His team took care of pump out, pressurizing the discharge lines to remove sludge and replacing an elbow with a T for the same price I paid in November for just a pump out when my system needed more. Henceforth having to call someone back out months later. As long as Mr. Flores exists I will use his company. price quote not accurate!!!! when I called them they gave me a quote of 475 and when they finished the job they charged me 625 !!!!

Outstanding customer service. We have an unusual system with a very long uphill pipe to our drain field. Our pump system and backflow preventer was working overtime and we didn't even know it. This professional team knows exactly what they're doing and made logical, fair-priced recommendations. I felt like they were making a recommendation like what they would say to their own family, rather than a customer they have never known before. We had our full system pumped out, the worn out pump replaced, and our tank lids replaced to bring up to code, all in a very quick turn-around time. They were sensitive to our gate and driveway location and ensured their equipment wouldn't cause any damage to our landscaping. I was just so pleased. We will never call anyone else. read more

Was in need of a septic guy because our alarm went off. One of my neighbors, who does septic field installs, recommended I call Flores. I called and service was the same day. Instead of jumping to conclusions the service guy came out and began locating the junction boxes to test connectivity. He quickly identified the issue was a bad float valve (a much cheaper fix than a new pump). Jumped over the valve and started pumping to the field. He then went around the field to identify any cracks which he found two. Today he completed the fix by installing a new float valve, and the bill for his services were very reasonable. The honesty and service was unmatched compared to other service providers I have dealt with (AC repair). I will be using them again in the future for any septic issue I have. read more

I was very impressed with Flores Septic, I called around to several place for pricing, and he was the same price as others. But the reason I picked him is because there was no hidden costs associated with hose length, digging, a set time frame or anything else. He told me no matter who you pick make sure they clean the walls of the tanks, clean the filter, and put water back in so the air system would work and no alarm. We have an aerobic system. The reason we needed the tank pumped was because we kept getting an alarm. When our service guy came out he said the tank needed pumped because our filter kept getting clogged causing the alarm. They even found a hidden lid, and another part of the tank we did not even know we had, and they did dig it out for us, and it was cleaned as well. We will have them put a riser there so it will not be hidden in the future. I would recommend them, and I would use them again.. read more
