He says they're out of stock and *might* have them tomorrow but isn't sure. I call customer service to express my disappointment that they were late, didn't call to ask if I wanted to reschedule and that driver tried to sneak away without an explanation, and CS rep told my he could have it sent on Friday. I asked to be escalated. Told next person that this was the worst customer service I had ever seen and asked that the two delivered bottles be picked up tomorrow and the order cancelled. She apologized (the first one to do so) and asked if II could hold while she tried to get a manager or the local branch on the line to see what they might do to make this right. Came back on line 3 minutes later and apologized again but wasn't able to reach anyone. She understood my frustration and desire to stop the bleeding now and just close the account. I asked when the bottles in my porch would be picked up and she said today. Well, they're still there. If they haven't gotten them by the weekend I'm using them to water my plants, putting the bottles in the recycling for pickup on Monday and disputing any credit card charge they try to put through!

These people are TREMENDOUS. while I understand that others may have a paused perspective, all I can tell you is that this company stood by us through many renovation repair delays, and when we finally were able to commit to a water delivery date, they adjusted their schedules and provided everything we needed So while our story is not important, I can tell you that we had many hiccups with the renovation company, and each and every time Aqua Duck adjusted and provided the services we required. In the end, what provided me most with confidence with their services what my call with them this afternoon, when our pool was delayed because of the reno company, and their staff adjusted and when I questioned whether they would be able to do the pool fill this evening their response was that "well, we don't stop until the last customer's water request has been filled." However, we always get an automated phone call reminding us of our upcoming delivery. Only one time was there an issue, and honestly, it was not their fault but ours. I have been with this company for about 30 years and I have been very pleased. Way back in the…read more1990's or so, there was a mix up on our billing, but the customer service people were super nice and resolved it very quickly, even issuing a refund for the inconvenience. We have not had a single problem since that time. Our driver has been the same fellow for nearly the entire time, and he is amazing -- super polite, will occasionally ring our doorbell if we forgot to put our empty bottles out, remembers our children's names and is a genuinely kind and caring person. They recently changed their bottles to be BPA free - no small expense, I'm sure -- and I am hopeful that they are doing their best to lessen all of the bad chemicals in plastic bottles since glass bottles would be impractical. I appreciate them holding down costs while balancing that with providing a great product. On our plan, they will also bring us a free replacement water cooler at any time and take back our old one, and we used that about every 5 - 7 years, which has been nice. When the industry changed from water coolers with the bottle on the top, to a slide in water bottle on the bottom, they were ready with the new version and immediately got us one in the new style. They also refurbish the old ones instead of throwing them in the landfill, which I also appreciate.
