    Update to original review Today, April 3rd received reply to my email from original YELP review. Correspondence was unsigned and basically telling me they do not care. Part of reply from customer service stated 'basically your son got footboard for free' Excerpt from 'customer service' .... have looked into your account and I am showing that your son has basically gotten this headboard for free from the inconvenience allowance and the keep as is allowance we provided. I apologize for the inconveniences your son has experienced with this process, but we will not be offering any more money off and we will not be exchanging again due to the acceptance of the keep as is allowance. Once again, I was NOT asking for further discount of a broken piece, but to shed light on the stores poor customer service. Unsigned email said if problems to contact our salesperson or customer service! Ha! We will never patronize this store again!

    We had a fantastic experience with RC Willey & their delivery service. I purchased our washer & dryer online but it turns out that I wasn't super clear on ALL the exact parts that were NEEDED/required for our machines. Delivery was communicative & on time. When they arrived they notified me that we did not purchase all the needed parts but they brought them along just in case we wanted to buy them. Of course, we said yes since we needed our machines to work! The delivery men got onto their phones & helped us purchase the needed parts over the phone while they set everything up. The website should be more clear but their delivery men saved the day & still deserve 5 stars. I'd purchase from this store again, thank you! Hi-five to your delivery team.

    And the trim came off.

    1. Trim came off on top. 2. First step down is crooked. Left side 10.25 wide, the right is 11.25 wide 3. Was a total hassle dealing with the sub-contractor, 5 Star Flooring. Just a bunch of teenagers doing the work. I pointed out that the stair was crooked. I had to keep such a close eye on them because the way they were going to do a couple of things was totally wrong. RCW sent out the guy in charge of them, he said yes, it's crooked. When the kids came back out they didn't fix anything. 4. I paid off my account months ago but RCWilley has not updated the credit agencies.

After searching several with no luck (and prices that were upwards of $1,200 for a coffee table!), we decided to pop into Furniture Row.    I was so impressed with the quality and prices of the furniture here! We found a really nice coffee table made of real wood (and super heavy construction) for $250! Granted, we took the floor model to save money, but it was a great deal for a beautiful piece of furniture.    Furniture Row isn't fancy, and it sells discount furniture that looks nice, is good quality, but won't break the bank. The store is organized like a typical furniture showroom, with different "rooms" displaying all the sofas, chairs, beds, and the like.    The furniture items were all clearly labeled and the price tags were easy to read. It was simple to see the price on everything in the store, which I appreciated.    I didn't like that we were completely ignored while browsing here. While I don't like to be bothered, it was next to impossible to find a salesperson to help us when we were ready to make our purchase. We had to go up to the main desk and wait. And wait. Aaaaand wait. Finally we found a guy to help us, but he wasn't all that helpful. I mean, all we wanted to do was swipe our credit card and load the table into the back of our car!    After we finally made our purchase, it was easy and fast. We got our table and were on our way.    Despite the service hiccups, I highly recommend Furniture Row. I've been nothing but happy with my table, and the price was more than right!

    I would give a negative rating if that were an option…read more I purchased this desk from Furniture Row, and within just a few months of very light use, the finish began chipping badly. I contacted the store, and after several calls and months of follow-up, they finally sent out a consultant to inspect it. The consultant confirmed what I suspected--that the desk is made from low-quality soft wood and that the finish was poorly applied. While he said he could repair the dents and chips, he also made it clear this would continue to be an issue for the life of the desk. After waiting weeks for an update, I reached out again expecting a replacement under warranty for what is clearly a defective product. Instead, I was told they would only repair the defects and would not replace the desk. I called to explain that this was not ethical, but they simply repeated that they would come out and fix the defect--while refusing to replace the desk, even though it is clearly defective. The desk is used maybe two days a month with a soft, armless chair--there's no reasonable way this level of damage is normal. After spending over $25,000 at Furniture Row over the past 10 years, I'm extremely disappointed. This experience feels dismissive and unethical, and it has cost them my business permanently.

    After spending several months visiting more furniture stores than I can even remember, searching…read morediligently, laying on mattresses, researching company and product reviews, etc., in order to replace our much-loved 20-year-old mattress, we finally decided to purchase a king sized G3 Luxe Intellibed and a base from Mattress Firm. Given that humans spend at least 1/4, if not 2/3, of their life sleeping--generally on a mattress--and that time spent laying on our personal 'recharging stations' can positively or negatively influence our sleep quality, and how well our body functions in general, we wanted to give the decision the time and attention needed to make the best decision for us. There are other stores that sell Intellibed; and, in fact, Intellibed has a location of their own in the Fashion Place mall, but we decided to go with Mattress Firm because, in large part, of the fantastic customer service. In my Yelp reviews, I have a strong focus on what kind of customer service we receive. In a service-based economy, this should be given priority from businesses. Even in the current downturn we find ourselves, where many businesses have shut their doors for good, often a consumer can still choose not to buy at all rather than go with a company that gives poor service. I primarily worked with a fantastic individual named Cathy, and the time between when we first walked in to when we signed the paperwork was probably about six weeks as we narrowed down our top choices. Cathy perfectly blended her bright and friendly personality with the appropriate amount of professionalism. Whenever I contacted her for questions, she responded quickly when she knew the answer right away, and within an acceptable amount of time when she needed to do some work for the answers to my questions. There were some issues after the paperwork was signed. One was that the paper quote I had wasn't the price I was charged. Because I hadn't been given an expiration date for the quote, and because I had been in close contact by asking questions, I had assumed the price was set, though I noticed this not long after signing the papers but before the bed was delivered. To be fair here, I didn't pay the attention I should have on the day I signed, and I didn't ask questions I should have. I brought it up to Cathy, who did some work to be sure those items previously quoted would get that price, ensuring I would walk away from the experience a satisfied customer. I had also bought some sheets through Mattress Firm, and one of the bedding companies sent me the wrong color twice. I contacted Cathy directly about this each time and she was quick to work on the problem. The guys who delivered the mattress were real troopers. This mattress is a heavy beast, and they had to carry it up some tightly boxed in stairs. They were polite to me and respectful of my property. We've had the mattress now for a few months and have been happy with the purchase itself. The experience with this Mattress Firm location itself was a pleasant one. The other employees, like CariAnn, that I interacted with were helpful and pleasant. The store was clean and well maintained. Despite the particular issue outlined previously, Cathy did a great job trying to make sure I had all the information I needed to make the most informed decision I could. If this review is being read by someone in corporate with the authority to do so, Cathy should be given recognition in some way for the exceptional way she not only does her job, but also how she represents Mattress Firm in a positive light. Employees like Cathy make or break a consumer's experience with any given company, and it is only because of these kinds of employees that I can often recommend a business or not. Mattress Firm has good product, but lots of places do too. They have the most generous trial period I've come across, though I have no experience with it myself. A company can say they will do a lot of things for you to be sure customer satisfaction, but ultimately it will be a person you must deal with to get those things done. For anyone searching for a mattress, I recommend this Mattress Firm and asking for Cathy.

Cariann was my sales rep, and was very informative and patient explaining the differences among and letting me try out the various options. The delivery was on time and efficient. While there was a mix-up with the warehouse regarding setting up the bed set (head and side boards), Rory went the extra mile to make it right. I would absolutely recommend Mattress Firm in Draper to anyone in the market and will buy there myself the next time I need a mattress.

I like the touch of sending me a picture of the tech so I know who to expect. Gave a time frame that he would be here. Got worried when I got a call that he may be late since he is running behind on his present job. I admit I got worried about the tech canceling on me and having to reschedule. Surprise! Half an hour later he was here. It went quick. He diagnosed the problem, even had a spare part. Fixed it in no time. He spent more time vacuuming out the inner workings of the dryer than actually fixing it. All together it was well worth the call to these guys. The repair itself was much cheaper than I expected it to be. I was worried the quote would have been high enough that it would be cheaper to buy a new dryer. But no. Gonna bookmark these guys!

The technician initially recommended replacing a thermistor, which we approved based on his professional judgment. The repair did not resolve the issue. On a later visit, the technician himself expressed doubt that further expensive repairs would help. When we tried to resolve this with management, communication was extremely poor--we were repeatedly told someone would call us back and no one did. When we finally reached a manager, we were offered only ~$120 back, while being charged for multiple visits, diagnostics, and a part that did not fix the problem. At no point was it clearly explained that this would be a trial-and-error process with uncertain results. Very disappointing experience--both in terms of the repair outcome and how the situation was handled.
