Friendly services, good pricing, and the quality of water you are getting from an Austin business cannot be beat! Austin water is questionable at best, but I don't have to worry much about it because SunRay waters keeps their promise of suppling quality water! Parking can be tricky at times (if you're refilling jugs yourself) but it's never too much of a hassle! Definitely recommend! read more

Great spot ! Family owned. Very friendly staff. The water is great quality. I own a tea business and the water makes the tea taste great !

Retail and commercial water with reverse osmosis (RO) and distilled water. Clean and simple process.

If you're considering signing up with this company, please be aware of the risks you're taking. Several customers including me have complained and cancelled service because SunRay is not requiring their delivery drivers to wear masks or socially distance. It really makes me question if they are properly sanitizing the bottles, disinfecting their facilities, etc. Other social media posts have suggested they don't believe the virus is real. I can't confirm that but their Facebook is full of ridiculous conspiracy theories about fluoride in drinking water so it wouldn't surprise me. In short, their water is pretty good, but it's sure as hell not good enough to risk dying from the 'rona to have it delivered to your house. read more

Sunray Waters - Lastly water for thirsty marathoners. - Water Delivery Near Me - Austin, Texas

After seeing the devastation of Hurricane Harvey, I decided to organize a fundraiser at my child's elementary school: kids collecting loose change in giant water bottles placed around the school. I called two of the larger nationwide water delivery companies and asked if I could borrow 20 five-gallon water bottles for the school, and I received the runaround. Long waits on hold and no results. I should have known better. I decided to call SunRay Waters, a local company, after seeing the business on Yelp. Ruth, a co-owner, answered the phone and was immediately enthusiastic about helping me. She said I could come pick up a truckload of old bottles anytime at no charge. When I arrived, we chatted for a while and she gave me a tour of her impressive operation. In the end, my child's school was able to collect pound after pound of loose change thanks to Sunray's generosity on a short timeline. If you're looking for an honest and generous local business owner who stays involved in the day to day operation... if you're wanting to deal with a business owner with a great attitude and a great product, order from SunRay Waters! read more

We have been getting water here for 2 years and unfortunately are moving out of state. We love coming in to talk with Ruth! Water is crisp, clean and perfect! Great small business. Would recommend getting a WET card and filling bottles yourself. read more

Highly recommended. I am a brand new customer and love Sunray's service so far. In particular: (1) I appreciate that Sunray clearly lists its prices on their website instead of forcing you to submit a request for a quote like other sites I checked. They also do a nice job of explaining the difference between reverse osmosis vs. distilled. I went with RO. (2) The service people were gracious and responsive. It's evident that Sunray is a local business run by people who genuinely care about their customers. They setup my account and delivered my first order within 24 hours! (4) The quality of the water and the dispenser unit are top-notch. I'll never go back to bottled or tap water again. read more

I can't give more than 5 stars but I would if I could. From answering the phone before they are open to communication. I have used them since July after moving to Austin from Minneapolis and it's been perfect for me. After the water crisis of Austin this week I didn't know what to do but they have delivered water to us every day we have needed it and it's been a life saver. I'm also a manger at Red Lobster so I had them help out our two Austin locations and hands down we can't commend them enough. Thank you! read more

SunRay is my life saver! We started to use Sparkletts last year and this week they kept missing delivery for 3 times in a row and customer service offered no help. We are consuming the last bottle today (Friday) while Sparkletts can only offer delivery on the coming Monday. It means no water for the weekends and I am not sure if the driver will show up on time. After reading all the bad reviews of Sparkletts I decided to terminate my account and find another water supply service. I am so happy that I found and switched to SunRay. I made a call without any hope since it was close to 6pm. Ray picked up the phone and offered to deliver bottles and heater/cooler on Saturday morning which is what I need! In fact he called me later TODAY, came with 5 bottles and new heater/cooler dispenser! He helped settled the dispenser and explained the delivery service and payment options! Thank you so much! Would highly recommend! read more

Our school uses SunRay Waters to provide water for the staff and we love it! Ray and his wife are super sweet and very flexible, and their service is impeccable. Our normal delivery time fell during spring break when we were closed, so I called Ray and asked if he could deliver the following week instead. He was more than happy to accommodate us. We try to support local businesses as much as possible and we highly recommend SunRay. They are a great local family to work with and their water is primo. read more
