I can't speak more highly of this company. I told my wife that I wish there were more businesses run the "good old fashion way". Not only has Granberg delivered water to us on multiple occasions, but we had a "water emergency" this weekend. I called Paul on a Saturday morning, shared the emergency, and within 1.5 hours he had a truck at our house. They refilled our holding tank, which is what I hired them to do. BUT, they didn't stop there. They went ABOVE and BEYOND by calling our well company to be walked through (over the phone) how to check our booster pump, well, etc. to ensure everything was working properly. When they called to assure me everything was back up and running I couldn't believe they, pro-actively, took that extra step without me even asking. I didn't know I had a water well problem until my 2 storage tanks ran dry. I called Granberg Bulk Water at around 4:45 pm. We set up an appointment for 7:30 am the following morning.
