We had an emergency septic issue after an incredible amount of rain and called All In One Septic on a Saturday morning. They came out first thing, were incredibly professional, timely, and easy to work with during a stressful situation. What stood out most was that they actually took the time to explain what was happening with our system in a way that made sense. After struggling to get clear answers elsewhere, they helped me understand the root causes of the issue and what needed to be done to get things back under control. I called this company because I did a search in ChatGpt for the "highest rated septic companies in the Georgetown area." This company came up with 5 stars. They didn't disappoint. I called and Ricky Jr. answered while he was at the gym! I explained the issue I was having and he stopped his workout and walked me through a number of easy fixes this could be without attempting to charge me a thing. Thats customer service! It ended up being something that required a tech to come out. Within 1.5 hours, his lead tech Aaron was at my door. They had the problem fixed that day. I have had previous people work on my septic system, but never with the urgency and customer service that this company showed me. My neighbors and I always share each others' good contractors. The two techs that came out were excellent at their jobs: personable, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. This started two weekd ago after very heavy rain. Our pump was working but never shut off. We…read morewere told (by another service provider) that the field was probably saturated, afterall, we had received 9.5 inches of rain in the previous week. This was July 14. Two weeks later the same thing happened. Pump never shut off. Our previous septic company couldn't get to us and recommended Sandifer Septic. I texted Caleb and he replied quickly (That was Tuesday after 5pm). We set up an appointment for Wedneday at 10:30. Caleb texted me when he was on his way (on time!). Together we found the end caps on the field lines. Caleb uncapped each one and flushed the lines (see photos) full of sludge and roots. After the lines were flushed the pump returned to normal operation and quickly the tank was empty, the pump float went down, and pump shut off (all back to normal). Nobody likes to deal with this sort of thing. But having a great sevice company brings great relief to an undersirable situation. We can now flush toilets, wash dishes, etc. Back to normal and I can't say enough about Caleb Hinojosa from Sandifer Septics. He is friendly and professional. He gave a great recommendation for finding the end caps in the future. Overall, totally satisfied with this experience. They don't pump tanks. The do install and repair work. Caleb recommended Hambone Plumbing (Justin Hamby) for pumping septic tanks. I can't review them yet but in several years when I need pumping I will give them a try. For anyone needing repairs service (not a basic pump-out), I would highly recommend Caleb at Sandifer Septics.

I won't go into details except to say the aerobic system was not functioning correctly and there was a risk of waste coming back into my house. That is a scary situation. :-O The company told me they couldn't do anything until the following Monday, and because of several personal issues checking into a hotel for the weekend was not an option. After calling over a dozen companies well zero success and no options for any type of resolution, Orlando called me back right at COB. I explained the situation and my concerns to him (e.g., definitely the need to at least flush a toilet over the weekend). Orlando was very attentive to my needs and went absolutely above and beyond what any small business owner would normally be willing to do. He voluntarily came to my property and did a small "fix" to at least get me through the weekend until the system could be repaired. And he did it out of the kindness of his heart (no charge). Turns out we're actually almost neighbors. Sooooooo, on a Friday after business hours, after working a long full week, Orlando literally saved me both from possible hazardous waste flooding my house and the unnecessary additional anxiety that frankly I can't currently handle. I recently bought my house and was looking for a septic company, I found all in one septic and decided to give them a try. It called in the morning and they made it to me a few hours later which was nice. The septic truck drivers were very nice and gave me helpful tips to keep the life of my system up to date. Once they found my tank and pumped it out they cleaned up my yard and put everything back as it was. when i spoke with Ricky on the phone he was very nice and gave me a great deal.
