    Agua Dulce Water Delivery

    (1 review)

I called Agua Dulce last Friday, a week ago, to schedule a delivery. Their new dispatcher, Teresa,…read morescheduled me for "Wednesday or Thursday." Agua Dulce has been delivering my water for the past few years. I've really enjoyed them- Rochelle, who usually schedules my deliveries, and their drivers, too. Because I'm loyal to their company, as they've never given me a reason not to be, I decided to wait a week for water instead of trying to get it delivered faster from another company. The drivers know what to do at my address. Agua Dulce has my billing information on file to get payment. They have my cell number to call if their is a problem. I assumed 2000 gallons were delivered on Wednesday. They weren't. This morning I ran out of water. Upon calling Agua Dulce, Teresa informed me that my address was "undeliverable." When I tried to explain to her that it's not undeliverable as they've been delivering water here for a long time, she said they now decided it was. She told me that she called to inform me of this on Wednesday. Although I was not aware of this call because she chose not to leave a message. Had she, this situation would have gotten sorted out before it even became a situation. Teresa offered nothing in the way of an apology. Even after I told her that I am now out of water and hadn't expected that because I thought her driver had filled my tanks two days prior. Where does this leave me on a Friday morning? It leaves me having just run out of water, that's where. It leaves me with guests arriving any moment to a hostess who cannot provide showers or sinks. It leaves me with no trust in a company which, until now, I've respected and had a great relationship with. Further, it leaves me having been reprimanded by their newest (presumably) employee and told to "find a new company to deliver" my water. Nice. I've since called and placed an order from Texas Bulk Water- who were happy to come out. Today, even, at no extra charge, and at no apparent inconvenience to them. I suggest that you do the same- avoid Agua Dulce altogether and just call Texas Bulk Water. Unless you'd like a conversation with the Agua Dulce dispatcher and scheduler, Teresa- which would probably make a more Interesting story than, "Once upon a time, I needed a water delivery. So I called a company that delivers water. They delivered it. I paid them. And we all lived happily ever after."

We deliver potable (drinkable) bulk water to residences, businesses, subdivisions in Hays, Blanco, Caldwell and Travis counties in tankloads of either 2200 gallons or 5000 gallons. We're home-based in Dripping Springs, and purchase our water from Dripping Springs Water Supply. We are small enough to focus on the specific needs of our customers, and we work hard to maintain a high standard of service, quality, and timeliness.
