We signed an annual contract with high hopes . Two young people and adjusted valve of our drip Fiekd . Our front yard grass died in a month so I called them . They tell me front yard was turned off and only ba k yard drip is going . They tell me they will switch valve from back to Front because grass needs time to get out of saturation . They ask more money to come out abd fix their errors and when we ask for refund of our money on annual contract they cancelled the contract and refused to refund the annual contract money and notified LCRA that contract is cancelled . . We are in process to file a complaint with TCEQ abd even LCRA for bad faith and deceptive business practice . The septic installed 2 years ago by 3T septic and grass stayed green all the time . The two young man they sent did it seems to have irrigation septic experience . The grass replacement will cost us thousands . Avoid them . read more

We were customers for over ten years & loved their service. When we discovered plant roots had caused system malfunction, we asked Aloha to give an estimate for repairs. They refused to even view the damage. Said I had to tell them what needed to be done (huh?) & then sent me an estimate of $700. I questioned their low estimate as I received two other estimates of $4000+. I learned 8 months later that because I questioned their quote, Aloha cancelled our maintenance contract without telling us and refuses to refund the maintenance fee for the unused part of the contract. We hired a new company when we learned of the cancellation & they found subsequent additional damage which may have been avoided if Aloha had done their job as contracted & PAID FOR. Cancelling the contract mandated by the county w/o notifying us & w/o justification put us a position of unintentional noncompliance & subject to fines. Failing to refund the unserviced part of the contract is inexcusable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!! read more

Long review but worth reading if you're having a septic problem. First, these guys are fantastic and were able to fix the problem quickly and for a very reasonable price! Had a problem with my septic grinder pump. Alarm went off and the system shut down. Aloha came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad switch. They replaced it, offered other advise on septic and I was back up and running. The other 2 companies that came out never really did any trouble shooting and both said I needed to replace the grinder pump which is super expensive! This company is honest, does great work and the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. This should be your first call if you are having septic issues. read more

Someone who will deal with my crap! ;) After THREE years of annual contracts (supposed to include 3x/per year inspections) with another company that was abysmal and contacting a dozen others to try to change...thanks to Yelp I found ALOHA SEPTIC! I am so pleased with the professionalism and friendly prompt service Chris and his crew/office staff provided. You wouldn't think it's such a big deal, but it really is. I mean, WHAT A PAIN in the A$$ having to spend countless hours trying to get service provided to you that you've already paid for - and not even to get a return call. Very frustrating and certainly not something I want to spend my time on. Not the case with Aloha. Family owned and operated small local business (albeit very busy; in high demand and for good reason). There a few companies that service the Lake Travis area and many homes have septic systems because of all of the limestone barely underground. Save yourself some time and headaches and just contact Aloha first for all of your inspections, maintenance, repair, and pumping needs - AND for a more affordable price! Called Aloha Septic on Tuesday, and a real live person answered the phone. Was told that they could fit us in on Thursday, which wad great news because the other companies said they could not get to us until next year. Then on Wednesday, they called and said they could be that day (a day earlier). They showed up and did a fantastic job. And the best thing was that he stuck around to answer our multitude of questions. (This is our first experience dealing with septic system.) The previous company, that installed it told us nothing...guess they assumed we knew. Anyway, Aloha Septic provided great service and answered all our questions. I highly recommend them. read more

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL HUMAN BEINGS. Threatened to sue my husband because they pumped a septic that wasn't ours. It took them 3 weeks to get back to us about FINISHING a job that they were already paid for. Do not ever expect a timely callback. They do not perform good service even when they finally get around to doing it. My favorite part was being told that our pumping fee would be $500 and then getting a bill for $1,200. Said they used 3 trucks but only saw 1. Also getting charged $400 for a digging fee when they just scraped the ground to follow a piece of PVC line was hilarious. Total for 2 septics pumped (ONE THAT WASN'T OURS) $2,600 I wouldn't wish these people on my worst enemies. read more

We paid $2000 to Alohas septic designer. It has been 7 months and we still have not recieved a permitable design. Our home construction has been delayed soley because of this. We call, we text, we email and are met with either being ignored or a brief response saying it will be done in a week, and the work is never done, week after week we are either ignored or told it will be the next week. The owners of Aloha have done little to nothing to help resolve the issue. The designer himself Keith Parkan doesn't seem to care about providing a permitable design. It has been absolute nightmare working with them. If you are needing a new system designed and installed, highly recommend you look elsewhere. read more

These guys are the real deal! This weekend we noticed our septic system wasn't working due to the breaker tripping. The system wasn't running probably for two weeks or so and now water was overflowing the tanks (yuck!). Aloha jumped on this even before they officially opened today, Monday 06/26/2023. Had a team at our home by 9AM and diagnosed the problem as a burned out pump. They could have said we needed to get it pumped but told us that wasn't necessary. They replaced the pump and put in a better float to ensure the system triggers the sprinklers when it reaches the appropriate level rather than leaving it to spray only at fixed intervals. They were completed all repairs and tested the system in about an hour. Thank you Aloha! read more

I used Aloha Septic for multiple years and was thrilled with their service. Chris was always extremely helpful. Unfortunately that changed last year when one of their crew decided to come back to our house after some work they did and steal a bunch of tools and equipment from our garage. Aloha was initially very apologetic, and said they'd fix it. Fast forward almost 6 months and they won't return calls or emails. In my last call with them, they said they hadn't done a background check on the guy, and I now know that would have returned a pretty length criminal history. Nothing has been fixed at this point. It's unfortunate that due to their negligence, I'm out thousands of dollars worth of stuff and I can't even get them to talk to me and come to some sort of resolution. Called up these guys when our other service (Texas Septic services) failed to fulfill there end of the bargain. Chris from Aloha is very energetic and passionate. He was helpful and informative getting our septic in tip top shape. They operate out of our neighborhood and seem to stay extremely busy. At times Chris's personality can be pretty strong but he's a nice guy and passionate about what he does, and that's awesome. I love seeing people excited about what they do. This is my second review of Aloha Septic. Since my first review, they have come out once more to pump and were on time and efficient. I began having issues a week or so ago with the feed line from the tanks to the field. It was not draining properly. Trees are both a blessing for their shade and beauty, but a real curse for septic lines. Aloha sent two strong young men who dug through 16' of tree roots, exposing several breaks caused by the roots, replaced the pipe and covered it all back up. Could not be happier. read more

It's never *fun* having to call up a septic company, but my husband and I have used aloha twice. Once to pump our septic when we sold our first home, and again for a more urgent need after moving back to the area and having our pump alarm go off. They were prompt and professional and we couldn't have asked for a more polite and positive interaction. I am only giving 2 Stars because the gentleman Chris that came out to complete the service was fantastic. It was determined that our property was not on the septic system which could have been determined by someone in the industry very quickly and easily. Instead my time and their time was wasted today and my money. No work was done but because they came out I was still charged $100. The owner actually tried to make me pay $200. I understand that time is money, but this was an honest mistake made by someone that doesn't know anything about the word of septic tanks and plumbing. I understand having to charge a customer for a service call but even $100 is a bit extreme. Be cautious and ask lots of questions before contacting Aloha...Mahalo! read more

I had a pump station problem at my home in Bee Cave and couldn't run any water. Plus I had guests in town! I called a plumber, but he was unable to fix what turned out to be the pump and not the pipes. I got a recommendation to call Aloha and they were at my home within 2 hours. Two hours after that and my pump was fixed at a very reasonable price! Plus Chris is nice and charming and took the time to explain what happened to my system. This is an update to my May 17, 2018 post and I still rate Aloha Septic zero stars. On November 1, 2018, I sued Aloha Septic in Travis County JP Court 3 (Cause No. J3-CV-18-066896) and won. Aloha has not payed me or responded to my request for payment of the $550 in damages awarded by the Court. I have since had my septic system installed by a different company which has a cheaper maintenance agreement, provided a new design, filed all of the necessary paperwork with the county, and did not charge anything until after installation. read more

July 2018, I heard this company was outstanding, so I had Aloha Septic out to pump my system and do an inspection. They were prompt, professional and polite. Their knowledge impressed me. It was a extremely hot day in TX and the two guys worked like it was a nice cool fall day in Michigan. I definitely recommend pumping out tanks every 3 yrs. the price was very reasonable.
