Trying to contact them to cancel deliveries and my account. So far, nothing. It is impossible to modify existing account details, and 9 times out of 10 when I am sure I have modified correctly there is no record of my having done so. Erratic deliveries which may or may not contain what I ordered. The kicker is that my insignificant case of half-liter bottles arrive in cardboard shipping boxes via UPS. Really? Its decadent enough to get our drinking water in bottles, but adding a box around a perfectly self-contained shrink-wrapped group of bottles is excessive, and wasteful, and quite annoying. Call them? We have water delivery with Ready Refresh and are having the hardest time getting consistent delivery from them. It got even worse since they "upgraded" their website. As of May 15th, our office has been out of water for 7 days. I've gotten an email from them on May 10th saying 'we're on our way' then no delivery. Got another email on May 13th saying 'we're on our way' then no delivery. We stopped getting the emails but our account says delivery is scheduled today. Its interesting that it gives me that message every day that I login. I called customer service and after a 30 minute wait, the customer service person said the order was delivered today. Of course that didn't happen. When I challenged her that it was not delivered, she put me on hold and dumped me back into the queue. After another 30 minutes, I got another rep that said they were scheduled to deliver today, but since it was already past 5 o'clock, they probably weren't going to deliver today either. They could not give me a reason why. So, now they said the delivery is rescheduled for 5 days from now. We'll see if that happens. In the meantime, we ordered a cooler on Amazon and will be changing our delivery service once it arrives. read more

Service has gone down hill while pricing has gone up. You cannot chat online nor can you call their customer service. The only way to get information before 5-7 days after submitting a request is to tweet them. They said I requested I skip I delivery when my account shows I scheduled a delivery but it was "incomplete." Time to shop for another water delivery service. read more

Terrible...Terrible Customer Service. Called the phone # listed and got a recording referring contact should be made via message and response can be expected within 2 business days. I sent a message and never received a response. Placed an order which was accepted and gave a delivery date of 6/24/22 which was never delivered. After spending several hours attempting to find a "live person" to talk to, I was told that my order was cancelled because my order didn't meet the minimum required for delivery. These people scammed me out of $110 for one water machine and 4 jugs of water and are pieces of crap. They didn't want me to cancel the plan and didn't want to admit they are scammers. Worst water company ever. Zero customer service. When I finally cancelled the highly overpriced service, they took their water dispenser back, but claimed I still had it. They continued to keep charging me for months after I had completely discontinued their service. I made repeated attempts to contact them and tell them I didn't even have their service anymore but nobody ever answered, and they kept sending me bills. Ready Refresh doesn't deserve even one star. I was over-charged (for twice my normal delivery) on my previous bill and sent RR an email explaining the issue on 2/25/22 and received a confirmation that I would hear back in 3-5 days. It's now 3/15/22 (18 days) and I have not received a response but have received a pass-due payment notice. I have tried calling RR at the customer service number and even called the local number multiple times only to get a recording that they were busy and then hung up on. I tried sending another email requesting someone contact me and their site is now apparently down. These guys are horrible. They scheduled a delivery to my house. I didn't need the water. I was not able to cancel or postpone. When the driver came I returned my empties and refused delivery of any water. They billed my credit card for water that was not delivered. I disputed it through my credit card company and closed that credit card. Ready Refresh continued to try and change me. I have security cam showing the driver picked up the empties and leaving. I called and spoke with a customer service rep. She said it was resolved and would cancel the charge. This week I received a new bill. Like gum on your shoe. Just can't get rid of them. read more

They have not put the delivery in the same place twice and customer service is non existent. I was an Ozarka user in Houston for many years. Never had these types of problems. I have been with this company for 14 years. The incomplete deliveries, the delayed and changed deliveries, and the non existent customer service have led to me cancelling. Horrible all the way around. And it seems like others are having the same issues. And dont blame this on the pandemic. Having a driver read a piece of paper to deliver the right goods should be a no brainer. Ensuring you have people to respond to emails or answer the phone is key to business success. Hope I could give zero stars. Worst business I've ever used. I have notification enabled to receive email the night before the scheduled delivery so I could place empty bottles outside ahead of time. The notification stopped working after I skipped couple orders. I have been trying to cancel my readyrefresh service for MONTHS! I can't get anyone on the phone, I am unable to remove my card information via the website and they keep billing my card month after month. I finally had to close my bank account to put an end to it. The water gets delivered to an apartment that I do not live in full time (I live out-of-state for work) and so the bottles just sit there in the sun for weeks until I can get my mother to go up and move them inside for me. read more

Very dissatisfied w/ Nestle. I have spent countless phone calls, chats, and personal editing of my account for these changes to continuously not occur. i have tried for months and months to edit my reoccurring orders, to space them out, to cancel them all together. Ensuring over and over again this would happen and they still continue delivering to me. I have now had it and have cancelled service all together. I dont need to deal w/ so much hassle. Buyer beware!!! This is a no star review, but because you have to rate this one is too many! The customer service and operations for this company are TERRIBLE, FULL OF EXCUSES, and LACK OF CARING. Accountability for their operation issues is not in there corporate dictionary nor does anyone working customer service seems to get that, they are rude. I'm a very understanding person. I get if there is a miss communication happens. Once is ok but 3 times. Give me a break. I have been lied to multiple times by customer service, each and everyone of them tells me not to worry the issue is fixed. On top of our deliveries never coming in date we are originally supposed to get it the order is never correct. We have to call every month and get the run around. I agree many of the other users. I've had ReadyRefresh for about a year. We get monthly deliveries and only one or two have been delivered on time. The last delivery... rescheduled 4 times. I've talked to the call center (yes they are nice and apologetic) and you can't talk to the location that delivers in your area (that's top secret). If you ask for the manager of that facility to call, you'll get no response. I was actually going to offer to meet a driver somewhere to get our water, but since they don't want to do their part, we're leaving. Not to mention that they are going up $2.00 a bottle for the water that can't be delivered on time. I'll take my $60.00 a month elsewhere. Avoid this company at all costs!!! read more

I am NOT a ReadyRefresh customer and I never will be. I had 8 5gal bottles of water dropped at my door yesterday. When I called customer service after tracking down who the company was that put them there. They had me on hold for 20 minutes. The lady was nice enough giggling the whole time about their screw up, but told me they'd send someone over to pick them up. After asking me if I would complete their delivery for them. I'm an old man and can't pickup 8 42 pound bottles of water and walk them down my street looking for the proper owner. This morning going out to check my mail I almost tripped over one. If you're missing your delivery, I think I know where it is. Called them again this morning told them if I break a hip on one of their bottle they're paying my medical bills. Crooks and thieves. They bill you for undelivered water. Hide their phone number. If you find a customer service number, the recording says they are too busy to accept calls. Have to navigate deep into their site to find a cancellation path but no guarantee they will honor it. Only way I could stop them was to block credit card payment. read more

As a note to others, if you have this company on autopay for your deliveries & have been having the same issue as all of the customers on this site in which you are not only NOT receiving your deliveries but are being invoiced & charged for your delivery items anyway as if you had received them, it won't do any good to try to contact anyone at this company either locally or nationally & they will continue to rip you off. I have tried to deal with them for going on 5 months & have over $300.00 in bogus charges from them that are under dispute with my credit card company. It is impossible to contact ReadyRefresh to get them to take you off autopay, so the best thing to do is to block them on your credit card.
