Re-Bath Portland, OR Review I'm sharing a comprehensive review of my experience with Re-Bath in Portland, Oregon, to help others considering a shower installation understand what to expect. Initial Consultation and Sales Representative: From my first contact with Anna at the office, through numerous interactions over the course of this project, I found her to be incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Our sales representative, Sam, was equally impressive. He patiently went over various options with us, even revisiting them as we had multiple questions. Sam's knowledge and explanations were top-notch. We purchased a shower, transforming our Tub/Shower into a shower-only setup. Installation Process: On the day of installation, Zac and Austin contacted us in advance. They explained the plan for the first day and were upfront about a scratched seat we had purchased. They promptly removed the old tub and tile, preparing it efficiently for the plumber. The plumber worked quickly, setting everything up in record time. After the base installation, we inspected it and realized that our 32-inch base was too narrow to comfortably accommodate our body frame with a door installed. Zac, understanding our concerns, promptly reached out to the Project Manager and Portland Manager, Matt. Matt proposed a cost-effective solution, but after consideration, we decided on a wider base without a door. Matt assured us that they would accommodate our request, and he stated that if they could not do so immediately, they would make the shower usable until they could return. I expressed my understanding to Matt that I knew there would be additional costs. Final Touches and Completion: The next day, Zac and Luis returned with good news--they had a wider standard base and a shower rod available. By early afternoon, our new shower was installed, except for the missing seat, which would be addressed later. A week later, Max came to install the seat, grab bar, and edge trim. He realized he had the wrong silicone, and the team promptly returned to rectify the issue. Zac returned the next day, taking just about five minutes to complete the job. I contacted Anna, and she connected me with Zory for a seamless final payment process over the phone. Zory was also very helpful. In conclusion, my experience with Re-Bath in Portland was exceptional. The cost was also notably competitive. If you are in the market for a shower, Re-Bath in Portland should be your first choice. Overall, your review is clear and informative, and these suggestions aim to make it even more concise and easy to read while retaining all the essential details.

My new counter top and faucet

I want to commend Tanner Davis of Re-Bath for the work he finish yesterday (11/7.) Tanner installed a new walk-in shower, toilet, countertop and sink, plus laid new floor tiles while updating my bathroom! He and his apprentice Benjamin did a very professional job. Tanner made sure the job was done right. If anyone is looking to upgrade their bathroom, Re-Bath (through Lowe's) is an excellent source. Job well done Tanner!

Ask the Community - Re-Bath - Portland

I want to add grab handles and a seat to an existing shower. Do you do that? I'm in Vancouver.

Hello Robert, thank you for reaching out! At this time, Re-Bath specializes in replacing the full surround/bath space. Adding grab bars to an existing space is not part of scope at this time. We would be happy to talk to you further about your…

From the moment we walked into Premier Kitchens and Cabinets, Dennis made us feel at ease. He immediately understood the look we were after and guided us through wood and color selections that fit our style perfectly. Dennis was incredibly patient, kind, and easy to work with. He came to our home to take measurements and learn what we liked about our existing setup--what worked, what didn't, and how he could improve our storage and overall functionality. He even pointed us toward vendors to help us find the perfect hardware. Their entire team--from countertop to cabinet installers--was prompt, professional, detail-oriented, and just really nice to have in our home. When an issue with the flooring came up that could have affected the quality of the cabinet install, Jesse (the owner) stepped in right away, paused the project, and helped us figure out the right solution. He clearly cares about the quality of their work and their clients' homes. Throughout the process, they helped us problem-solve whenever something came up and made sure the final result matched our needs and vision. We couldn't be more pleased with how our kitchen turned out. Thanks to insurance delays, this was a long process and I hope to never do it again--but if I had to, I'd hire Premier Kitchens and Cabinets again in a heartbeat. Dennis and Jesse are just good people to have on your team.

They did such a good job the first time around. This time I went directly through Precision Countertops, which personally I thought was way better. First let me say that every single person I talked to on the phone, met in person, and worked with in my home was absolutely AMAZING. I met with Andrew to go over the design and pricing. I knew ahead of time the quartz counters I wanted were on backorder, but I totally understood and was very willing to wait. Once I paid my down payment, I promptly received a call from Kaylee, my project coordinator. Everything was explained well in advance on what I needed to do to be ready for measures and install. Any questions I had were always answered right away, and always so kindly. PLEASE people, read your emails and ask questions if you aren't sure. Almost all the reviews I've read where people are slamming Precision could have been avoided had customers been communicative and understanding of normal processes. Again, everyone who came into my home for measures and install were totally awesome and wonderful. Part of the subway tile backsplash I chose was on backorder by a few months, and guess what? I didn't throw a temper tantrum while waiting for it. I truly understand that sometimes these things happen, and I was offered different products by my project coordinator that would have been in stock. I chose to wait, and had no issues with it. Our quartz countertops and backsplash were installed beautifully, and with no issues. Again, everyone was wonderful. For those of you who read the negative reviews and don't stop to consider both sides....here's an example for you: If you order a 50 cent cheeseburger, you only need to wait less than a minute for them to hand it over to you. A really awesome, mind blowing cheeseburger takes a few minutes to make. Just a quick metaphor for common sense. :) If you want a gorgeous, amazing product, let people do their job and don't be jerks about waiting for it. I honestly can't say enough GOOD things about everyone we worked with at Precision. Thank you so much to all of you!

Finally, we picked out the Quartz countertop and couldn't be happier! The measurements were precise and taken by a very experienced technician. Even having it done at the beach (which is always difficult to get anything done) I highly recommend them (which we have already done with the neighbors)

Spruce Box was the most timely, friendly, and the most reasonably priced. I really appreciated their great communication. The work took two days. Tim did a great job and was very friendly. He checked in with us throughout the process to ensure that we were going to be satisfied with the finished product and we are. I would definitely contract with them again.

I have worked with many contractors over the years and my experience with Spruce Box was one of the worst I have worked with for small projects, due to a lack of good project management, quality control and professionalism in addressing quality of work issues. The painting of doors was terrible (trying to use cheaper paint than agreed upon and without tinting to match existing) and remain so, even after painting of some doors three times. They sparyed doors in my garage instead of a shop ( assuring me the results were equivalent) but the painting was a disaster because the painter worked for residential developers and not high-end interiors. Why did they hire this painter for my job and why did they not fire him after his many mistakes??? The hardware installation required re-installation in several instances due to not reading instructions and or lack of experience installing hardware. Trim Paint on the exterior siding and the chimney enclosure requires a second finish coat of paint. The patio door paint is discoloring and scratches off easily - probably due to prep or number of coats of paint. Bathroom door swings open by itself. On the plus side, the crew was generally friendly, kept the house clean and corrected their work when I pointed it out to them. however, many mistakes should have been caught by them. I believe overlapping scheduling of projects led to a rushed job and was even told as much by the crew on a couple of occasions. Response to the issues during the work was minimal and required my constant attention. Now (5 months after the work) and a walk through to identify the issues, I am told by Xavier (owner) that they had barely broken even on the job financially, and would they therefore would not follow-up on the correction of mistakes or paying me to make these repairs on my own. They no longer return my calls, and have essentially ghosted me. This might happen with a bad friendship but should never happen in a business context. I WOULD NOT HIRE SPRUCE BOX NOR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE FOR ANY PROJECT BECAUSE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK AND THEIR HIGH PRICES ARE NOT COMMENSURATE WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK.
