Other companies were unresponsive or just plain unreliable, (e.g. saying they would show up and then ghosting.) I spoke to Earl, and he had someone come out to diagnose the same day. After they diagnosed, I was given a quote for the repair the next day. That was Thursday. They let me know they could do the repair starting Monday morning. They showed up at 9:10 am to start and finished the job at 2 pm. He explained (and showed me) other issues with the unit. The team was courteous, prompt, and professional. I scheduled a service appointment because my heat wasn't working. When Tony arrived, I asked if the issue could be related to work done on my system in August. I went upstairs to turn on the heat for troubleshooting, and before I even made it back downstairs, the heat came back on. When I told Tony I could hear it running, I asked if he had done anything to the system he said "no". I asked more than once, and instead of explaining what might have happened, he tried to sell me a routine maintenance plan, which I declined. I was still charged an $85 service fee. The next morning, I read the service report and saw that Tony had written he "I found that the gas valve was in the off position after place gas valve in the on position system engaged properly and began heating home." He never mentioned the gas valve being off or that he turned it on during the visit. I'm confident the valve was turned off during Logan's previous visit in August when a coil was replaced and welding was done in the HVAC closet. I reached out to Tristan to discuss the report and request a refund. I haven't received a call back from him or anyone else at Logan. Instead, Tony called me. After this experience, I feel less confident in Logan Mechanical's transparency and customer service. I appreciated my first experience, but this recent interaction left me questioning their communication and integrity.

I had water in the pan... why? The fan died. So my unit was freezing the dead fan & when it thawed, the water would fill the pan, set off the sensor and kill the power. Also, my unit is old. I googled the motor price and he charged me the bottom dollar. I even had him over to flush the coil 2-days later.
