Never used this company but I was behind their water delivery truck on the road and that thing was spewing the blackest smoke I've ever seen come out of any vehicle. The whole thing was also just disgusting and filthy. I would give this business zero stars if possible. I was given a price over the phone but they did not explain what was included in the price, what was nonrefundable or provide their terms and conditions. I had to make a payment on the spot to ensure that the delivery was scheduled. Then I received the invoice and the terms and conditions, trying to make me party to a "contract" I never saw in advance. NEVER pay any significant amount of money without the quote in writing. When I had pool scheduling issues, I cancelled well in advance but vendor wanted to withhold the "admin fee" per the "terms and conditions". Choose another vendor! read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. I called one day asking if I could order water and was told that it would be 8 days to get water. We were nearly out. My partner was also callign around to companies trying to get water and having a hard time finding anything sooner. I asked the representative whether or not I could go ahead and book, and if we found anythign sooner, could I call back and cancel without penalty. She said yes, so long as we gave them at least 48 hours notice. I agreed to these terms and placed the order, she went ahead and took my credit card info and charged me $351.53 for the delivery. That same day we found someone who could come out 2 days sooner and booked them, and we called this company back to cancel. We were told the full refund would be processed back to the card. I never got an email confirmation for that or the cancellation. A month later i am looking at my credit card statement and the charge was there without a refund. I emailed the company and got no response. I then called them company and it took me calling 4 times to get a response and the person I spoke to was extremely rude. After being hung up on twice at that time, I eventually I got a manager on the phone, I .explained the situation and she said that she could see the water had never been delivered and that she would process the refund. I just checked my statement and she only refunded $319 of the $351.53. I intend to dispute with my credit card company, but just a warning to all of you out there considering using this company, buyer beware. They charge you upfront and don't honor their commitments, and they steal. read more

I used them to refill my pool after a new plaster resurfacing. They were expensive ($3,100 for 20,000 gal) but did show up on the day promised with one truck that had to make 5 trips. My primary complaint is that THEIR BIG TRUCK LEFT MULTIPLE OIL STAINS ON MY DRIVEWAY. While they would not deliver the water without being pre-paid ahead of time, they were totally unresponsive about the oil stains. Initially, after I made multiple calls to them, they said they'd send someone out that weekend; no one showed up. Then after I made more calls, over several days, I finally got ahold of David (said he was a manager but didn't give his last name). I sent him pictures of the stains (see below), he agreed they were responsible but never even apologized and said he'd "look into the best way to clean the stains and come clean it up." It's now been two more weeks and no one has showed up. These folks do NOT CARE about you as a customer or the damage they incur to your property while delivering the water. There are more customer friendly and affordable water hauling companies so DON'T USE THEM, YOU'LL SERIOUSLY REGRET IT. read more

This company is garbage. They ask you to pay up front which makes it incredibly hard to get them to the job as promised. I paid them up front for 40.000 gallons of water to fill a freshly plastered pool. They told me they would have a guy work through the night to get it done. That in itself was a lie. They sent one truck which broke down and didn't bother to notify me or come up with a solution. They then said they could have another truck come out on Monday to get started but that never happened. (Btw) the truck that was scheduled for Friday had no intention on working all night cause he was instructed to drop one load and go home. Then I was told Monday that I would get a refund, however that was a lie. When I called back they said they had mailed me a check but they don't even have my address!!!! Here it is Wednesday and still no resolution. I was told this morning mine was on a conference call and would respond quickly to my email and again that didn't happen. I'm now concerned that I may not get my money without taking legal action. Since they took my money and bailed on the job myself and 2 employees have had to water the pool to save the plaster every day since Friday. I then had to pay an extra fee to another company to fit me in Finally to get this pool filled. I'm currently out of pocket over 12k on water due to this company not refunding my money and paying additional fees to another. Fair warning stay away from this company at all cost. Very unprofessional and have no customer service. They just send your call from one person to another and no one takes any accountability or actions to get you taken care of. read more

Excellent Service, Timely Delivery and Fair Price - We were low on water and they were able to fill my two 4000 gallon rainwater tanks the next day. My driveway is tricky, but they were able to run hoses a hundred feet to reach my inlet. They've also use trucks with stainless steel tanks. I will definitely use them again. read more

What a pleasure it is to work with professionals from beginning to end. The owner Ken knows his trade, is a straight shooter, and can turn on a dime. We had to complete pool repair with another vendor including acid wash and as soon as we were done, the Tejas Water Haulers trucks started coming in rapid succession. When they realized that the pool was larger than what we had originally estimated, they put the pedal to the metal and got more trucks out to us so that there would be no lag time as the pool refilled and would be done in a timely fashion. They honored our request to not park the heavy trucks by the pool because of recent heavy rains, and their hoses were able to reach without a problem. (When we did this a number of years ago with another water supply company, the trucks had short hoses and they made a mess of our yard.) I would absolutely recommend these folks. read more
