I didn't see that online at all so they should put that on their website. It took about 20 minutes for someone to come help me. Once I got help it only took about 5 minutes to pick out a shower out of a catalog. Their showroom is mainly faucets on display. I do like that they work directly with the plumber that I am having install. They contacted them and let them know which shower I picked so that I didn't have to relay the message.

He turned out to be an incredible resource while we were planning our kitchen remodel and trying to land on what specific appliances we'd ultimately purchase. From the start, we really appreciated his no-pressure / consultative approach. He never tried to sell us on anything but he was always available when we had product questions and was quick to share his expert knowledge and advice. Whenever we approached him during our showroom visit, he was super responsive and always got us the answers we needed. Before Ferguson's, we stopped by a more conveniently located appliance store and had a pretty crap experience. The salesperson we approached was too busy surfing the internet at his desk to even get up and help us. He half-answered a couple of questions from his chair before we decided to leave. It wasn't the kind of service I was looking for when I'm trying to spend some $$. (Okay...rant over.) Back to Raj--he made what could have been a pretty stressful and expensive process feel easy like a Sunday morning. He took great care of us every step of the way and we ended up purchasing our entire kitchen appliance package from him: wall ovens, range hood, refrigerator, and dishwasher. I immediately stopped the install and contacted them. They wanted me to wait 3 weeks before they would send someone out to inspect it. I decided to not wait because I didn't want a floor that was not waterproof. I took pictures of everything and save all the damaged pieces. After submitting my warranty claim, they never sent anyone out, and denied me based on the pictures I submitted. They made up a story about how I must have a water leak under my floor. The manager "Jared" promised me that he would give me free transition strip for my new floor that I bought. Then a week later he said that he never said that. I will never shop here again, and I tell all my customers about my experience and tell them not to shop here either. Typical corporate America not caring about you. Don't shop here, you've been warned.

ENTER OUR WHITE KNIGHT! Modern Renovations came to our rescue! David showed up the same day we called to give us a quote to complete the flooring installation job that Home Depot's installer botched. SAME DAY! David gave us a quote right on the spot. We scheduled for 5 days later. David and Mark showed up on time, knocked the job out in record time, and did a beautiful job. The price for a new tank and inside parts at the big box was $100 or more. I contacted the mfg and got a specific part number and told to order through a wholesaler like Ferguson, who probably should have just messaged their rep in the first place. I called and was told they would have to contact a rep for pricing and to give me contact info and they'd get it ordered but it might take a few days, then no contact for a week. I called again and they didn't have any idea what I was talking about, but took my info again and said they would put in an order. Another week went by with no response and I'm pretty sure they blew me off again. I tried calling one time but after about 30 minutes on hold I give up. I ended up going to standard supply company, they took all of ten minutes to get the part ordered and sent me invoices. Apparently I'm not the first person that's had this exact same issue that they've helped recently. They're much more polite and actually seem competent.
