My most recent experience with a lash lift was really positive but I am planning on going on a trip soon where I do not want to have to worry about putting on any makeup. With that in mind, I decided to try this spot out for some lash extensions with the idea that if I liked them, I would get a fill in a couple weeks prior to my trip. I decided to go here based on all the positive reviews. When I first arrived, I was super nauseated from my Uber ride and the woman that answered the door was very friendly, got me a chair out of the direct sunlight (overheated) and got me some cold water. It was such a friendly and welcoming way to enter my appointment after such a rough Uber ride. Jazmin was so lovely and friendly, making me feel comfortable and listening to what I said I wanted done to my lashes. She had just gotten her own done and I loved how they looked and kind of also showed her a few pictures of what I was looking for to get this kind of layered, wispy look that I was going for. The session was really relaxing and she was so patient, even when for some reason I kept having to cough throughout the appointment. She did not get frustrated or rush through anything and I absolutely loved the results. I cannot wait to go back in two weeks and get just a little more volume/length added before my trip :)

It was easy to book an appointment online with her. She was friendly, personable and made me feel comfortable. She took the time to explain to me a few options that I had and was very comfortable with helping me decide what service I needed based on what I was looking for. She took the time to map out my face and show me several options The shop was very clean and sterile - I only say sterile because Jazmin took all supplies out of new packaging and all tools and equipment was wrapped to avoid cross contamination. She took her time and checked in with me and my pain regularly. Overall it was a great experience and I am in love with my new brows.

Ladies who have gotten lashes done elsewhere stop me (total strangers) and demand to know where I've gotten them done. They are next level real looking! And they COMPLETELY change my self-esteem. I wake up every morning and look a) awake b) feel like my true self. Cuts my makeup time down by half too vs mascara! I have very short, blonde lashes so this is such a gamechanger for me, no mascara compares. Bonus: at my wedding I could cry and no streaks anywhere ;) Amy also kills it with nails -- did them for my wedding, and the vegan brands she uses make my nails feel so strong. NEWSFLASH: you can get your nails done while you get your lashes done! It's so efficient and amazing! Shanda (brows) I've never personally worked with (I don't currently do much to my brows), but I've seen her work first-hand and it's very impressive, whether it's tinting or or microblading etc. Super talented. Considering microblading to make my brows fuller.

It was the first time I was really wowed by my own eyelashes. I absolutely loved them and got tons of compliments. Not only that, but they lasted me forever.
