Spent over $1000 for "Integrity" Water "Solutions" (Kent) to "fix" the problem with the salt not going down - he said the barrel needed replacing. It was still not working. Called the. Back. He then replaced the seal because "that's all that could be malfunctioning." Still not working. Called the office again and got a snippy lady on the line. We decided to call another company - they figured out the problem in minutes and additionally had to go back and redo all of the settings too because Kent apparently reset everything incorrectly. I would steer clear of this small family run business- our experience is they have no idea what they are doing or are unethical- either way, it's not good. read more

when they came out to service our water filtration system last year, they didn't reset the system properly and we have been drinking extremely low ph water for a year. now I need to figure out if this has made us sick or ruined our teeth. I do not recommend them. I've had gastrointestinal issues for about a year now and am wondering if this is what caused it. read more

Beware of sales practices. The guys that came to my house were friendly and professional. That's the extent of their positives. Though they admitted my system was in code, they refused to work on my system saying it wasn't their current method. The quoted me $1500 for a new neutralizer system. They even worked the high pressure sales angle. They scared me enough that I bought a pH tester kit so I'm better informed about my system going froward. I called another well company from Annapolis. They said my system was fine as is. They switched my system to liquid and I haven't had any issues since (about a month now). I found my company and it's not integrity water solutions. BUYER BEWARE: This company is decidedly anti-integrity in their business dealings. On 8/22/2020, I stopped in to inquire about replacing the resin tank for my water softener. I have a standard tank, 10x36 inches, and it is 35 years old and leaking. I told him I needed to replace it that day so I could restore water to my home. I have an Autotrol valve control head but these tanks have a standard threaded neck to fit Fleck and many other common brands of control heads. The gray-haired, bespectacled proprietor told me that tanks and control hands were proprietary and matched and that there was no standard connection. So he told me that he couldn't sell me just a tank, but he would be happy to sell me a new tank and control head for only $1,200. This man looked me in the eye and lied to me in the presence of my 8-year-old daughter. I went out behind the store and there were dozens of resin tanks, all with the exact same INDUSTRY-STANDARD threaded neck that I required. it appears that business has been very good for him during COVID, as he sells his own "special" version of resin tank and control head. I ended up finding a fiberglass resin tank that was $150. No integrity found here! read more

I give them 1 star only because I can't give them 0. Absolutely horrible customer service. They don't return phone calls or answer emails. They installed my softener system and I called them in December because the timer on my system was not working properly. I was told by the owner that the unit was recalled but was currently back-ordered. It's been 3 months, I haven't heard back from them so I've been trying to contact them for the past 2 weeks via phone, email, and their website. Radio silence. I think they have caller ID and avoid my calls. It's easy to avoid emails and web inquiries. Definitely would NOT recommend this company. I guess their mission statement is "take the money and run." I have had positive experiences with Integrity over the last 7 years. I had an old water treatment system (a competitor) that came with our house that they serviced a few times and they were always professional and helpful. I wound up installing my own new system because I am cheap and it is not terribly difficult to do so. I still pick up my chemicals from them and appreciate their service and location. read more

We had a HUGE problem with our water system over the 4th of July Holiday weekend. We phoned everyone we could find online (including the company that installed our system). Kent from Integrity was the only one that called back. He walked us through a temporary fix and then said he would see us Monday. He just left and I am so thankful we found this company. We were not a current customer so the fact that he returned our call outside of their business hours amazed me. When he was at my house this morning he explained that they are a small business and you can pretty much get him 24/7. They will be my water treatment company from now on. read more

We have not had good well pressure for a long time, Intergrity was recommended to us by Greer well drilling. Integrity came out and looked at my water system, we all agreed that it was time to replace what we had. They gave me a price and then set up an appointment. They were on time and finished the installation in a reasonable time. We now have fantastic pressure and I highly recommend them to anyone who has a well and has problems. read more

We had a water softer installed in our new house, but were still having problems with buildup on our shower doors and sinks. Integrity Water Solutions (The Owner) came to our house and indicated it was more than likely Silica. He said it would need to be tested and charged my credit card $105. I was told that the results would take 3 days, after a week I called and was told it actually takes 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I left several messages asking for the results but never got any answeres. Its been more than 2 months and I never got the results. I called my credit card company to disbute the charges. This place is a rip off. read more

I have been using Integrity for over a year for my water system, pool and recently they installed a reverse osmosis unit in our kitchen. With a bad back they deliver and load the salt for us. They always test our pool water for free. The reverse osmosis unit required running some tubing behind our kitchen cabinets, dishwasher under the floor and into our refrigerator for our icemaker. The great news is it is now running and our ice and water is the best it has ever been. They are always friendly and professional. I have a well in Crownsville. Admittedly the treatment system I had was old, but i maintained it . The water was hard and smelly. I had Integrity quote on a .replacement system. They were about in the middle of the price range. I had been buying salt from them and was impressed with their knowledge of Hydro-chemistry and the water types. found in AAco. Installation was on time and at quote. have since called with questions. Very patient and very helpful. My water quality is way up and my salt consumption is way way down. If I had it to do again i would contract with Integrity all over again. read more

I'm on well water and need to treat it. I buy all of my chemicals (chlorine, caustic soda), filters and occasionally salt from Integrity. They have excellent customer service and will test the quality of your water for free if you bring in a sample. read more
