Just absolutely horrible service and not even worth the trouble any more. Cannot trust you will ever get a delivery on time. It is rare that they ever deliver the scheduled day. To make things worse now, they usually end up rescheduling 4+ times before I actually get my water bottle delivery. We rely on this water for our office and can no longer trust them. What is worse is they charge a fee for cancelling. So if you are considering them, don't. They are just not trust worthy. What is sad is I used to get good service from them. Just not any more. I've been using this service since the beginning of 2020 and they constantly are making mistakes and having issues I am getting ready to cancel this month. They never get my order right. They will deliver me the wrong order, or an incomplete order. I can never get anyone from customer service on the phone. I have tried emailing them it takes them over a week to respond which is ridiculous in 2022. I've tried Twitter DM's Instagram DM's and still no responses. I don't know who runs a business in this decade without having a dedicated customer service agent. Run far far away! As soon as I can get a hold of somebody to figure out what's happening with my current order, because I was charged for it and didn't receive it. I will be canceling my service with them and I promise you I will tell every single person I know not to do business with this company. Such a horrible experience. Trying to contact customer service was a nightmare because the call wait times are so high, the system doesn't allow to even wait for the next available operator. Same with chat. Email response times are a week out. They failed to pick the dispenser and empties as scheduled on two occasions, but trying to contact someone has been impossible. Update: I finally managed to reach the President's office at HQ. They were most apologetic and said they'd remedy the situation. Then I've had to last minute cancellations for delivery. I'm done. I run a farmers market and get water weekly for the venders. I have had ready refresh for 3 years now. I have actually gotten the water delivered to the proper location only once in all that time. The last 2 deliveries were charged but never happened. The national number I call is always very nice and apologetic but the local delivery in Austin Texas don't seem to be in contact with headquarters. Make sure you read the fine print when renting a so-called free water dispenser after 5 years of service I returned an old water dispenser and was charged $50 and oh by the way it was never free they were charging me month to month the whole time. Make sure you read the fine print before signing anything with them. I do not recommend buy your own water dispenser for about $150 it'll save you a ton of money. read more

Ready Refresh takes about a week or more to get back with you if you're a customer and you can only communicate with them by sending them a message. I can't tell you how many times I've been so frustrated with this company from them sending me the incorrect water dispenser to them telling me they were coming to drop off/pick up supplies and didn't come to them charging me when they weren't supposed to. Have been a customer for several years. But last month my scheduled monthly delivery didn't show up, and the next day the order had simply disappeared from the website. Not rescheduled, or cancelled, just disappeared. Last month I called to get it rescheduled and the agent seemed to have no record of the order. The delivery schedule is never accurate. I have a family member living at my home with a chronic medical issue and depends on the water that i have purchased to be delivered. On most occasion Readyrefresh has failed to deliver on the scheduled date, i have to call them every time and let them know I never recieved my delivery. This months schedule was delivery for July 3rd. Its now the 5th and no delivery. I went to the website to check my account and they changed the date without notice to july 28th.... I am currently without purified water and they will not respond. Do not use this company if delivery date is important to you. The website will show its out for delivery on the scheduled date, it never shows up, I contact them and they promise to be here on X date-- that date comes and goes and no one shows up, no one calls. I'm not even a customer. A delivery was mistakenly placed on our doorstep - 5 heavy, large dispenser-type bottles. Totally fine, mistakes happen. I contact them through the online support system - no response. I call them a week later asking them to please come pick up the bottles. They tell me to keep it - I have no dispenser and don't want it, just want them to fix their mistake and pick up the heavy items that were randomly left on my property. They tell me to dispose of it or flag a driver down the next time I see them. I kindly ask to make a special request for someone to take the items and fix their mistake. They insist that there is NO WAY for them to get someone to pick them up and that I have to take care of disposing of or getting rid of 5 40+ pound bottles. There is NO WAY for them to communicate with the drivers. There is NO WAY for them to fix their mistake. I have to take care of it. So what happens if this mistakenly happens every week? I just have some labor to do every time to fix this company's mistake? I wasn't upset at all about the initial mistaken delivery. It does piss me off when a company can't take responsibility for mistakes and insists that there is nothing they can do and that it is MY responsibility to get rid of their mistake. This company is a complete scam or front for something else. Sign up, and they will delivery random products that you didn't order and charge you for it each time. Also they never show up, unless it's a completely random unscheduled time. There was a period for about 2 months where they wouldn't deliver because they didn't have enough drivers, but still charge for the water machine. Each month after signing up, they increase the costs over and over. At this point, I'm super overpaying for water. Try to contact them? Good luck. It's always busy, or hangs up on you automatically. Terrible service, unfortunately, as there aren't many options for home water delivery in the area. They have cancelled delivery last minute on multiple occasions, without reason. We've received the wrong amount, been billed for more bottles than received, and then it has taken weeks to get the problem remedied. Their notification system is used sometimes, and other times we get no notification and suddenly our water is delivered (but no empty bottles picked up). They routinely leave the plastic jugs in a sunny spot where they get super hot, when shaded spots are available. The call to cancel service and have all empties picked up on regular delivery day of 12/6 went well. However on 12/6 empties were picked up and full bottles left which is not what I was promised. Required extra stress and time on my part. Another phone call, another calendar reminder to leave bottles out, another occasion to lug the bottles outside... Signed up at Sam's when the salesperson said that I was basically getting the cooler and 2 water bottles free after rebate. I had to cancel my service and they have told me THREE times they were picking up the equipment on a Friday, and ALL THREE TIMES there was a NO SHOW! Yet, they are charging me for the equipment on my final bill. When I try to call customer service, I'm either hung up on because there's no one to take my call, all by a recorded message, or I'm on hold for an hour before I can talk to someone. Charging me for deliveries that were never made. No phone customer service. Number not in service. The great local company I use for my business was recently purchased by Sparkletts. So far they remain ok and I'm hauling Spring water home I ordered from them. May try their home delivery.
