finally got back to me, said she had seen all my emails... but just hadn't responded. She's still trying to bill me for a dozen bottles. I said I'd pay for ten, even tho I never ordered them in the first place. She continues to read emails and not respond. I have since moved. They continue to send me a ridiculous inaccurate bills that I am Not going to pay until corrected. This company is ran by morons. Do not waste your time on this trash water that smells like wet dog. read more

Endless Waters have cut my spring water supply bill by almost half!!! And the service is better?!!! I have a hair salon in the Rockville area and have been getting water from Toni and Endless Water for about 2 years now. I get a monthly delivery of 8 bottles and pay a little over $30. Anthony the driver is very nice, he's in and out in a jiffy but he's big smile stays with you for the rest the day :) For a great service and a good value I'd recommend Endless Waters to anybody!! read more

The quality of the water and customer service is top notch. I have been receiving water delivery from Endless Waters for quite some time and I have recommended them to several other companies and individuals. If you plan on using the water for anything other than drinking you will be pleased to know the PH level is consistently neutral and the PPM has been verified by multiple outside lab reports. Myself, my family, my dog, and my employees also drink this water and the taste is far above what I was getting from my previous water delivery company. Over the past several years there have been a few communication issues. Most of which revolve around changes to the delivery schedule and where they company internally knew these changes were coming up did not notify their customers in advance. One specific incident involved myself waiting on a day the business was closed only to find out at the end of the business day that the delivery had been rescheduled for the following week. This was not an acceptable situation as we use large amounts of water and space is limited to store it, and while the management failed to provide adequate notice the delivery person made sure that our needs were met. The second issue I have noticed is that upper management lacks the motivation to retain quality employees. Employees that consistently go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy and continue to be customers is not translated to what the employees need and they lose these high-value employees to higher paying jobs at other companies. I have been fortunate to have the same delivery person for so long and fear the day when they are replaced by someone else. I doubt the person they find will be as good as my current driver and based on other reviews I believe that your experience with this service may be dependant on which driver you get. If you are as fortunate as I am then you will never be happier as the good ones go above and beyond on a regular basis and make up for anything lacking by the company's management. They will do everything they can to ensure you get the water you need and are polite, professional, and everything you could hope for in a water delivery experience. read more

I have had a problem w endless waters delivery system for months now. They have a weird 'no knock' policy so if I'm not sitting by my door all day waiting for the delivery man, I'll miss my delivery and the pick up of the old bottles. I tried to get around this by calling the company, and I was told that knocking was too much of a 'pain' for the delivery man. Seriously? Your whole business revolves around delivering water. If you can't be bothered to knock on my door to deliver it, what's the point?! I have left the empty bottles out on my front porch (albeit it looks trifling to do so) to accommodate the company, and when I leave 4 empties, I get 2 full bottles in return. Seriously? I want to specifically thank Samantha at Endless Waters for being so gracious during the COVID19 crisis. Because we are not allowed to access our offices, I called to put a hold on our bottleless cooler rental. I expected an unpleasant conversation, but Samantha could not have been nicer. She immediately offered to put a hold on the bottleless cooler rental and simply said, "We know you can't use it, why would we charge you?" I'd imagine that this is hitting their business pretty hard, but she still was positive, friendly, and incredibly understanding even in the face of temporarily losing a client's income. I've been impressed by their service before, but this interaction motivated me to let others know. In a time of stress and financial uncertainty for their livelihood, an Endless Waters employee chose to be kind and understanding. We had Endless Waters deliver our water for almost two years. Their service was inconsistent--sometimes they would show up and sometimes they wouldn't. Sometimes the bills would match actual deliveries and sometimes they wouldn't. As a result, we cancelled our service. They picked up the empty water bottles 2.5 months ago and we have still not received our deposit back, despite numerous (unanswered) emails to Samantha and Toni. read more

My review is not about Endless Waters' product or really even about their monthly service delivery, but about their customer service attitudes. I can only speak to my experience about one employee, so this isn't meant to be a negative review about all of them. I called a few days ago to cancel my service with them because I am moving and the girl I spoke with told me that they would come out this Friday to pick up all water bottles, both used and unused and the water cooler itself. She never gave me a date and I didn't ask for one or ask for clarification because I understand "Friday" when someone says it to me. Now if I did not understand which Friday, I would have asked. Anyway, fast forward to today, 21 Apr, which happens to be Thursday and I get a call from Samantha stating that one of her drivers was at my home and he is telling her that nothing was left out for him to pick-up. As soon as I heard the message, I called her back and told her why we did not leave anything out and she tells me that according to her notes it clearly states that they were coming out on 4/21. I even told her that I wrote down the day as a reminder and put it on the fridge (with all of my other reminders as we prepare for move-out). Anyway she agrees to reschedule a pick-up for the following Tuesday, but then she tries to be condescending by telling me to be sure that I write it down and then gives me the actual date and and adds, "and that is the number 2 and 6 (for 4/26)"... It took everything in me not to hurt her feelings, so to avoid this I hung up after saying thank you. This was an easy fix and had it not been for her smart aleck attitude, I would have gladly recommended them to my neighbors and friends, but if it is one thing I don't tolerate it is bad customer service! I will assume that Samantha is either the owner, co-owner, wife if the owner or otherwise related because I have noticed that around here with these small businesses, I only run into these kind of attitudes with people in these positions. Small businesses get their life from word-of-mouth though so unless a customer is being unreasonably rude to them, they need to check their attitudes at the door. read more
