Customer service is terrible, even though "Every RC Willey professional works tirelessly to ensure you are completely satisfied with your experience." Not only is their customer service terrible, but their furniture is even worse. I spent $2,500 on a couch. It was comfy for the first two days. Then feathers starting poking out. And poking us. It's so bad we ca only sit on the couch with a thick quilt underneath us. Look at the picture of how many feathers popped through in 2 weeks. Would you want to sit on that? we ordered flooring from R C Willey in March 2024. it finally arrived on June 6 th. the tear out of the tile and carpet was not dust free as we had been assured it would be. dirt and dust everywhere. half way through the job the flooring layers realized that they had run out of floor materials. turned out some person who can't read an order properly only ordered the materiAl's on the first page of the order. he didn't look at the second and third pages.( these grammatical errors are not mine). Steve the flooring manager at R C Willey, Draper, Utah was so useless I can't even begin to describe how in ineffective he was. he didn't know where the rest of the materials were, he didn't know when they would get on the truck, he didn't know when they'd get to SLC, in fact he didn't know anything at all. we are elderly, I have back issues, we were left high and dry by R C Willey for over a week with our house in absolute chaos. we had to crawl over, squeeze by and move all kinds of stuff in order to survive for more than 10 days. Steve at R C Willey showed no compassion, no interest, no effort in resolving our problem, we were forced to sideline our painters, electricians, cleaners and relatives due to the lack of caring on the part of Steve and company. we have spent many thousands of dollars at R C Willey over the years. the thanks for our loyal patronage is to spit in our faces. very disappointed. read more

We use RC Willey at least monthly for something or another. Large selection, average priced. Overall I'm happy with them. The warranties seem like they're not worth the paper they're printed on but that's everywhere and not specifically RC but the manufacturers. Some of my favorite pieces have been bought there and overall, find their selection and quality to be good. read more

I have made a number of purchases from the RC Willey location in Draper, Utah. For the most part, I have had a satisfactory experience, although at times, the sales people have come across a bit predatory. Recently however, I met "Smalls" in the discount appliance area upstairs. He was a genuine pleasure to work with. The more we spoke with one another, the more obvious it became his only goal was to make us happy, and that he did! The purchase and installation of our new dishwasher went very smoothly and faster and better than expected. Recently, I just got married and inherited a 1970s trailer. Sure, it's a fixer upper. Most the rats stay out though and the smell isn't too bad once you get used to it. My wife and I aren't used to fancy things, most the furniture and supplies we get, are picked up from the trailer park. We decided to splurge and go to a luxury store at RC Willey. You know what they say when you're getting a couch, six months salary. For 6 months we lived on nothing but ramen and left over pizza our neighbors threw out. We walked to work. Our expenses were almost none. We were stoked when we added up our money at the end of the six months and saw we had $1,400 cash! We had never seen that type of cash. I finally knew what it was like to be a millionaire. That morning we strutted in to RC Willey knowing, we could buy a mid level tiered couch. I think the sales people knew from our cut off shirts and sunglasses on that we meant business. Never have we had a tour guide showing us the different functions of a couch. We needed something that reclined because when you're watching nascar and wrestlin, you want to recline and have a spot for your beer. This sales dude showed us this fancy one that was electric. Reclining in style! I just had to push the button and bam, the seat was moving backwards. This was fancier than anything we had in our trailer. It was a no brainer for us, we bought the couch. Instantly doubled our investment of our trailer by having this couch. We knew on NASCAR Sunday, all the neighbors would be over now. We weren't paying for shipping so we borrowed our neighbor who is a farmers tractor and used his moving trailer and hooked it to the back of the tractor. We loaded the boxes and drove the tractor with our couch back to our trailer. The neighborhood came out to help us load our new couch into our place. This was a big day for all of us. We were all laughing and joking as we unboxed the couch. The cool part about our couch is it had two electric recliners! We hooked up one, when my wife sat in it and reclined it the hype was real as she lowered the chair. We all went crazy! Not sure I've ever been happier in my life. Then, disaster struck. We went to hook up the second one, no cord. Anger turned to sadness but then I realized, this happens. I'm sure it was just a mistake. We called RC Willey and they said they would order us a cord, but it would take 4-6 weeks. For the next 6 weeks I sat not reclined as I watched my wife sit their in bliss as we would watch our Sunday NASCAR. She was living the high life, she was living in luxury and I was jealous. At the end of 6 weeks, I called RC willey in anticipation. I felt like a kid on Christmas. However, they informed us no cord. They did this for the next 3 months. Then, the phone rang yesterday, 5 months later. Our cord was in. However, they wouldn't ship it. Problem is we had to drive to their warehouse. We obviously don't have a car because we got a couch instead. So we looked up the bus schedule and took off on our adventure to get our cord. We finally got to the warehouse in SLC and got our cord. As we rode the bus home I could only imagine how amazing it would feel to be reclined this Sunday. When we got off the bus and walked back to our trailer. I ran on and put on my wolf shirt because I knew this was going to be the greatest day of my life. I felt the power as I put my wolf shirt on. I walked over to the couch took out the cord and went to plug it in. As I did, I realized it wasn't the right cord. He were are 5 months later, I spent six months salary and I still can't recline. We ordered a glass cooktop in March, it was out of stock and not available to be delivered until May. We called the sales person MULTIPLE times to find out about the delivery with no response by the sale rep. We called the store itself, MULTIPLE times, we finally learned that the stove top had been sitting there for almost a week. The sales representative kept promising installation and deliver and that she would be contacting us as soon as the cooktop came in, but we could not even find out a date when the cooktop was available, much less set an appointment for installation. After calling to arrange delivery AND INSTALLATION ourselves, the day finally came and the delivery person walked in, set the stovetop on the counter and left, stating we would need to now call for installation. This whole situation was so mismanaged. Since the drop off and having to now call for installation, which was completed by the BEST install person ever, we have called a management person, John B., who is supposed to take complaints and there has not been one phone call back. The voice mail states the man is in the office, but there has never been a call back. We have shopped RC willey for over 35 years, but with this HUGE mess, I doubt we will ever set foot in the store again. Beware future shoppers, NO service at RC Willey and they don't seem to be able to function as a trusted store. read more

Furthermore, when I went to customer service to simply ask about delivery, Catherine Tillman condescendingly said "That's covid hon". I will forever take my business elsewhere Update: after wasting 6 weeks waiting for the sectional, the delivery team said that it could not be delivered because they were unwilling to pull it up to the sliding glass doors. Our salesperson was rude and unaccommodating. I believe his name was "Matt". His salesmanship consisted of what he could read of the pamphlet. He was constantly running back and forth to the computer. We found a couch we liked and asked him to put a deal together on it. We were prepared to buy right then and there, he came back and says "This offer is good for 24 hours so call me tomorrow if you want to move forward" Needless to say the quote landed directly in the garbage as we were leaving(great place for a garbage can) and we will be shopping elsewhere. I've never really been a fan of RC Willey but this new location in Draper has pretty much won me over. Sure I'm still bothered sometimes by the sharks that swarm customers looking for blood... I mean the salespeople... But really, if you're bothered by the salespeople remember they are just trying to earn a living and politely tell them you're just looking. Or better yet, take the first salesperson's card and if anyone else asks if you need help tell them you're working with that first person. This new Draper location of RC Willey is their flagship store and it really shows. They spent some serious money making this store deluxe. It's spacious and very nice inside with HUGE skylights that let in lots of natural light throughout the day. This makes what would be an otherwise dark showroom very nice and pleasant. We recently purchased a new king mattress and bedroom set from Pete Madsen in the bedroom department and he did a great job helping us. Pete spent at least two hours with us looking at mattresses and beds. He did a great job answering our many questions, was never impatient with us, and never tried to rush us into making a decision. Pete also made sure we got the best pricing and all the special coupons and savings that were available. We took advantage of the RC Willey 18 month no interest financing and their online bill pay system is excellent. I also purchased a new TV from this RC Willey store when they first opened and had a great experience at that time as well. The salesperson was great to work with and very knowledgeable about the TVs I was shopping for. The electronics department was also clean and well-maintained. I'm sad to see that other customers have had a bad experience at this RC Willey because we've really enjoyed shopping at this new store. We are also VERY happy with the new mattress and bedroom set we purchased. Our new king bed has been very comfortable and the bed, nightstands, dresser and mirror we purchased look terrific in our master bedroom. I also love my new TV. I like this store a lot. We have bought furniture from this company a few times in the past. Mostly because once you pay for delivery you get it for free the rest of the year. When they opened this big honkin' location by IKEA we had to come check it out. They also happened to be giving away free soccer balls to kids that day. Score! Now we have been back several times because of their rewards program. We have gotten a few rewards certificates to use and have bought random things with them, like a rice cooker. It's a really fun store to browse and I love their set ups as far as decor goes. I do agree with another poster that the process here is super antiquated and you can't buy anything without excessive "help" from the salespeople. They can come off very much like used car salesmen, too. For instance we saw a clearance blow up christmas lawn thingy there the other day for a screaming deal, but passed because we didn't want to track down a sales guy to track down the actual item in the box, give all the info while they type into an old computer, and then have to take a ticket to the cashier people upstairs to check out. If we could have just grabbed a box ourselves and hades straight to the cashier, woulda been better. I understand they probably make commissions but this isn't a large furniture purchase. It was a $20 snowman. When we have made large furniture purchases, though, the process doesn't seem so bad. We have been happy with our stuff. read more

This a huge store, and something that was greatly needed in Salt Lake County. I've generally been a fan of RC Willey since I moved to Utah many years ago, and they have been a mainstay for a number of major furniture purchases over the years, but they really needed a larger and more up to date showroom and here it is. The location of this store is pure magic, and not just because of its inherent ease of access from I-15 and Bangerter highway alike. Putting this next to IKEA, which is full of cheap, poor quality wares, and which has an overly crowded and poorly laid out store, is a classic move and I suspect one that will reap its rewards after people compare the roomy open environment of RC Willey and see the far superior quality of the goods on offer. And for those who will say, yes but you can't compare due to the difference in price, that is not necessarily so, they do have good deals at RC Willey if you take the time to find them, plus what you buy will actually last the the test of time. This store is very open and nicely laid out, with many themed areas. It's fun just to browse, and the staff is friendly, helpful and not too pressuring, something I have enjoyed about them at all their locations. As well as furniture, this store sports a flooring area, a kids bedroom area, and upstairs you will find electronics including TVs and other A/V equipment, a huge appliance area, kitchens, and also a clearance section. There is even a cafe upstairs too. We have often had a bit of a void with furniture in Salt Lake, we have the high end places like Crate and Barrel and Ethan Allen both of which I enjoy too - but for good solid, middle of the road quality and price this is where it is at. I have used RC Willey for may years and they have always done a great job, however with my recient purchase the item was spose to be delivered today 8 4 between 3:15 and 5:15 no delivery I called at 6:38 they said it would probably be delivered in the next hour and 1/2 the delivery truck was behind schedule. time is niow 9: 16 no delivery and no call. I cant talk to customer service because they are closed. It is way past the expected delivery time and no sign that they are going to be here today. My complaint goes to the delivery men. I waited all day waiting for my delivery and now looks like I may need to reschedule. If the delivery men get behind I think they need to call the customer and either say r=they need to reschedule or that they are going to be there late. read more

Due to my bad back I recently purchased a new mattress from their Reno store. It was their top of their line for $5000. It included delivery and removal of the old mattress. When they delivered the mattress they refused to take the old one away. They actually placed it , so it blocked my garage door. I had to get help to move it in order to be able to get my car out. When I asked them why they did not take it, they claimed it was stained. I had removed the water prove cover just minutes before, and it was immaculate.. I took pictures of the situation and send them to the sales person. According to her they had lyed to their supervisor about the whole situation, claiming they only followed my instructions! Sofar I am only getting the ruaround from their supervisor at the store. read more

UPDATE Got a call from a very very sweet lady named Tammy, who sincerely apologized for my experience. She offered to replace both damaged pieces! I told her that I was not sure if I wanted to deal with the hassle of getting new furniture, so then she offered to send someone out to repair them. I took her up on this, and someone came out today (took about 4 business days from the call) and filled each of my dents/scratches with stain. They look much better. Tammy also sent me a $150 RC Willey gift card, which I think was very kind! Overall, I would give Tammy 5 stars, but still can't give 5 to this store because ideally the furniture would be delivered without damage in the first place. So to future buyers: be wary of the delivery, but rest assured you will be taken care of if something does happen! :) read more

I'm seriously so disappointed in the dishonesty and poor customer service at RC Willey. We built a home four years ago and our builder uses RC Willey products. We purchased our double ovens, a Bosch stove top, a refrigerator, dishwasher, bar stools, mattress and microwave from them-all appliances upgraded. Within the first year, the Bosch stovetop and double ovens had to be replaced because they weren't working, the double oven still don't hold their temperature after numerous 'recalibrations '. Side note: we don't have children at home, therefore none of our things are used much-way less than the normal wear and tear. With the purchase of our mattress (after delivering a wrong sized mattress the first time) we were miserable and went back into RC Willey 4 times and spoke to the sales person. Each time he told us that we had to have it 100 days before they would take it back. He told us to soften the bed, have the grandkids put on clean socks and run on it. WTH? Finally on day 102, we went back to return it and the sales person said that anything over 100 days couldn't be returned! We were stuck with the mattress! Fast forward this month, I went into the store to talk to the appliance people regarding the protective coating that was peeling off of my fridge. The coating they up-sold us to protect the stainless steel against fingerprints. The guy told us that it was warrantied and scheduled someone to come out and reapply. They called and scheduled it, I took half of a day off and waited. No one showed. I call back and leave my number, no one returns my call. Tonight I do get a hold of them and they say it's not warrantied and was only for one year from date of purchased. Why would anyone purchase this only to have it peel off and have to be reapplied every year? It would have been easier and more cost effective to wipe off fingerprints! So essentially, I was up sold on a product that would ruin my original purchase. They are so dishonest and they don't care, because there isn't really anywhere else for people to purchase household things from. THIS is what is wrong with corporate America, companies like this. I'm not asking for anything more than for them to stand by what they sell. I pay an honest price, I should have a product that works. RC WILLEY, your service and integrity stink! read more

The absolute worst experience I've ever had with an in home delivery. The delivery people we were so rude and aggressive. I was actually afraid for my safety. And they completely ruined my walls and floor. The delivery started off with the lead delivery person walking right in my house without even asking permission then he walked all over the place looking in rooms like he owned the place, actually more like he was canvassing it. They didn't use any floor protection materials and now my floors have skid makes from the hand truck. After taking up the washing machine, he told me I had to sign a waiver for all damage or he would just leave my dryer on the front lawn. I was basically a hostage at that point and so I signed it. He tried to make me sign a form saying they did no damage. When I pointed out all the damage, he started yelling at me and saying it was just the texture on the wall. You can clearly see the difference between the texture and the knicks. Then he starts walking all over the house again, taking pictures of everything and finally storms out without saying a word or even closing the door. I actually understand that accidents happen even when you're doing your best, especially around tight corners. But floor and wall protection is so cheap and easy and would have prevented all the damage. When I bought appliances from another establishment, they had a much tighter space to work with but brought protection and there was no damage. But the worst part wasn't the damage. We had ordered almost $7,500.00 worth of stuff (furniture and appliances) and 80% of the whole experience was a massive headache. The first delivery was ridiculous, the guys dropped our new washing machine from the side of the truck onto the dolly rather than setting it down. Typically I wouldn't be as frustrated but the fact that it cost me an arm and a leg to get it I was pretty upset. The second set of delivery guys were amazing and really worked hard to get it all moved in. The real headache started when they weren't going to be able to deliver 75% of my purchase due to their mistake on their end. At first it was a real pain just trying to get ahold of someone who had a straight answer as to where my stuff was, why I didn't get it and when it was to expect it. I then lost yet another day of work having to wait for my stuff to get delivered the next day. While I'm sure it is very difficult to run as large of an operation as theirs and I know nothing is personal my review is based on their performance. Careless service from one set of delivery guys + a logistical nightmare which cost me valuable hours from work + the difficulty to trying to get an honest answer with allot of what felt like smoke and mirrors= 3 stars. If the products we bought weren't as awesome as they are (which I ought to expect at $7,500.00) then it would maybe be a 1 Star. read more

He always knows exactly what we need and is very knowledgeable and helpful. We just purchased a beautiful cabinet and hutch for our kitchen and can't wait for them to be delivered. To me the best furniture and home appliances store in town. IKEA does exist and yes it has its own pull and brand image and customer base but RC Wiley is good simply because it retains the old school old world charm amidst the rapidly and madly changing world around it, its customer Service. All its floor service personnel seem to be very experienced, courteous and more importantly very patient in explaining and knowing about their products especially in furniture section. I have always found this store fascinating as it seems to cater to my varying needs based on product segment, price, service almost every single time i visit RC Wiley. So it is only natural that i had to visit their newer store by IKEA(smart move to tap into their customer base potentially) and i ended up with a small mattress and now a rug and each time i found what i was looking for. People might think RC Wiley as a furniture store but one could not be more off the mark as they have some of the best selection for home appliances ranging from ovens to kitchen range to TV, refrigerator etc, you name it they seem to have it. The store layout is cool and has a sort of being not in a store but more like a 5 star hotel with lots of couches, product segments but stacked in a neat way due to space created to do so. RC wiley seem to have come with a mission to be seen and heard better without losing their core appeal ie their old world charm and they seem to have done a good job of it with their newest store in the block. Good products, Great selection of products, nice service, Good store and great location all of which combine to make this RC Wiley store a potent combination enough and if they continue on same path, this store is sure to give nearby IKEA a run for its money. read more

We bought a couch and loves seat in January of 2021 from the Reno NV store. We were told when we bought them that they would not be delivered until March. We agreed and waited patiently. At the end of February, our sales person called and told us that the couches that were already bought and paid for, were discontinued and they would not be able to get those specific couches. My husband and I then decided to use the credit from those couches and upgrade to another more expensive leather reclining set. We paid the upgraded price and waiting for our couches that were delivered at the end of April 2021. We LOVED our new couches. That is until December of 2021, when I was sitting and reclining on the large couch and I heard metal clang onto our tile floor and the section that I was sitting on then dropped to the floor and would not retract. We checked under the couch, and found the reclining mechanism laying on the floor and the frame broken. Any time after that, that some one would sit on that section of the couch, it drops to the floor and is completely unstable. Approximately 2 weeks later, that exact same thing happened to the love seat. We called RC Willey customer service to request a technician come out and fix the problems since both the couch and the love seat have a limited life time warranty which fully covers the reclining mechanism and frame. We were told that the technician could not come out to check the problems until March. Again, we thought that is fine as long as we know the problem will be fixed. We have not sat or used either couch in the mean time. March 17th 2022, the technician came and looked at both couches, took pictures, and the reclining mechanisms that we had saved, and told us that both the couch and the loveseat had broken frames, reclining mechanisms, and that the armrest were detaching from the couch frame as well. He advised us that customer service would be calling us to set up an appointment to pick up the furniture to take it back to the store for repairs and would then call to set up a second appointment to re-deliver the furniture back to us. Again, we agreed and have still not utilized our furniture in order to not cause more damage. On Wednesday April 6th, we received a call from the customer service representative Aiden, who told us that they had reviewed the information that the technician had given them, and they had determined that there was nothing they could do for us. I inquired why they could not fix our WARRANTIED furniture, and all he kept telling me was that "there is nothing they could do for me". He did not give me any details on what had caused that malfunction, if they were just unable to get the parts, or if they parts had been discontinued, or offer ANY other solution other than, "there is nothing else we can do for you". I then asked to speak to the department to get the details on why they were unable to fix the problem, he refused to transfer me or allow me to talk to them, or his supervisor. Aiden then told me that he would "TRY" to get a message to someone to call me back. After asking Aiden for his name or operator number 5 separate times, he reluctantly gave me his name and then hung up on me. We just want our BRAND NEW couches that are still under warranty fixed or given any other option or solution. read more

UPDATE: Great news. Please read below. First I was angry and now I'm sad. I've loved shopping at RC Willey's over the years. Now my kids shop there. In the last 2 1/2 months we have purchased a Lazyboy love seat and an oled 65 inch 4K TV and also a Lazyboy recliner couch which is the reason that I am writing today. After waiting the entire eight weeks that we were told about we finally received a call that our couch was ready. They came and delivered it early Saturday morning. While inserting the backs I noticed the front corner that you would walk by when you walked into the living room had a great big slice about 3 1/2 inches long. I asked the delivery man if it came in a box. They said no it came bubble wrapped. I said to use a razor blade to open the bubbles. They said yes why? Because it looks like your razor blade cut into the couch. Then there was a few words said back and forth between them. When they began to explain to us how customer service with call us in a couple of days and send someone out to repair it or I can call my salesman and have it replaced. But if someone doesn't call, call your salesman. The delivery guys wrote down what happen and had me sign it. IT WAS BOGUS. I called customer service a week later to be told no damage was reported on the delivery and I could get a replacement in 8 weeks or pick something else or lose 20% of deposit (which I knew about, but this was caused by them, not us). Really.... I suggested they fix it and sell it to me at the clearance price so I wouldn't have to move stuff again. Just getting to old. I thought it was better then all the commotion of pickup and order and delivery. The customer service people and the rep I talked to acted like that wasn't a thing....option.....viable thought. I'm so floored now I don't know what to say. They don't even care to report the delivery guys! I wouldn't want them working for me. RC Wiley your employees aren't working together as a team that cares about the company anymore. UPDATE: Great news. Please read below. Wow.......I don't know how to begin. The most amazing experience happened. I received a phone call with a caring sincere voice on the other end like I've never come across before by the name of Chad from RC Willey. The tone in his voice, apologizing for my horrible experience while taking complete ownership of finding out what happened so he could make it right, in my 55 year lifetime, never had I felt so cared about as I did during that call. I've had a few great doctors come really close, but Chad is number one to date. Chad had rightfully requested some photos of the damage to the couch, that I gladly emailed over to him. Within hours.....he called me back with what steps happened during the delivery process that failed me..... He knew exactly what was hand written on my paperwork and explained it to me in detail. Yeah...I'm one of those (need all the detail understanding I can get) ....so the information he gave me and the promise to re-order us a new custom couch made it right in my book. Wait....there is more......Chad called me again last Friday to tell me there was an update on my couch and the estimated date. Can you believe that??? I love it when he calls. if I could do 0 stars I would. customer service is terrible, furniture is garbage, breaks falls apart. everything is over priced. I would never shop from here again. do yourself a favor avoid the headache go some where else. also if you buy an extended warranty but it's a manufacturers problem they still count that as being used. so you will not get your money back. don't waste your money here. worst experience of my life. this place is garbage and the salesman up your butt from the second you walk in and follow you everywhere. horrible read more

I received my delivery of furniture from the RC Willey van. The crew was on time, efficient, and showed professionalism. One of my pieces has a scratch and had to be returned. RCW replaced the item at 8:00 AM the next day. Perfect! A not so subtle hint to the managers of the Murray and Salt Lake City RCW stores, MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES LEAVE THEIR SMART PHONES IN THEIR CARS!!! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because their pricing is a little bit high to say the least, and we are always bombarded by salesmen seconds after walking in the door. I get it, it's their job to sell, but give us some breathing room first please. Outside of that, I've never had any bad experiences here shopping. Today was the first time we've ever bought anything from them and it was a good experience. We got a very fair price on a loveseat on clearance, didn't feel rushed or forced into anything, and the pickup was pretty good. All in all a good experience. But please, give people a second to get in and look around independently before you start selling to them. read more

I have purchased the majority of my furniture from RC Willey for all 4 of the homes I have owned over the past 30 years. I obviously like them or I wouldn't keep coming back. I deal with the same salesmen each time I go in so the service is consistently good. Here is my issue. I believe that their sales pricing is unethical. I have noticed repeatedly that they mark up prices prior to a sale and then "discount" the item to the pre mark up price and call it a sale! It is sort of like the joke "All double marked up items are now half off". I counter this by always negotiating a price I feel is fair and I never settle for the pricing on the tag. Management may be sleazy but I have always felt good with my salesmen. read more

We made a purchase back in July. The salesperson said the sofa should arrive by mid-August. My husband contacted the salesperson about two times to find out the status of our purchase and no callback. I decided to call on his behalf knowing that my husband doesn't speak English very well. I found out that the order was pushed until November. The sad part of the story is that the salesperson never cared to call my husband to let him know what was going on with his order. When addressing the incident with another customer sales representative it was like sorry bad luck. No respect. Maybe it was because they truly don't care about us (Hispanic-speaking shoppers). If I could leave zero stars I would. I am astounded by the terrible customer service in the flooring department. We had carpet installed over 2 months ago. We crammed to get it done as we had a baby on the way. The installation was terrible. There are extremely visible seams and corners of the carpet that aren't even attached and lifting up. We called the next day after instillation and told that the seams would "smooth out" over time. Finally after calling and calling our sales rep Erica, she agreed we should have someone come look at it in person. Then I never heard back from her. So I kept calling and finally got someone to schedule someone to come look. It has now been 4 weeks, and we have heard nothing from RC Willey. I called last week and spoke to the manager Steve to be promised a call back same day and nothing. It has now been 2 days and I plan to go in tomorrow and not leave until this issue is resolved. It is very clear to me that RC Willey does not care about their customers once they have received their payment. I will NEVER recommend or shop here again which is a huge disappointment as we have been long time customers for many years and spent thousands of dollars with RC Willey. read more
