They aren't open on Fridays, which is a weekday. It is not a weekend, but the guy told me it was a breaker. It was not a breaker switch. I had somebody else come over and said it was not a breaker switch. The tech that came would not move the dishwasher to see if the plug was just unplugged, a simple solution. He claims it was electrical. I do not believe that is the answer. It has to do with the connection between the dishwasher and the RO system, and he wouldn't refused to move the dishwasher. I can't get back there. I can't move it and he refused to therefore, now I have to go the entire weekend without my water or my dishwasher and I am very ticked.

Nope, nada, nothing, he just left and my garage wide open for about 10 mins. This is not good customer service at all. I will not be using this salt delivery service ever again and I'm just extremely disappointed in how all this went. Can't even open my attic, thanks! I would not recommend this company. I'm highly disappointed and a little PO'd that I can't get in my attic especially when my AC is up there to change the filter. She said she'd reach out to one of their drivers and get right back to me. She did within 5 minutes. She said that they could be right out to help us. They were and within an hour of my initial call we had our tank filled. The driver was super polite and very professional, and it was Brett (hope I spelled his name right) who is the owner himself. He said he was down a driver so he got out and made the delivery. Very cool. It seems another review indicated that these folks were rude and expensive. The price I paid today was actually less than I thought I would have to pay and I think they are exceedingly nice and very professional. I am a happy customer and will gladly act as a reference. The downside is they are significantly more expensive than other local competitors. Unfortunately, I didn't find this out until after I had already took delivery and paid. They are nice, but it's not worth the extra expense, especially when they cancel delivery at the last minute.
