Beautiful nursery! They had so many beautiful plants, pots, garden decor and more even some birds! Absolute beautiful place with so many options. Absolutely wonderful staff very on top of any needs you may have. I was so in awe with the decor I wanted to just take it all home. Plants, trees, decor come a get it.

Tree in spring 2020

One year ago, rcw nurseries helped me pick and plant a tree in my backyard. I have very limited experience with landscaping. The team at rcw was wonderful to work with, answering my many questions and helping me decide the best fit for my yard. Rcw planted the tree and gave easy to understand care instructions. The tree bloomed in the spring and is thriving this summer.

Great selection

Gone there a couple of times. The selection has always been great, and the staff has been knowledgeable. Slightly pricey, but I know that they will have whatever I'm looking for.

This place has a great selection of flowers, plants, trees, chemicals, and other garden supplies you need for your landscape needs. They also have wonderful customer service. Everyone has been friendly and welcoming, and very helpful. We are newbies and didn't know much. We told them our specific needs and where we were planting them. They had wonderful suggestions that were perfect for our needs.

Plus once I saw they were dog friendly I was more than happy to add this to my weekend errand list since she could tag along. We were greeted as we walked in and asked if we needed help. We weren't looking super hard for anything in particular but did mention I'd like to find butterfly pea, but it wasnt something they had. Not surprising and didn't affect the overall experience. Jared is who came over and helped us and explained a bit about how they care for their plants and what services they offer. And even took down my number in the case he hears about how to get that plant. Told us they hold events there, so I'll have to look into it! I did really like how they had a dedicated room for indoor plants, not alot of places have that. I ended up getting a peace lily for $10 and shes still looking great 2 weeks later. We were also given a jug of their moon juice which we've just started using for most of our plants, excited to see if it does really help out. I wasnt quite sure if theyd be OK with my dog being brought into the indoor plant area or the office area where you go to pay but they held the door open for her and gave her her space. So it set a really good impression. This place is definitely where I'd go if I had my own property and want working with a blank/empty space. Compared to other nurseries you'll find much bigger plants/trees here.

Prices are fair for the quality of tree we bought. They gave the tree a fresh cut, and tied it onto the car for us. They also installed a level permanent wooden base at the bottom which made it super easy to stand inside the house. We also bought the Keeps-IT-Green liquid nutrients to lengthen life of the tree. Very nice people, with great customer service. Highly recommend!

Mary was very friendly and helpful! I couldn't believe how busy this place was! They not only have metal signs and yard sculptures, but also carry Mexican pottery, stone, soil, and a variety of plants. We picked out some perennials for a pot & a beautiful vine plant. We needed to run by Lowe's for something else and I saw the same plant there --it was the same price but did not look near as good as the one at Madison Gardens. I highly recommend coming here if you want to spruce up your yard.

For my aunt, it's the go-to place for entire flats of mix and match edible plants, and also unusual plants. She says it's the best quality, selection and price. She now goes here with friends and family when I cannot go with her. For my friend its an opportunity for fancifulness, like you're in the opening of a Disney female main character scene where nature is chirping and buzzing in a concentration of a diverse, bountiful, beautiful plant life, and for me its both the practicality of edible plants, native plants, and unusual plants. I've seen the owner give a talk at OHBA. It cemented my respect for EG. So much comprehensive knowledge, and deep care. Before, I had noticed the employees are happy, present, and knowledgeable. EG is leagues beyond corporate stores. Yes, support local, but also seems EG is authentically supporting the local community too.

Took off one star because I feel like some of the plants were not the best condition. My coneflower died within a couple of days. I think the outdoor plants are a decent value. While waiting in the returns line, the employee working the desk made it very obvious she did not want to be there or help the customers waiting. She appeared visibly frustrated and was openly complaining about how bad of a day she was having while chatting with other employees instead of assisting the people in line. When the customer in front of me politely called out the situation and asked for help, the employee escalated the situation instead of de-escalating it. She became visibly upset and started throwing his returned items onto the ground. This only made the situation worse and the customer understandably became more angry. Instead of trying to calm things down or handle the situation professionally, she refused to listen, acted like the victim, and called security after the customer walked away toward the garden area. Even though the customer was clearly upset, employees represent the company and should know how to handle difficult situations. What happened was extremely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing for everyone standing there watching. Customer service is supposed to be a priority, and this employee made it very clear she did not want to do her job. The entire interaction was uncomfortable and poorly handled from start to finish. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. Management should seriously look into what happened and address the lack of professionalism at the returns desk.
