The installers and two service reps were on time and one service rep helped me move things in my garage for the piping to be installed and then helped me put it all back once the install was completed. Unfortunately these last 2 weeks we experienced yellow water & low water pressure. Called Culligan and was told it was not a water softener issue. Had plumbers come check our tankless water heater and run various diagnostics. Called SAWS. Called 2 appliance repair companies and everyone said the same "it has to be your water softener." A Culligan tech stopped by for maintenance and told us all was working well even though he was only here for a couple of minutes. The issues persisted. Again called plumbers, SAWS, appliance techs and was told the same. At this point we had been dealing with the issue for 2 weeks! We decided to call Culligan again, even though their technician had been here days before, and reached them after hours. We are so incredibly blessed it was Adan O who was on call and returned our call. Immediately he knew the issue!!! He came by that same evening and was able to resolve the issue in minutes. We dealt with this for 2 WEEKS!!! If it weren't for Adan, we'd be canceling our contract.

Then what prompted this review and I emailed back on this invoice I just got ; I got my salt delivery statement today as the guy came out about 3 weeks ago. I again working should have went out there to hold his hand because I got a $28 bill with no # of bags of salt no delivery fee either. Just you owe $28 and some change When the salt delivery guy showed up, I had opened the garage so he could do his job and thought he would knock on the door when he was done. Nope, nada, nothing, he just left and my garage wide open for about 10 mins. This is not good customer service at all. I will not be using this salt delivery service ever again and I'm just extremely disappointed in how all this went. Can't even open my attic, thanks! I would not recommend this company. I'm highly disappointed and a little PO'd that I can't get in my attic especially when my AC is up there to change the filter. I will not be taking this review down either or calling the owner because obviously you don't care.

Brandon called me to schedule the installation but there was an issue. He told me that they don't pick-up the item at Home Depot and it should have been delivered to our home. He told me that it's a $50 extra fee if they have to pick up at Home Depot. I told him that the sales associate made clear to us when we purchase the toilet that the installer will pick-up the item at the store. He said that he needed to call and verify Home Depot but never got a call back. Gina, same company, called back that afternoon and said that they will pick up the item when I told her the issue. She got me scheduled. Kevin was the plumber that showed up to install our toilet. Kevin was great. From initial call to let me know his arrival time to installing the toilet, he was very professional and courteous.
