More of safe selection of tile not many fun and interesting items here but they are open on a weekend which is rare. No design help so really hard. Over all expected more creative items based on what we had heard but they did say the Portland showroom was better but only open during the week. The one thing they did go above and beyond was to find a sample of granite that was close to what we were getting to help match for tiles. read more

Love, loved Kurrie who helped me with slab pieces for my counters. She was so patient and answered my questions. Unlike the first supplier I went to, who just literally "dropped" me off into the warehouse, she explained where I needed to go by asking me what I was looking for from the get go. However, the tile lady who directed us to Kurrie was not pleasant. Kind of snooty. Thank goodness Kurrie wasn't like that. read more

My wife and I chose to use Daltile Stone Center for the selection of our kitchen countertops and we were SO HAPPY that we did! From the moment we arrives we were treated with exceptional service and professionalism. Wyatt was so patient as we looked at a few different options. The slab crew was very safe when moving the materials. The ladies in the office kept our 7 year old daughter company as children aren't allowed in the viewing area (safety first!! Love it!!) and although we went in to look at Quarts we found a "White Ice" granite that was perfect for our remodel! First of all our mistake was not researching the site well enough to know they do not sell directly to the public. Receptionist Chelsea made that abundantly clear when we made an inquiry about finding finished edged tiles for a counter remodel. She also directed us to the slab warehouse where we looked at quartz slabs with the only information provided was to take a photo of the label and only after being contacted by a contractor or fabricator we hired would be be given a price. We tried to ask some questions about Emser tiles which we have in one home in order to determine if Daltile manufactures or offers finished edge or bullnose in granite/stone tiles only to be rudely cut off again by Chelsea scolding us that she wouldn't answer those questions. Well, we will look elsewhere for tile for the counter project at the one home and certainly not authorize our contractor to use Daltile for slabs to install in our kitchen and three bath remodel at our primary home. read more

We are Remodeling our basement apartment, went into Daltile last weekend looking for kitchen countertop quartz and bathroom tile. Teresa and Kim were so helpful! Teresa guided us through the slab floor, let us enjoy the beauty of the quartz and granite. Then when we were done sat and answered 100 questions along with providing samples of the top pieces we loved! Beyond helpful! She told us items that were manufactured in the US vs overseas (this was important to us) she advised what was a top seller and may not be here in a month when we would be in the timeframe to buy. She also said if we needed to come back daily and walk the floor we could, cause at the end of the day we need to be happy with what we have in the home! Kim also amazing as we looked through the bathroom tile and picked our top favorites she grabbed samples and pointed out some information not all places have. Some of the items we chose, all be it disappointing some of the tiles had major variations in color as you went through the box. So we may have only received 5 of 15 tiles that we wanted on the floor. Here's the thing they didn't have to do that she could have just pulled out sample, written out the order and taken the sale. But she didn't she was honest, wanted us to be happy with the end result of our project. This was a fantastic find of a place, they care about your project and they are kind people. The selection of tile in this wholesale gallery is huge, and you will have a hard decision between slab or tile. Luckily, the tile gallery has displays of product to view easily. And the slab area has the stone organized indoors, so that being able to find what you want is so much better than other granite vendors. We are remodeling our kitchen and visited the Tualatin location To look for granite slabs. We had used Daltile for tile for another project and were very pleased with the selection and service. We received courteous, prompt and knowledgeable service again. I found granite choices that I didn't see at 3 other stores. Their selection was stellar! I lowered the rating to 4 stars because when I selected their most expensive granite we were not told until our installer gave us the estimate. But beautiful selection!! read more
