Long Overdue. I managed to use a promotion I was gifted. I remember parking being easy during first visit. Plus staff was so kind. I got a phone call while waiting for appt but stepped outside to take to the urgent call. The call took longer than expected and technicallly they could of refused service. We worked it out and I was pleased with end service. Highly recommend salon but allow extra time to park if driving. One should just be dropped off and picked up. read more

Maya does the best lashes anywhere. They last at least 3 + weeks for me. I never have eye irritation and I wear contacts. I've gone to many lash salons and she is by far the best, and reasonably priced. Also, her salon is super relaxing with the most comfortable recliner guest chairs I've been in. I get compliments everywhere I go with my lash extensions by Maya :) PS she's super nice and easy to chat with. That said those chairs are so comfy, I normally fall asleep. read more

I will not recommend this place to have eyelash extension done. The lashes fall of the very next day and with the prices they charge they should have some sort of remedy. But will blame your eyelashes. I have had better. read more

I saw Melanie for a full set of mink eyelash extensions and while she was perfectly nice, the lashes didn't last. They started falling out as soon as I left the studio. I'm now 3-days post and they continue to fall out in clumps. This isn't the first time I've had lash extensions, so I'm very familiar with the aftercare. I've read good things about Maya and wish I had been scheduled with her instead. I believe she was in training which is why the results weren't great. Wouldn't recommend coming here if you're scheduled with Melanie. read more

Maya is amazing! My lashes literally lasted a month+, seriously no joke and they still looked good. The price is very reasonable for the amount of time that they lasted. I already have another appointment and of course that means I will be going back. The location was a little hard to find at first, because it's just a front door and a small sign that says Salons by JC (I think that's the solons name). But you go in the elevator to the second floor and the someone is there to let you know where to go. It's a pretty cool place. A bunch of salons in one place. They have a cute and cozy room and it was very relaxing. Definitely recommend them! read more

I was so excited to try this salon because of all of the amazing reviews that I read but I'm not sure that I'll be going back. I'm less than thrilled with my results. I'm not sure if it's because I came in with a Groupon or not, but, one eye was just done a lot better than the other. The right eye came out so good, it's full and the lashes are still on. However the left eye, I feel was rushed. I have patches that don't have any lashes or have just one lash there and to top it off, I've lost a ton of lashes already and I just got my lashes done 3 days ago. It's really disappointing. I wanted to make a habit of going in every three weeks but at this rate I'm not sure if it's worth it. I might try a lash perm instead. read more

I've had my lashes done by both Mya & Melanie. Mya did a good job. My lashes lasted for about 3-4 weeks. As for Melanie , I believe she is still in training. I've been having my lashes for about 2 weeks and I have spots where I no longer have lashes. She took her time and is very nice , but she needs a bit more practice. They advertised mink lashes , however the lash material doesn't look like they are mink. read more
