They recommend you call in after reserving to confirm final setup and if you plan to rent their free moving truck. It's available on weekdays at noon and weekends 9 am or early afternoon. There's a time limit of 1.5 hr to load and 1.5 hr to unload but it was nice to have the option. I hired 2 movers through a separate service since the truck driver can only drive the truck and it went smoothly. Thanks Nate for driving the truck!

Around last month while I was in my storage unit I was leaving around 6:30 and I got locked in. I didn't know why I was locked in and I had to wait for 30 minutes for a kind gentleman to help me get out of my storage unit. Multiple times after that, I went back and tried my code but it didn't work, and there wasn't anyone in the office. So I tried to call customer service. Unsurprisingly no one answered. I called again a few days later and no one answered again. Then I called another day and finally someone picked up the phone. They spoke to me and told me that I have to have autopay enrolled to get "extended hours." That's the first time I've ever heard about this in the 3 years I've been using this storage unit. I had to find out after being locked in the storage. Then she proceeds to tell me that she will give me back my hours. So today, I went to my storage unit and I put my stuff in, and my boyfriend unfortunately left his phone in there, so we went back to get his phone at 6:10 pm, but guess what. We weren't able to go in. So I called and asked why my hours were still not back and if they could fix it but they said that they could not. So now my boyfriend doesn't have his phone and can't go to work tomorrow cause he needs to go during the "regular hours." Also they upped the price of my unit to 185 dollars a month for a tiny 5 by 5 unit.

We rented two units here to store a truck and a specialized trailer used for wildfire response. We…read morechose this facility because it was marketed as secure. At some point over the last couple of months, someone was able to access the property and steal our truck and trailer, undetected. Both were eventually recovered by police, but the trailer was completely ransacked. Everything of value was taken, including the generator. The equipment they couldn't remove was destroyed in the process. What's just as concerning is what happened after. When we asked for access to the security footage, we were told we would need a court order to see it. No cooperation, no urgency, not even a "I'm sorry this happened to you". Just a wall of defensiveness. They keep calling to cancel our spaces. They just want us gone so they can pretend they don't have a serious problem at the core of their business. It's not secure! While filing the police report, the officer told us this storage facility is notorious for theft. If you're storing anything you actually care about, I would seriously think twice.

RENTER BEWARE OF CRAZY RATE INCREASES AND MOVE OUT POLICY!…read more At first I was happy with the ease of move in and cleanliness of the facility but that all changed when it was time to move out due to substantial price increase after only 3 months. I rented mid month and paid a prorated fee plus an admin fee and renters insurance. After 3 months they sent me a notice that my rent would be increased by $50 the following month. I moved my belongings out and contacted the facility saying that it was clean and empty. I just needed to remove the locks. Unknowingly, I had to use the access code to remove the locks and I did that on the first day of the month and received a closing bill for the entire month because I accessed the unit. They said they don't prorate the month and I'd be responsible for the entire month even though I wasn't there and they rented it to someone else. I tried contacting management and they refused to remove the charge. I tried to fight it and they sent me to collections. I feel the $50 increase per month after just 3 months on a $172 unit was unreasonable AND their "policy" of no prorating when you move out only when you move in is not in the customer's best interest only a way for the corporation to gouge their customers for more money. They turned around and rented the unit charging the new customer for the same month that I was responsible to pay. Very unhappy customer
