I wish I lived closer because I'd be here all the time. Instead, I literally plan an entire route on that side of town just so I can stop by and leave with a basket full of plants. The staff here are top-notch. They're always happy to give advice when you ask, and I constantly see them walking around, organizing, and staying busy. The nursery is huge, everything is well organized, and it's easy to browse. They also have some of the best deals and prices I've found. I've scored some incredible bargains on their 4-inch plants for just $1.99. Just make sure you go with at least some self-control because it's way too easy to go overboard--I definitely have! I also bought a Pink Lady seedling here, and it has grown and bloomed beautifully. The quality of their plants is excellent. I've lost a few plants simply because I'm a beginner, but I've also managed to keep many of the ones I bought back in early March, and now it's July. That alone says a lot about the quality, and I'm still excited to keep coming back for more.

Plus once I saw they were dog friendly I was more than happy to add this to my weekend errand list since she could tag along. We were greeted as we walked in and asked if we needed help. We weren't looking super hard for anything in particular but did mention I'd like to find butterfly pea, but it wasnt something they had. Not surprising and didn't affect the overall experience. Jared is who came over and helped us and explained a bit about how they care for their plants and what services they offer. And even took down my number in the case he hears about how to get that plant. Told us they hold events there, so I'll have to look into it! I did really like how they had a dedicated room for indoor plants, not alot of places have that. I ended up getting a peace lily for $10 and shes still looking great 2 weeks later. We were also given a jug of their moon juice which we've just started using for most of our plants, excited to see if it does really help out. I wasnt quite sure if theyd be OK with my dog being brought into the indoor plant area or the office area where you go to pay but they held the door open for her and gave her her space. So it set a really good impression. This place is definitely where I'd go if I had my own property and want working with a blank/empty space. Compared to other nurseries you'll find much bigger plants/trees here.

Finally a couple days ago these white flowers started coming out and so I was like well maybe it's the white version. Boy was I wrong - little berries started popping up with white star like flowers. Come to find out they sold me a black nightshade a very poisonous plant to dogs and I have dogs and pretty at all, so disappointing. Not cool at all I think they charged me $30. While waiting in the returns line, the employee working the desk made it very obvious she did not want to be there or help the customers waiting. She appeared visibly frustrated and was openly complaining about how bad of a day she was having while chatting with other employees instead of assisting the people in line. When the customer in front of me politely called out the situation and asked for help, the employee escalated the situation instead of de-escalating it. She became visibly upset and started throwing his returned items onto the ground. This only made the situation worse and the customer understandably became more angry. Instead of trying to calm things down or handle the situation professionally, she refused to listen, acted like the victim, and called security after the customer walked away toward the garden area. Even though the customer was clearly upset, employees represent the company and should know how to handle difficult situations. What happened was extremely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing for everyone standing there watching. Customer service is supposed to be a priority, and this employee made it very clear she did not want to do her job. The entire interaction was uncomfortable and poorly handled from start to finish. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. Management should seriously look into what happened and address the lack of professionalism at the returns desk.
