Our septic high water alarm kept going off. We kept resetting it and it would slowly drain. Then…read morethe pump just stopped working and the water level in the pump chamber got so high we had to stop using water. Called Josef on a Friday around 10:30 in the morning. He had a crew at my house 4 hours later. David unclogged a drain plug on the pump and the pump started working again. The pump was15 years old and we asked them to replace it. They gave us a written quote and a choice of pumps. They installed a new pump and pumped out the tank. At no point did THEY try to sell me a pump or anything else. In this day and age ya gotta appreciate that. They were prompt, courteous and did a great job. And that's how you earn customers!

The tanks were pumped out and the filter blockage was cleared. My panel was completely corroded so a new panel and pump were needed. Parts ordered and replaced the next day. A electrical junction box that was inside the tank was relocated outside to prevent water damage. They were professional and thorough. I highly recommend All in One Septic.
