When I called to make an appointment, the woman who answered was friendly and helpful but said an appointment wasn't needed and feel free to just come in. I indicated that I would prefer an appointment and she confirmed that wasn't a problem and booked one for later in the week for us. We were treated with a smile when we came in for our appointment and pointed in the direction for the type of material we believed we were interested in. She then told us that the woman who was going to help us would be over very shortly. The designer was over shortly and took a little time to understand and get information on our project and what our vision was. She pulled a few samples and as we talked through the design concepts we changed our vision a bit and she lead us through some ideas. Her next pull on the product hit it out of the ballparks and we landed on the backsplash we ended up ordering. She was great. They took down the information and confirmed they would relay the information to our contractor who would also confirm the amount we would need. We then went back in a few days later to make the payment for the material. Once again we were warmly welcomed and very quickly supported with the payment. I would absolutely recommend CFM for their staff, service level, knowledge and vast variety of products and assistance.
