He mentioned they may only be able to do the consultation since they had another job, so from the very start I felt like we were receiving rushed service. Dan and his apprentice spent a little less than an hour knocking holes in our drywall (in one closet he just started hitting the wall with a hammer) only to make his way up to the attic to tell me we had a roof leak. As I had mentioned in my original consultation, this was in fact a vent pipe leak that I would have been happy to pay to have addressed. Instead, we went through two roof consultations before I crawled up in the attic and fixed the vent pipe myself. I tried to reach out to Dan to let him know this was actually a plumbing issue and received no response. We found TNT through one of the Yelp project requests and I deeply regret choosing them as opposed to some of our other options. Between the price paid, the lazy investigation of the pipe, and the lack of response when I reached out to have the situation rectified, I am seriously disappointed with their service.

I asked how much is an emergency call vs a regular call and she said she didn't know that, and that a technician would have to call me to tell me the price after I booked the emergency service. She finally says "I'll have the technician call you with the price of the visit before you commit". 20 minutes later I get a text and an email that a technician was on his way in about an hour. I contact the call center again, and nothing. Another 20 minutes goes by and a technician finally calls me. Won't tell me the price of a standard emergency call, and tells me a tech is already on their way. I simply said "cancel it". If it's this difficult to get a simple price from them, I can't imagine how more difficult things go for them. It told me everything I need to know about how they handle their business. Avoid. So many other great options locally, they don't need your business.

These plumbers pulled our toilet to clear the clog, then put a camera in the system and found that we have a collapsed pipe. Heidler put a camera in but said it was too dark to see. The current plumber said it was too dark because the clog had not been removed. He also said that we are their second client this week where they were called because Heidler failed to correct the issue. When we called Heidler and told them that the toilet was backing up again, we were told that their work is not guarenteed. After seeing this review Heilder contacted us and refunded our payment.

I wanted to get an electric anode rod replaced in my water heater since they are supposed to be replaced every 3-5 years but the electric rods last up to 20 years. I didn't want to take off time from work and they booked me for an evening appointment between 6-7 pm on a Friday. The tech showed up right on time and got to work. The procedure is relatively simple but if you run into a snag getting the rod out then it can be time consuming so I didn't want to mess with it. Less than an hour later he was done the cost was $250 which is inline with the range I was seeing online for what people paid with other places. I saw a wasps nest on my front porch as I was paying the invoice with the tech and he went to his truck and got some wasps killer for me to use.
