After dropping materials on my face, she did not even bother to say goodbye or walk me out. I still tipped kindly but noticed that my eyebrows really hurt. When I went home, I had a large burn underneath my eyebrow. I immediately went back and asked to speak to a manager about the burn that was beginning to ooze under my eye. The lady at the front desk said she was the manager but did not know the protocol for if someone was burned besides to put a note in my client portal to not put me with Andrea again. She also said she would give me my money back however she technically could not give me a wax pass back so really there was no solution. At this point I asked what their burn protocol was and they said that they did not have one, and she tried putting a tester product that the general public uses on the open wound. I could not think of anything more unsafe for an open wound. I left asking the manager to contact me and she never did. Not only is this extremely unsafe, but I am beyond disappointed that a company does not have any protocol for burning someone's face/eyes. The lack of accountability is absolutely gross for this company and I understand why people are not continuing with European Wax Center. If it were me, I would go to the threading center two stores down.

I highly recommend finding a salon with better owner customer service, with all of the options out there, don't be swindled by Tracey and her long texts to your phone demanding she knows what she's talking about for a salon you're a regular at while trying to double your service needs. Horrible communication and customer service from the top down which is sad to see given the stylists there don't have anything to do with the way they are conducting their client communication and scheduling.

I have been going to Amber for a year or two and will never go anywhere else! I get my eyebrows done only a few times per year, but she treats everyone amazingly (whether you provide big business or small!). Not only does she do amazing work, but she is also one of the warmest, kindest people you will ever meet. She instantly makes you feel super comfortable and welcome, which is always a huge plus when you are going to a new place/you're unfamiliar with the person or service. I've done waxing, threading, manicures and pedicures. The owners always been really nice and will call you back if they miss your call. I usually just come in for a gel polish change as I. personally, don't care for the manicure with the lotion in the massaging-so this is a perfect alternative for me as I just want the color changed and the nail shape cleaned up. I called ahead to figure out pricing and they said I have to include a gel removal which was $10 and I forgot they used an electric dremel which was a bit painful as my nails are relatively thin. I was wincing like 4-5 times as they took off the gel, so I kind of prefer taking it off at home. I then got the polish change which was another $15 plus tip. I thought I saw it online as $10 but I might have been mistaken. Solid job on the painting, but I think maybe the polish was added a little too far down so it looked a bit grown out already. I usually love this place, but today's was a little bit of a miss. I'll have to speak up next time to make sure the gel is a bit further down, but there was also a lady who had Ana ointment who was waiting an extra 10 mins for me to finish so I kinda get it.
