Start to finish, our experience and satisfaction with Bath Pros Northwest could not be better. Touring the showroom with Hilda was a great opportunity learn what would work - and look good - to replace our 30-year-old fiberglass shower. Duane and Hilda next rearranged their schedule to visit at our convenience. With on-site measurements completed, Duane was confident that they could custom fit a good-looking upgrade more than an inch wider and nearly 8 inches deeper than our old 36"x36" fiberglass shell. We had questions, they had answers. Every single detail of our project was discussed with us and included in the written proposal. All materials arrived more than a week earlier than the expected 6-8 weeks (YMMV of course). Scheduling was quick and easy. Camry arrived exactly on time to begin the pullout and new installation. He kept us informed, step by step, of his progress and asked for our input about the height and location of each control and accessory. Our new shower installation was completed more than two hours earlier than projected (two workdays). Since Camry had contained debris and dust very well during the project, cleanup seemed quick and easy from our perspective. I was unfortunately not able to hire Luxury Bath to convert my tub to a shower (because I live in a building with over 4 floors), but cannot say enough about how helpful this entire team was in explaining to me the nuances of Oregon law and recommending a commercial contractor that can do the job. I fell in the bathroom, hitting my head on the shower door knocking the door off the track. The shower was installed by Luxury Bath in November of 2021. Called the next day,explained what happened. This particular accident was not under warranty and there would be a charge for the fix, we were told that they would send someone out to look at it to see what they might need to fix it. They asked for more information and pictures, which we provided. At the end of the day, we received a phone call that the owner, Duane, said he would stop by on his way home to see if it was a quick fix. It was and he fixed it right there and then. Didn't even charge us for it! I believe he went over and above to get our problem solved. read more

Shortly after Duane and his crew completed our beautiful shower renovation about a year ago, we were inspired to completely remodel the rest of the bathroom. Although a lot of work, we were thrilled with the end results highlighted by the natural stone shower. The shower still looks and functions great like the day you completed it. Thank you for the excellent work. It was wonderful doing business with you. Original review: Meeting up with Duane, owner extraordinaire of Luxury Bath became the catalyst of a remarkable master bath remodel. We arrived at the Oregon Convention Center Remodeling Show hoping to receive some much needed inspiration and advice for a shower remodel, made appointments with several contractors and then stopped by the Luxury Bath booth and visited with Duane, lucky us. Impressed with his knowledge, honesty and enthusiasm we stayed and he patiently answered all of our questions as we had fallen in love with the full shower display of the silver streak travertine natural stone and the brushed nickel hardware. Further impressed with his professionalism and the gut level feeling we were dealing with the right contractor for our job, we canceled our appointments with the others and booked an appointment to see his custom display shop and ask more questions. Both Duane and his equally talented partner Kim, met with us and walked us through various options and time tables and we scheduled a home visit. We were even offered a sample of the stone to take with us for further coordinating of elements for the bathroom remodel. Duane arrived promptly for this appointment as well as for every appointment going forward with the installation. Once the contract was signed, Duane stayed in constant contact with us, updating us on arrival of materials and expected dates for the installation to occur. Every step of the process was presented clearly and completely making us feel very much part of the team. Installation day started on time with his crew of Camry and Ben leading the way. Our floors and stairs, walls and points of entry to the bathroom were all padded or covered to prevent any damage. This excellent team remained professional and hard working from start to finish, courteous and respectful and a pleasure to have in our home. At the end of each work day the job site was always left clean and organized. Duane and Kim obviously have high standards in hiring for their team. Duane was on site everyday and available to his crew when needed. When our existing shower floor proved to be not level, Duane worked with Camry and Ben to problem solve this issue, and well as a few other kinks in the process, because he also has high standards for every Luxury Bath project. The installation of the heavy stone panels required expert measuring, cutting and fitting, thank you Duane for your skills and talent in leading your crew to a successful completion. Our luxury dream shower is magnificent and we have received so many rave reviews from family and friends. Hardworking staff. Had two showers replaced. First shower damaged the bedroom wall during demo somehow but the staff fixed it- Thankfully. Second bath was a lot more work. Had to pay extra for additional work on the plumbing structure having to go through the cement wall. Workers were very tired by the 4th day and were in a rush to finish. Calking on the second bathroom was not done thoroughly as the first shower. There were a couple of places were calking was not placed. We had to fill it in ourselves. Better prepping of the bathroom prior to demo could have been done better to prevent damages on other existing bathroom items such as toilet seat and mirrors. I had to replaced both toilet seat as the surfaces had cracks and pits after the remodel. There were also dents and pits on my mirrors. It might be helpful to prep the bathroom also in addition to the hallway floors, etc. I also did not realize the amount of dust during the demo. I covered most of the bedroom items since we are a household of asthmatics. There was a lot of dust. Lesson learned. Having to work on two showers back to back may not been a good idea. Like I said, by the 4th day, the workers were very tired. Overall, we had a good experience and are loving our new showers. Thank you ! read more

We have a fiberglass shower enclosure that we are considering to replace. Luxury Bath of Washington and Oregon was one of the companies we talked to. Our encounters with them were highly professional. Due to our many questions, Eran Moskovitz, the consultant who came to our house, spent a lot of time with us explaining everything we needed to know. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. When we visited the showroom, the owner, Duane Underwood, spent time with us and provided his expert, honest advice and opinion. He really cares. One rarely encounters such personalized service. None of the other companies we talked to came through the way Luxury Bath did. They made a great impression and we felt very comfortable with what they offered. Due to reasons that have nothing to do with what we learned or experienced, we had to postpone the actual implementation. But when we decide that we will be ready to have the work done, Luxury Bath will be the company we will go back to. Luxury Bath did a great job replacing our tub and shower in our only bathroom. very courteous clean friendly picked up after themselves and very covid-19 compliant. Did a great job removing and and installing our new tub and walls and new pipes and fixtures. They look great and even work as described. We could not be happier with them and the work they did. Duane and his crew did a great job removing a huge jetted tub and installing a beautiful floor to ceiling double shower in only 2 days. His quote was not the least expensive but his product and design best met our needs. My husband needed a well equipped shower and Duane was able to put it together for us. FLAKEY! SCAM! Extremely extremely unprofessional. This company wasted an entire day of my time. I contacted this company on behalf of my grandparents. They set the appointment for 10 am because that is what would work for the company. I drive two and a half hours to their home because the owner says he would prefer it if I were there. At 10:30 I call him he says he was busy at a home show, and would come by later. I contact him again at 3 PM, he says he will be over soon and that he is almost done. I contact him again at 3 PM, he says he will be over soon and that he is almost done. I contact him again at 430 and he says he will be there soon, and sends me pricing, basically saying to not bother unless it was in my price range so he wouldn't waste his time. He says he will come out at 5. 5:15 rolls around and he says too much traffic, will have to pass on our job. Completely wasted an entire day of my time especially when they knew this was a time sensitive project. With so many good bathroom companies in this area, one with terrible customer service isn't worth it! Don't waste your time. read more
