I bought a mattress from Denver Mattress in Las Vegas many years ago and was very happy with it. I was thinking about getting a new one here in Salt Lake City and saw an advertisement for a leap year sale. Decided to go check it out. The salesman was very nice and not at all pushy. I had picked out the mattress I wanted and he informed me that I could get that one or get the exact model that was used for considerably less. Plus, I would get new pillows and a mattress cover with the used one. Someone had bought it and only kept it for less than a week and traded it in for a different mattress. After having a Denver Mattress for at least fifteen years, when I purchased a home with 4 bedrooms, I was looking for some quality mattresses for all of the rooms. I went in last Sunday, and walked around the store a few times, I also took some pictures and laid on some mattresses inside the store. However, not one salesperson approached me at all. While I appreciate having had the time to browse without a salesperson trying to influence my decision, I was really surprised that not one person even greeted me! BUYER BEWARE! Sales member LIED to us about mattress. We bought a mattress from the clearance section because the sales associate told us it was returned because it was "too soft." We wanted a soft mattress so we bought it. Within days of using it, the top layer of the mattress was bubbling. Clearly it was DEFECTIVE and was returned for that reason. We went into the store to get a refund and they refused to refund and would only apply the cost of the mattress to a NEW different mattress, which we did not want to do. They would not make the lie right. WILL NEVER SHOP AT DENVER MATTRESS AGAIN. read more

I purchased a mattress a year ago and the warranty said that if it flattened an inch and a half they would replace it. For some reason the springs where I sleep compressed and if I rolled over it was like sleeping on the seam of two mattresses next to each other. I called Wednesday and explained what was happening and I had a replacement mattress delivered on Saturday. The guys were early, polite & could see what I was talking about. We got a new king serta mattress around a year ago and have been so happy with it. They had a deal going when we went, $300 credit in the store with any serta purchase. We were able to get sheets, amazing pillows and a mattress protector for free! I really did my research before pulling the trigger on this purchase and I got by far the best deal at Denver Mattress. They really knew their stuff in there too. I went to RCWilley and it was such a joke compared to Denver Mattress. I also went back after about 6 months because we were moving and I was worried about my new mattress. They gave me a huge tough plastic mattress bag for free to move it in! and they were more than happy to do it. My only complaint is that even though I went in to the store several times over about a week span, they still never recognized me when I came in. They have SO few customers in there, I almost never saw more than one other customer. I should've been greeted by name each time I came in. One extra tip, they have these sheets there that are AMAZING! They're called "sheex" and they are super stretchy like under armour spandex. They are the best sheets I've ever owned. Worth absolutely every penny. I've never found sheets that are deep enough to fit a super cushy mattress, and these fit perfectly. Also, mine are white and don't have a single mark or stain anywhere after a year of use. Every single spot washes right out! And they seriously still look brand new. They dont pill or thin like cotton sheets do. Seriously I can't say enough about these sheets. read more

My wife and I bought a king size mattress and an ergonomic adjustable base in October of 2015 after spending the past two years trying to find the right balance of comfort for both of us. We were so relieved to have finally made the right decision, and the added bonus was the adjustable base! Up to this point I would give 4 stars for the customer experience, but then things have gone south since we made the purchase. BUYERS BEWARE: After a few months however, the base stopped working on my wife's side of the bed, and I would have to get under the bed and wiggle a wire around occasionally to get it to work. I called Denver Mattress since it is under warranty to have a service person come fix it and I was told they don't service the ergonomic bases and the company that manufactures it is out of state. Understandable that it is manufactured out of state and they have to have parts shipped, what makes no sense is that they won't even send one of their service people out to determine what needs to be fixed! They told me I have to call the company and and try my best to describe the part that I think is broken and then this company will send me the part. They sent me a part and it was the wrong part. I've called Denver Mattress and then went into the store with the part that I think is broken and asked them to help me and send a service person out to determine the issue and they said they don't do that. All they did was guess what they think the part is called and said I need to call to have the part sent and "good luck". I'm dumbfounded that a manager could feel comfortable leaving a customer high and dry like this. read more

We are very happy with the customer service we received from Denver Mattress. We are very picky and couldn't find the right mattress in their show room, however we ordered one of the same brand and firmness as our old mattress. When we received it, it was way too soft and caused back pain immediately. Denver Mattress gave us a quick, complete refund with a great attitude. read more

Bought a $749 mattresses with cash an slept in it for a week. It really was the wrong mattress for us. We did return it after going there and getting a bag for it and then because we paid cash we had to wait for over a week to get a check from Denver. Over all ok and good service. read more

These guys are amazing! The really try hard to help you find the best mattress for your needs. They have helped my husband and I out so much and we are so happy to finally be getting a great nights rest. I never felt pressured like I did at other companies and I felt really good about purchasing now 2 different sets of mattresses through them (1 for us and my daughter) and referring them to my family and friends. Looked every where for the bed I wanted for my bedroom. Stopped at Furntiure Row to look. They didn't have anything in the bedroom department but by total chance I was walking through Denver Mattress and there was the exact bed I was waning. Went and talked to sales associate and they said they had the bed. I was told it had to be ordered in and would take about 10 days. I paid in full for the bed and was told hey would call me when bed came in. 14 days later I haven't heard a word. I call and I am told the foot board is in but no head board. The sales associate tells me he will look into and to call him back on the weekend. Which I was already mad about, shouldn't you call me and update me? I have to keep taking time out of my day to call you? Poor customer service if you ask me. Anyways, call that weekend and I am told they still have no idea. I ask if the sales associate has even followed through with looking for it? I am told she does not know she will have sales associate call me back, that he is with a customer. HOURS later he calls me back and has just barely that day checked into where my bed is and he will get back to me the next day. The next day he calls me back and tells me the bed has been discontinued and they will return my money. At this point it has been 21 days and they had just barely figured the bed had been discontinued. Maybe that is something you should know before you sell someone something. And the overall customer service was horrible. No one seems to follow through with anything, and you have to continually call yourself to keep them doing their job. Will not go back. read more

We bought a bed set from Denver Mattresses five years ago. Amazing experience. Great customer service and great products. Our salesman called for several months after to periodically check and make sure we were still happy with our purchase. We are still in love with our bed.
