Buyer beware!!! 1 star is too many! The customer service and operations for this company are TERRIBLE. They do not take accountability for their operation issues. I am sensitive to all companies experiencing shortages (product & people). However, being billed for items not delivered and having to call multiple times is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! After 3 calls (48-52 minutes each before getting to a rep), the solution posed was to reschedule the delivery (for the 3rd time) and to wait to see if they can show up. UNACCEPTABLE. It's time to find another source. Who do you recommend? read more

The saga continues I cannot get customer service to respond in person. I also cannot get any resolution or get a returned response. Customer service is offshore in Shrilanka or India very nice but totally a waste of time read more

ReadyRefresh - a screenshot of a phone - Water Delivery Near Me - Austin, Texas

Just absolutely horrible service and not even worth the trouble any more. Cannot trust you will ever get a delivery on time. It is rare that they ever deliver the scheduled day. To make things worse now, they usually end up rescheduling 4+ times before I actually get my water bottle delivery. We rely on this water for our office and can no longer trust them. What is worse is they charge a fee for cancelling. So if you are considering them, don't. They are just not trust worthy. What is sad is I used to get good service from them. Just not any more. Trust me go somewhere else!!! read more

I've been using this service since the beginning of 2020 and they constantly are making mistakes and having issues I am getting ready to cancel this month. They never get my order right. They will deliver me the wrong order, or an incomplete order. I can never get anyone from customer service on the phone. I have tried emailing them it takes them over a week to respond which is ridiculous in 2022. I've tried Twitter DM's Instagram DM's and still no responses. I don't know who runs a business in this decade without having a dedicated customer service agent. Run far far away! As soon as I can get a hold of somebody to figure out what's happening with my current order, because I was charged for it and didn't receive it. I will be canceling my service with them and I promise you I will tell every single person I know not to do business with this company. Such a horrible experience. Such a shame because I like the productS but not the people responsible for customer service and delivery. It's an embarrassing that they're SO BAD AT OPERATIONS. Throw the whole operation out. 1 star is too many! We cancelled this service because my father moved into assisted living. Trying to contact customer service was a nightmare because the call wait times are so high, the system doesn't allow to even wait for the next available operator. Same with chat. Email response times are a week out. They failed to pick the dispenser and empties as scheduled on two occasions, but trying to contact someone has been impossible. Personally, I wouldn't trust these guys to deliver anything. read more

Update: I finally managed to reach the President's office at HQ. They were most apologetic and said they'd remedy the situation. Then I've had to last minute cancellations for delivery. I'm done. Avoid this company at all costs. I guess if enough of us who spend hundreds of dollars a month quit them, then they'll take notice? read more

I run a farmers market and get water weekly for the venders. I have had ready refresh for 3 years now. I have actually gotten the water delivered to the proper location only once in all that time. The last 2 deliveries were charged but never happened. The national number I call is always very nice and apologetic but the local delivery in Austin Texas don't seem to be in contact with headquarters. I added the I'm not sure what the problem is but I'm going to have to switch companies. I've spent hours von the phone to no avail. I agree with Tracy B. read more

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM RUN AWAY WHILE YOU CAN. They would always charge me for items that I never ordered or wanted, then wouldn't give me a refund when I offered to return the products they sent me that I didn't want. They randomly up the prices of delivery fees, product fees, and will add random service fees to your bill. It is literally impossible to cancel your service too. I would give this a zero star if it would allow. read more

Save herself the time, hassle, and headache--find another company to deliver you water. Ready Refresh takes about a week or more to get back with you if you're a customer and you can only communicate with them by sending them a message. I can't tell you how many times I've been so frustrated with this company from them sending me the incorrect water dispenser to them telling me they were coming to drop off/pick up supplies and didn't come to them charging me when they weren't supposed to. It's so much of a hassle I'd probably be happier just going to H‑E‑B to refill my own water bottles ( I don't know about that because that's a lot of work, but hopefully you get my point). read more

Make sure you read the fine print when renting a so-called free water dispenser after 5 years of service I returned an old water dispenser and was charged $50 and oh by the way it was never free they were charging me month to month the whole time. Make sure you read the fine print before signing anything with them. I do not recommend buy your own water dispenser for about $150 it'll save you a ton of money. read more

these people have the worst customer service they're so unprofessional and misleading I called for an unknown charge on my account and the agent I was talking to was being so sarcastic it angered me and I closed my account they'll deliver stuff even when you skipped the delivery on my last delivery they put the water at the entrance so far that my ring camera didn't even see them my neighbor tripped on them in the middle of the walkway read more

The other reviews are true. The service is shockingly bad. They often change the delivery day repeatedly. I went on vacation and expected 2 weeks of deliveries to come. My house sitter said they never showed and they never let me know. I emailed them about the issue and no response. I cancelled on their site but who knows what will happen or if I will keep getting charged. No kidding, this is a weekly problem! Is anyone in charge here? read more

The delivery schedule is never accurate. I have a family member living at my home with a chronic medical issue and depends on the water that i have purchased to be delivered. On most occasion Readyrefresh has failed to deliver on the scheduled date, i have to call them every time and let them know I never recieved my delivery. This months schedule was delivery for July 3rd. Its now the 5th and no delivery. I went to the website to check my account and they changed the date without notice to july 28th.... I am currently without purified water and they will not respond. Do not use this company if delivery date is important to you. It will be 2-3weeks late if any at all and they will still charge for the delivery although othing was delivered. read more

Have been a customer for several years. But last month my scheduled monthly delivery didn't show up, and the next day the order had simply disappeared from the website. Not rescheduled, or cancelled, just disappeared. Last month I called to get it rescheduled and the agent seemed to have no record of the order. This month I took a screen shot, and now the same thing has happened. No delivery, and no more record of the order. Still on hold to find out what happened. If this happens again we'll be cancelling the service and looking for another water supplier. read more

I wish they had a review rate in the minus. This is the WORST company to do business with. I canceled a membership 3 years ago. received confirmation email but then out of no where received a deliver notification. Could not get anyone with a brain to explain how that was possible. six months later I am still tryi to remove my info from their system. I tried calling and NONE of the phone number googled or on the website are valid numbers. read more

Absolutely unheard of. Our business is set up on a 2 week recurring delivery. They have skipped COUNTLESS deliveries, without notice or regret. The website will show its out for delivery on the scheduled date, it never shows up, I contact them and they promise to be here on X date-- that date comes and goes and no one shows up, no one calls. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Just need them to show up to pick up the machine at this point, which is also a joke. It was replaced less than a year ago and works about as well as the one that was replaced. (NOT WELL.) 125/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

I have the worst time getting deliveries from this business. They give a 4-5 hour delivery window, then consistently have to reschedule. They've said they delivered when they didn't. I've spent countless hours talking with customer service each time. Now they're jacking up the prices and still not delivering on time. No thanks. I'll find somebody else. read more

I'm not even a customer. A delivery was mistakenly placed on our doorstep - 5 heavy, large dispenser-type bottles. Totally fine, mistakes happen. I contact them through the online support system - no response. I call them a week later asking them to please come pick up the bottles. They tell me to keep it - I have no dispenser and don't want it, just want them to fix their mistake and pick up the heavy items that were randomly left on my property. They tell me to dispose of it or flag a driver down the next time I see them. I kindly ask to make a special request for someone to take the items and fix their mistake. They insist that there is NO WAY for them to get someone to pick them up and that I have to take care of disposing of or getting rid of 5 40+ pound bottles. There is NO WAY for them to communicate with the drivers. There is NO WAY for them to fix their mistake. I have to take care of it. So what happens if this mistakenly happens every week? I just have some labor to do every time to fix this company's mistake? I wasn't upset at all about the initial mistaken delivery. It does piss me off when a company can't take responsibility for mistakes and insists that there is nothing they can do and that it is MY responsibility to get rid of their mistake. What a trash company. read more

tried to sign up for their service. website was riddled with issues resulting in me calling to cancel. two weeks later a delivery shows up after I had called and cancelled. since the water was delivered, we decided to keep it and move forward with service. NOW they deliver to the wrong address and keep rescheduling deliveries. such a waste of time and energy to keep calling their 1-800. don't waste time in filling out e tickets they do not work. Also i keep getting updated text and emails about rescheduling my deliveries. less than one star. NOT RELIABLE. read more

Please do not sign up with this company. The salesman was pushy, and I should have gotten his name, so I could warn others. This company is not trustworthy. They said it would be 19.99 to pickup my empty water bottle. Like what is that???? read more

Ready Refresh is charging a $50 fee to return their rented cooler. Watch your bank account for random charges.

i have a monthly contract and they stop delivering thank you for callingthe water for the las 3 Months without notice!

If I could give no stars, I would. They are a wretched service. We had one good delivery, and then nothing. You can't talk to anyone because they just direct you back to their website. They just charged us for a delivery that never happened. read more

The call to cancel service and have all empties picked up on regular delivery day of 12/6 went well. However on 12/6 empties were picked up and full bottles left which is not what I was promised. Required extra stress and time on my part. Another phone call, another calendar reminder to leave bottles out, another occasion to lug the bottles outside... Your company has a real issue with customer service and deliveries. My company also uses this company and we are constantly on the phone trying to rectify deliveries to the wrong place, the wrong amount of bottles delivered, etc. it happens over and over and over. Extremely frustrating. read more

Terrible service, unfortunately, as there aren't many options for home water delivery in the area. They have cancelled delivery last minute on multiple occasions, without reason. We've received the wrong amount, been billed for more bottles than received, and then it has taken weeks to get the problem remedied. Their notification system is used sometimes, and other times we get no notification and suddenly our water is delivered (but no empty bottles picked up). They routinely leave the plastic jugs in a sunny spot where they get super hot, when shaded spots are available. When we have reached out with our concerns, there is no human available to address them. read more

Worst company ever. Wish I could give no stars at all. Unreliable delivery, customer service is pretty much bs -- gave us a discount after 8 days being late, said it would come Monday and it's now Thursday. Really don't know if it's a manufacturer issue or delivery issue but... shame on you guys! read more

Horrible . Run they do not do of the services advertised. I paid for recurring water and they never came again and the machine was broken from the beginning. read more

This is undoubtedly the worst provider. You can't even cancel your delivery service only skip deliveries...The customer service is beyond poor. I complained about not getting my delivery and they only make you wait a week for a response which just says "on our side it shows delivered, can you confirm". Even after responding that I did not receive anything, they just don't respond. I have 8 empty bottles for collection and they never collect or delivery new ones for that matter. I will be moving services, it's a was of money. read more

This company is a complete scam or front for something else. Sign up, and they will delivery random products that you didn't order and charge you for it each time. Also they never show up, unless it's a completely random unscheduled time. There was a period for about 2 months where they wouldn't deliver because they didn't have enough drivers, but still charge for the water machine. Each month after signing up, they increase the costs over and over. At this point, I'm super overpaying for water. Try to contact them? Good luck. It's always busy, or hangs up on you automatically. Last time I called to speak to a supervisor - was told he was "busy".. At this point I have been trying to cancel, but they won't let me. They keep changing my pickup times to random times last minute and then say they missed me.. when they never actually came by. Now they say I can try again next month.. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a company, they are literally stealing peoples money. Customer service hangs up in your face and the wait times are 45min plus. If you order a replacement or need anything from them you can expect it to be delayed for a month. Please DO NOT sign up for this service, you will come out better buying your own dispenser jugs. It should be absolutely illegal the way they conduct their business. If I could give this a zero star rating I would!!! Beware!! And stay away!!!! read more

ReadyRefresh - The wrong filter for the water dispenser - Water Delivery Near Me - Austin, Texas

I've been doing business with ReadyRefresh for years! They use to be great, but not any more. I had to cancel my service and they have told me THREE times they were picking up the equipment on a Friday, and ALL THREE TIMES there was a NO SHOW! Yet, they are charging me for the equipment on my final bill. When I try to call customer service, I'm either hung up on because there's no one to take my call, all by a recorded message, or I'm on hold for an hour before I can talk to someone. I understand there's a pandemic going on, but come on! When I ask the customer service rep what's going on with the company, they have no clue. They need help desperately, or they must be going out of business. ??? read more

Our water cooler broke down. I wrote in to request help and they told me that I had to purchase a new one. Signed up at Sam's when the salesperson said that I was basically getting the cooler and 2 water bottles free after rebate. Cooler stopped working after a few weeks and just makes loud clicking noises :)It's not a huge deal but I've been getting billed $1.08/mo ever since. I want to say that my issues with this company predate COVID 19. Missed deliveries on a regular basis. Dropping off whatever they wanted regardless of order. Charging me for deliveries that were never made. No phone customer service. Number not in service.
