I was worried the lashes would be too curled as I've seen it happen before, but felt very comfortable with her working on me. She was extremely accommodating as I had to reschedule my appointment and very easy to get in touch with through email and answer my questions. The lash lift is beautiful and her studio is very relaxing, I am definitely going back to her again when I need another lift. I highly recommend to anyone who's a little hesitant, as Yanna will make sure you're comfortable and make sure you get the lashes you want!

I've been getting lash lifts for over 6 years and have never had an experience like this. I have…read morealso had no problems with lift and tints. I did tell the technician beforehand as a heads up that my eyelashes were stubborn and straight and the perm might need to be left on for slightly longer. This is what other technicians have told me, and it has totally been fine in the past. I do want to add that the lift turned out totally fine and there wasn't any issues with the actual technique. However, when we reached the tint portion of the service, things really went downhill. First of all, out of all the lift and tints I've had done, the tint is usually put in while the rubber pads are still intact. She took everything off, then proceeded to do the tint. I thought this was strange but whatever. Within about 30 seconds of the tint being applied, it got into my eye and caused intense, excruciating burning. I was in significant pain and asked for it to be removed, but it was not handled with any urgency. I have a very high pain tolerance and this truly felt like I was being blinded. The technician was getting frustrated and kept telling me to relax, which was very frustrating considering how much pain I was in. She then proceeded to clean my eye at a snails pace. The situation felt unsafe and honestly alarming. I kept asking if there was a water fountain or sink I could rinse my eye in and she dismissed me multiple times. What made this even more concerning was that during my service, the technician left me mid treatment and began performing a Brazilian wax on another client in the same open space. There was no privacy for either of us, and I was left unattended while dealing with a chemical reaction in my eye. This was extremely uncomfortable and felt highly unprofessional. After all of that, the tint was on my eyes for a total of maybe 30 seconds before I was in blinding pain. Despite this, I was still charged $40 (just for the tint). I was happy to pay for the lift which was $75. When I asked her if I really had to pay for the tint considering everything that happened, she said it was my fault because "my eyelashes were small" and this doesn't happen to girls with long eyelashes. I want to iterate again that I have NEVER had an issue with lift and tints in the past, and I have had over 20 of them. The tint also got all over my hands and stained my clothes, which I cannot get out. There was no acknowledgment or effort to make this right. Overall, this experience felt unsafe, unprofessional, and poorly handled from start to finish. I would strongly caution others before booking here.

I booked online (which is super convenient!) with Kelsey and she was super sweet and friendly on our first meeting. She was attentive and took extra time to really get a fill for what I wanted in my lashes. I went for the "flirtatious girl" look because I love my lash extensions but like them for every day work wear so I do not want them too full. She did them perfectly and custom shape to my eyes and taste! Now I am a regular lash extension enthusiast so I get my fills regularly every 2-3 weeks for pretty much ever. I hit my 2.5 week mark with my initial full set from Kelsey and they still looked beautiful so I pushed my appointment back a bit to 3 weeks. When I got my fill Kelsey did amazing once again and made them look like new! I am going on 2.5 weeks now with my fill and they still look great! So glad I found Kelsey to be my new lash girl, and Flutter studio as it is clean, professional, and super friendly staff!
