Well, hooray for delivery person Malik! I finally got my extremely heavy glass bottles of water moved to where they should have been in the first place. Communication from the Primo Brands main office still wasn't great; he thought he had been assigned to pick up empties. But I explained the situation and he was more than accommodating. It was frustrating to get email confirmations for two different days; Primo thought they were being nice by setting the appointment earlier - but when they didn't cancel the first confirmation, it just made for confusion when you're trying to plan your week and you end up blocking off two full days from 8a-5p ( they aren't able to narrow your delivery window until well into day of delivery). read more

The delivery driver is the only bright spot about this company. Firstly I signed up an our Local Sam's Club. the representative was just that representing nothing but lies to get ppl to sign up. I spoke with customer support when the total i was told during sign up was doubled the following delivery. I was hung up on. When I spoke with someone else I told them to discon my delivery. I explained why and to get me to stay was offered 6 months at $4.99 per bottle and no delivery fee. I skipped a month because I needed water sooner so I went and bought more. When I skipped the month they sent me a notification saying they were picking up empty bottles and the machine. The representative told me even if I canceled my subscription the water cooler is mine to keep. We finally got that straightened out. I attempted to do a reorder today only for the total to be higher and included delivery fees again. Spoke with another customer support who said we had to up our prices due to quality products and services. Final update to the saga: so we FINALLY got our water delivered in mid-August, two months late from the original scheduled date. But the terrible service still wasn't over! Previous phone reps over the two-month nightmare of cancelled/rescheduled delivery dates kept promising to waive the delivery fees and comp us for several free bottles to make up for the delays. But lo and behold, when I checked our account to make sure those credits were properly applied, Ready Refresh/Primo CHARGED OUR CREDIT CARD FOR EVERYTHING. When I called to complain I very specifically told the rep they needed to give us a refund back to the original credit card, NOT an account credit, as we were not going to be ordering from them again any time soon. Sure enough, when I checked back the next day, they did exactly what they were told NOT to do and gave us an account credit instead of refunding directly to our card! It took several more phone calls over the course of a week to get this final mess fixed and finally get our refund. ZERO STARS EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END. We've switched to a small independent local company for delivery and couldn't be happier. They may not have a fancy website for online orders and scheduling, but they actually answer their phones quickly, you speak to a live person instead of going through endless unhelpful automated phone trees, we can schedule deliveries with just a few days' advance notice, and they actually deliver on time! They're very quick to take your money and charge you for the cooler rental, but they can't seem to get the deliveries right. I'm now canceling and asked for my bottles and equipment to be picked up. I have never had an experience worse than I had with this company. Beware and don't do business with them. They don't let you remove your credit card or cancel your membership until you contact them. And when you are able to get hold of anyone in this company, they will gaslight you and lie to your face. They delayed my delivery for days, then scheduled it for Friday. When Friday came, the delivery waited till 6 pm, then marked my order as delivered when I did not receive anything, knowing that customer service is off on Saturday and Sun. Since the merger with primo water, this has been the worst thing ever in the last two months. My water delivery has been changed so many times I've lost count. I am 60 years old and live on a top floor so it's very hard to carry up many bottles of water. Note, if ReadyRefresh misses your delivery (their fault) they don't come right away (or next day) to make it right, they tell you they will come on their next available delivery date. There's zero communication, delivery day changes without notification, no notifications of any kind no matter how many times you update your profile. Ready Refresh was recently bought out by Primo Brands and the conversion has been horrible. Starting with a missed delivery, phone numbers which don't work, a web site which does not work, and call back options which don't accept your response. I am disappointed as Deer Park did an excellent job, and Ready Refresh did a pretty good on. Primo is 0-1 right now and digging deeper. I left a call back number on an email with, of course, no response. PRIMO IS ABSOLUTE TRASH, A PIECE OF GARBAGE Since Primo, impossible to get ANY kind of service at all. They no longer have a business customer line. The number I used to have to our rep -- no longer exists. There is one number with a ridiculous hold time, finally got someone who barely spoke English, did not know what she was doing, computer didn't work or didn't have information (we have been a corporate customer for years and years) and to top it off she was RUDE. Changed our delivery date in the system I see, and it also says we need to order $4 more (yes, four dollars) before we can get a delivery. WTF??? This is the same amount of jugs we have had on auto-order for a decade now!!! This was a great company until the merger. It quickly went down the toilet. We had 8 canceled deliveries, repeated attempt to reach them were unsuccessful. I canceled my account, and they still billed me. I told them if they did not pick up the cooler and bottles that I would throw them in the trash. And that's exactly what I did 5 weeks later. Switch to Drink More Water, they're GREAT! There is only one positive thing I can say about Primo/Ready Refresh, and that's to give kudos to the driver, Dayne K. He was amazing to work with! I 've been with Ready Refresh Water since April 2025. around the time of their recent merger, The service has declined after the merger . You will encounter problems with the service performance if this company they are unreliable. I am type 2 diabetic and my daughter is nursing new mother. We both need to drink water daily with having issues with our service. I have been experiencing late deliveries, long lengthy wait times to speak with their customer service department and problems with their communication updates notifying me. This water company will get you hooked on their good tasting water and instead of hiring more staff blame everything on their recent merger. Customer service is non-existent. My deliveries would usually contain an extra bottle of water that I didn't order. Their response was, "We thought you could use an extra bottle". The company "Business Manager" replies to reviews with the same generic messages. If I can do anything to assist you please blah blah blah... How about do your jobs and manage your people. So many reviews that say the same thing and they reply with the same thing. If you're a business--avoid ReadyRefresh at all costs. We went out of our way to provide our office hours and specific delivery instructions, yet they continue to leave water bottles outside where they're vulnerable to theft. Despite repeated requests, they never pick up the empty bottles, and now our office is overflowing with them. You'd think customer service would help resolve the issue--but good luck getting through. You're left on hold forever, and their chatbot is completely useless. They even tried to patch things up with an offer of free water and a $50 credit, but at this point, no thanks. And let's not forget the awkward requirement to tip the driver before they've even completed the service. The whole operation is disorganized and frustrating. Shockingly terrible customer service and I can't wait to get our account canceled. In 17 years working in administrative positions, I have never, ever received this kind of horrible service. Our office's water dispenser stopped working two weeks ago and leaked all over the office floor. I called and after waiting approximately 20 minutes on hold, an exchange was processed with a delivery date of Tuesday, July 8. No one ever showed up with the new dispenser and I never received any communication about it. I called the next day, again waiting on hold for at least 20 minutes, and was told the delivery was canceled without notifying me. I was told the delivery was rescheduled for July 10. Again, no one showed up. I called at 3:30 and left my number in the queue for a call back to avoid waiting another 20-25 minutes on hold. When I got the call back, the person told me that they could not look up my delivery and had to transfer me to a different department. When transferred, I had to wait another 25 minutes on hold. When someone finally picked up, I was told that in fact the delivery had not been rescheduled. It had been canceled outright with no plan made to complete the exchange. I was told that someone would be coming to service the machine the next day. Surprise, no one showed up. The best the customer service agent could do was reschedule the exchange delivery for Monday, July 28. The person told me that they only communicate delivery issues via text message and email. We have one financial officer that manages this contract for all of our offices and pays the bill. Given that only one email can be on the account, I cannot add my email to facilitate communication with this company. It is not her job to be fielding issues with deliveries. In addition, like many other offices, the phone number on the account is a land-line and we are not able to receive text messages. We have many offices on this contract and it's disgusting to be brushed off like this. Update: Today I have been on hold for an hour after two call reps told me I was transferred to the wrong department. The second one told me he would transfer me to the right department and that the wait time is currently 51 minutes. I demanded to speak to a supervisor. He said that once I get a representative on the phone after waiting for almost an hour in this queue, I will have to ask them for a supervisor, wait who knows how long until that person picks up. So after all of this, I will have been on hold/on the phone for probably 3 hours today alone. I doubt there will be any resolution today and I also doubt anyone will actually show up on the 28th. I keep getting excuse after excuse, incorrect information, and transfers to the wrong department. How in the world is this acceptable? It's absolutely disgusting. read more

Do not start service with them. When ReadyRefresh was by itself. They were always on schedule and provided excellent customer service. However, once they combined with Primo Brands, my delivery was delayed for months. I tried to cancel service and have them pick up their equipment, which had also been delayed for months, and they kept trying to charge us when they didn't want to get their stuff. #readyrefresh Great service. For about 6 months. First got them in June. The issue began January when it snowed. After getting rescheduled about 6-8 times in the space of about 2 weeks, I called their customer service, which is NOT listed, by the way, absolutely fuming. They promised and swore up & down that I'd get my delivery that Wednesday (31 Jan). After they failed to deliver AGAIN, I called AGAIN and FINALLY got my Jan delivery that Friday, Feb 2nd. Obviously, at this point, their word is worthless even though I was hoping this month's delivery would be better. My delivery that was scheduled for today (8 March 2024) was rescheduled without notice. The best they offered was delivery on Tuesday. I'm canceling my service and letting everyone know what utter crap service they have. Readyrefresh sucks! Update: The bottles and equipment were due to be picked up yesterday. (Tuesday) They picked up the bottles, including the one left on the water cooler but left the cooler. I did call after my empty bottles picked up. They obviously got the message that I canceled my service but didn't note to pick up the equipment. Attached is a picture of the equipment minus bottles AFTER being reassured that they would send the driver back. It's now the next day and the equipment is still outside my door where I left it.
