I didn't see that online at all so they should put that on their website. It took about 20 minutes for someone to come help me. Once I got help it only took about 5 minutes to pick out a shower out of a catalog. Their showroom is mainly faucets on display. I do like that they work directly with the plumber that I am having install. They contacted them and let them know which shower I picked so that I didn't have to relay the message.

We found several knobs that could not be matched with pulls. After a couple of misses, Helen jumped in and gave us direction. She went to her computer database and found us some options. She walked us through the store to give us examples of pulls to choose between. Did I mention, this wasn't her responsibility at the time? The front counter person assigned someone to come see us however that person dragged/lagged or went to see a movie and Helen jumped in to make sure we had a pleasant shopping experience. I decided to not wait because I didn't want a floor that was not waterproof. I took pictures of everything and save all the damaged pieces. After submitting my warranty claim, they never sent anyone out, and denied me based on the pictures I submitted. They made up a story about how I must have a water leak under my floor. The manager "Jared" promised me that he would give me free transition strip for my new floor that I bought. Then a week later he said that he never said that. I will never shop here again, and I tell all my customers about my experience and tell them not to shop here either. Typical corporate America not caring about you. Another week went by with no response and I'm pretty sure they blew me off again. I tried calling one time but after about 30 minutes on hold I give up. I ended up going to standard supply company, they took all of ten minutes to get the part ordered and sent me invoices. Apparently I'm not the first person that's had this exact same issue that they've helped recently. They're much more polite and actually seem competent.

I've already hired him to do some more work following the main renovation and I'll be hiring him for more future work. Now for some details: We bought an apartment in Portland but we were still living in NYC, so the entire renovation was done remotely. Anton was very easy to communicate with. He handled receiving all the materials and fixtures, and even let me send some items to his home (like a bathtub!) so it doesn't disturb my new neighbors. He also brought in my regular mail. I actually got compliments from my neighbors for how Anton's workers helped them with some random stuff. Anton promised and delivered on finishing the renovation before we moved in. While it was a pretty tight schedule, I kept making it harder on Anton by increasing the scope as the renovation progressed (because I was so happy with the work). Even though I kept adding more work, Anton was still able to finish everything by the time we moved in. He and his team are very dedicated hard workers. There are no surprises when you get the bill either, prices are given upfront and that's what you see at the end. As for the work itself - very high quality throughout the vast range of different tasks (flooring, replacing exterior windows, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, replacing kitchen counter etc.). Anton was able to squeeze every inch of space, upgrading our kitchen substantially - shifting some existing cabinets to make more room for a bigger fridge, increasing the size of the sink to the absolute maximum given the existing cabinets (which we didn't want to replace) and even installing an imported faucet that doesn't match the US voltage (for boiling water) or plumbing fittings. I'm so happy with the work he did for us and I hope you hire him too.
